Hello everyone, this is your loving host and best selling author,

born in nineteen seventy one. And they were two twin brothers,

(01:16):
you know, and one older brother and the auntie is
Roumyanti and actually I love Romie Auntie because she is
like my second mother. And all the clothes I wear
she makes that this one is not made by her,
but all the clothes I wear, all the kapris I
wear is made by Romayanti. So Rumyanti is the big

(01:37):
business woman. And she was in a Khalish times in
Dubai and she was manager there when this family moved
from Dubai. So before I talk little bit more about them,
here is these two books. The first one is the
Modern mole Mentality, New Strategies to Succeed in India and

(01:58):
the global marketplace. And the second one is The Outbreak
of a Monstrous Infection. So this book, you know, when
it came in twenty to fifteen, there were a lot
of there were a lot of research going on on
jiguard and this was Amazon bestseller as well as hot
number one new release on Amazon. And the second one

Fins, Director for the Gagtel based only why looking after
global season marketing?

Speaker 7 (04:02):
Okay, well, Arabian travel markets drawing to a close, It's
been a fruitful one for you.

Speaker 8 (04:06):
What are the patterns that you've noticed emerging here?

Speaker 6 (04:09):
Well, for me, I think what is really developed in
this statium as I feel the confidence services are back
in the Vile many more its Over the last two years,
particularly the last one year, you've seen a tremendous amount
of interest to destinations like India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia. Of
course the US has picked up in the last six

(04:30):
months and we're seeing that people are very clean to
know about openings and divines. With geta hotel also coming
up on the Palm. We don't know exactly when it's
going to be launched, but interest in the.

Speaker 7 (04:42):
Vile has already had and can chat us a bit
about that property.

Speaker 6 (04:45):
Well, thankly we don't have too much information to share.
It's not a hotel which we can currently we don't
know when it's going to open, although we are expected
to see some development. Might be by the end of
the sale or a next.

Speaker 7 (05:00):
Year, and they'll pay your first It will be your
first property. Were your first property.

Speaker 6 (05:04):
Here already in in in Dubai and you had that
for contract. But our first luxury hotel will be on
the parm Island related to open hook hopefully by maybe
this end of this year or by next level. However,
we are not very sure or it's.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
O being so farful.

Speaker 7 (05:19):
Okay, Now moving to India, right you high market filming destination,
quite time to be doing business there.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
Yes, India has been tremendously important from two perspectives. One
of medical tourism has grown, so we're seeing people go
to India, especially because there's a lot of interests from
this market due to better medical facilities. It's more economical
and connectivity into India estrumnders. Today you have many flights
from Dubai to different parks in India close two hundred

(05:51):
and eighty flights for weekn too, so easy access makes
all the difference. India is a very well marketed destination
in the Middle East and people know a lot about
this destination from their past six feed over. Also, we
have seen Indian tourism Ministry of Tourism invests a lot
of their efforts in this market. They're working in some
very important operators to promote the destination. But I think

(06:12):
it's a series of things which have worked in favor
of India.

Speaker 7 (06:15):
That Sri Lanka in the junction number years because of
the politics and civil war, but now it's it's already
coming by a very strongly.

Speaker 8 (06:23):
Now.

Speaker 6 (06:24):
Sri Lanka has been marketed over the years, but people
like you mentioned, people have not been very confident about
being there, primarily safety reasons have not encouraged tourism. But
now we see there's a huge influx of tourism going
there for examplany. I'm told we's on arrival is a
big advantage to visit that country. There's a lot of activity.

(06:46):
You have beaches off, you've got you've got big destinations
in silk up promoting holidays. So it's it's very famous,
well connected, against affordable and unexplored. So I think people
are and there's a third of five star hotels. Well, yes,
there's a lot of happening there right now.

Speaker 7 (07:04):
Back to India. In December, the World Traveler Walls, the
oscars of the travel industry, will be hosting its grand
final right in New Delhi. It's fantastic and it's a
good endorsement for India's travel and tourism industry and how
it's evolved over the past few years.

Speaker 6 (07:21):
I think if you see around there's so much of
interest from Indian the government particularly promoting plurism into the
Middle East and globally and we're also inviting people to
Outcimetry to experience what we offer, and I think the
Ministry of Tourism has worked very well with the governments
acrost the world to bring people to visit our country.
We know about our culture and what we have, what we're.

Speaker 8 (07:42):
All about now and looking back here in GCC as well,
do you have any other projects that you're working on
and which areas do you look at, Which territories and
countries do you think have the most potential.

Speaker 6 (07:55):
Well, frank you speakinging gccis there's a lot of expansion happening,
but as I said, we have development with the charges
is focus a lot on Dubai at the moment, although
we have projects in pipeline. We've got hotels that we
are people opened in Saudis. We haven't signed anything out there,
but we are in discussion. Doha is definitely going to

(08:16):
be there. We're looking at expansion and awood have me
and there are a couple of other projects, but see
are things which we will disclose once we are certain
about our launch.

Speaker 7 (08:25):
Okay, so j well, thank you very much so much,
taking Tarman joining us here. Thank you rive in chav Market.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Thank you been doing at least one hundred and fifty
grand a year if you're completely out of shape.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Let's so, folks, this was sergeant and I remember days,
you know where these two twins are. I would go
to roomy Auntie and spend a day and these two,
if they were there, you know, they used to say Shampa,
shampa and they would surround me and I used to
have a blast, you know with them. They are such nice,

(08:54):
you know people, and they used to call me up shampa.
There is one are they and Sergeant? They are twins
and the older one was Shahed and Shahid also died
under mysterious circumstances. And just see, folks, I am trying
to give this show and all of a sudden, you know,
something you know, bit me through illegal droaning. And it

(09:17):
looks like some be or something. I don't know what
is happening in this country that why it has become problem,
like illegal droning has become such a big problem in
Montgomery County. Who are these terrorists? Who are the President Trump?
Please look into the matter, and please also look into

(09:37):
what happened to sergeant. And I would like to know
that what happened to Shaheed and what happened to sergeant
after my whole family was killed and also my husband
were passed away. I want to know through President Trump
and ag Bondie, what is going on in America and
around the around the globe. So I would you know

(10:00):
right to give tribute, you know, I can understand. I
tried to call Auntie today a couple of times, but
of course today was the funeral, so she must be
very very sad, you know, like if somebody's son goes away,
how a person feels, you know, that's what it is.
So I will call Auntie and I will talk to her.

(10:21):
And I wish Auntie could come and stay with me
for some time in America. It would be great, you know,
because she is one of my best friends. I could
confide anything in Auntie. Whenever I would get disturbed, I
would immediately go and talk to Auntie. And she said
to me when my mom passed away, that don't get disheartened,

(10:43):
and whenever you feel like you, just come and stay
with me. And when my husband passed away, she wrote
me such a nice condolence letter, and she said, don't
think that he has gone away. Just take his good
memories and just you know try to get out of this.
And hearing that from Antie it was so inspiring. And

(11:06):
every day, you know, I would go and talk to
like every day when I would go to India, I
would talk to Auntie if she's in my hometown Aliga
or in New Delhi. She used to live in Ifs
Quarters and one of the person who resembles like Java

(11:27):
Lal Nehru and who played Java Lal Nehru in uh
Uh the Richard Attamborough's film The Gandhi that was his
Russian Ptales house was that and Antie brought the whole
floor and all the tube twins and shahe then they
all use had a flat there in Ifs in Indian

(11:49):
Forest and West Quarters. And Antie it's such a simple woman,
such a simple woman, and I just love to talk
to her. She would take me out at nice places
for lunch or dinner, and everything about her was so perfect.
After my mother, you know, and after my aunt who
left for her heavenly aboard. I just loved romy Anti,

(12:12):
romy Anti. I don't know what to say. I will
send you this this and I don't know what to
say to you. And just as you told me that
please take condolence and all that. So I I would,
you know, just to do that condolence to you, and
I will call you. And now let me say in

(12:36):
uh that uh Allah give Sage the highest place in
Jena and uh uh Ra, please forgive all his sins
and Rala and his two best piece Prophet Muhammad, Peace Prophet.
And I am really direct descendant of Prophet and through

(13:00):
that I'm related to Prophet Muhammad. Please be upon him.
So I request you Profit Muhammed that please please, you know,
go and talk to Peace and profit Uma Razia, please
go and sit together and give Sajid a nice welcome.
In seventh sky. I loved Sajid, I loved Shahid. I

(13:23):
loved the whole family. Amman Uncle was so great. You know,
whenever I would go, they would not let me come
out without lunch. I don't know what to say about it.
I was so mentally disturbed this morning when I got
this news. I was supposed to give lad thing, but
I don't feel like giving that, so I have canceled

(13:44):
that and I won't give that because he is with
the family members and after losing Mustafa, you know, hearing this,
I have lost so many of my best very intelligent friends.
And Sajid was the head global head at tow Indubai
and he was such a pleasing personality. Whenever I would

(14:04):
go to Mahal Palace and Maria Charrett and are my
two favorite hotels in New Delhi. Whenever I would go,
Tajid would welcome me that of Shama, you have come up, Shampa,
you have come. And you know, always always he was
so hospitable. And having said that, folks, let me say

(14:26):
Amad mohammadam sala Al brah Brahima, naka Allah Mohammad Mohammad
brah Brahima and Nakaji. Having the that that, folks, now
you know, I would do this honors of judgment day.

(14:49):
This is the holy Quran and I would read and
please Rasula do mahfarat for Sarji, Please please please warn them,
oh prof of the approaching day when the hearts will
jump into the throats suppressing distress. The wrong doers will
have neither a close friend nor intercessor to be heard.

(15:11):
God even knows the sly glances of the eyes and
whatever the hearts conceal, and God judges with the truth,
while those idols they invoke besides him cannot judge at all. Indeed,
God alone is the all hearing, all saying. Having said that, folks,
let's pray for sagis that you know Rasul Allah and

(15:32):
his two bestiages, you know, give him highest place in
Jannat and he meets Shahid in heaven. And Shahid was
also so so nice. He used to say to me, Ashah,
I wish you know I have met you before I
would have married you. That was Shahid's thing. I said, Shahid,
I was always interested in oves, so you know you

(15:54):
cannot marry me, but we can be best of friends.
And then I met read Mustafa and they all came
in my wedding and they were also happy. And today
Nourovasi is there, nor Mustafa is there, nor these of
my best friends you have and you know my many relatives.

(16:15):
You know, I don't know what is going on in
India that one after another Muslim is killed. I don't know,
Pm Mody, what are you doing? India is a secular country.
What are you doing there? You know in your administration
first it was good rath rights. Now and since you
have come, there are so many Muslim Muslim debts. You know,

(16:37):
so please please let me know what is going on.
Having said that, folks, you know now, I will go
on a break and will be back soon.

Speaker 5 (16:47):

Chapter two, How Jugar leads to multi sector sex stories
in India, including definitions of the Jugar management principal business
model of the book, The modern Moble mentality, news strategies
to succeed in India and the global marketplace. Inspiration through

(17:28):
Jugar is an inspiration on how to create products using
technology that meet the price value equation. According to a
Harvard Business Review article featuring expert prellad Than marshalcre most
innovation programs are built on the assumptions of affluence and abundance.
We see the rich and the young in both the

(17:50):
developed and the developing countries demanding environmental friendly products and services.
They also believe that affordability and suspect inability our crucial
to driving successful business Today, new technologies and radical business
models are important not only to penegrate mass markets in India,

(18:12):
but in the entire world. By reconfigure during all areas
of the business structure, they will pull.

Speaker 9 (18:30):
Hey, monstrous infection is spreading worldwide. OMG. Is this a
simple infection or a deliberate attempt to ruin the human
population or maybe it's bioterrorism. What is this global infection
and who is spreading it? Help us find out. Go
to Amazon and search for the outbreak of a monstrous infection.

(18:53):
The human race nature helped to make this go viral.
Go to Amazon dot com and read the outbreak of
conswerous Infection to find out what happens next. Go now
the world is depending on you.

Speaker 5 (19:18):
And now doctor ash on Hashmi's radio show.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
So this is my handsome friend sergeant just see this picture.
He was a VP Global Sales Middle East I SCL
charge Hotels Dubai. So he was based in Dubai and
he went to Lawrence's School Sanaha and Lawrence's School Snawa
is one of the best schools in India. But he
was I think born and raised in Dubai and so

(19:49):
he was very familiar with Dubai culture. Maybe that's why
he took this job. And let's do some readings from
this book book and it says Madina under septarch style attacks.
In the second year of the Hitra, the Muslims in
Madina faced a series of hostile actions initiated by the

(20:12):
idolators of Macca. Sometimes I feel that the same era
has come because left and right people are are dying,
whether they are Americans or whether they are Muslims. You know,
they are dying like anything, left and right. And since
PM Modi has come, you know, there are so many
of deaths there in India of my friend's COVID is

(20:35):
spread and then this happened. I don't know what to say.
I am so mentally upset and a PM Modi, I
need some answers from you. I need answers in the
Parliament that they what Muslims, How Muslims should live in
India because I am originally from India, many of my
relatives are in India. What we should do. India is

(20:58):
a secular country. By you are why it has become
a Hindu state and now you want to make America
also a Hindu state, you know, So what do you
think what you are doing? Having said that, it says
in the second year of the hijra. The Muslims in
Madina face the series of hostile actions initiated by the

(21:20):
idolators of these actions involved sending individuals to vandalize the
fruit trees owned by the muslim and is still their
lively stock. And this thing happened again. My phone is
lost and it has a lot of pictures of sergeist
which I cannot show you. So somebody you know before

(21:40):
the show, they want to spoil my show. Having said that, folks,
you know and ag Bondi and her team and President
Trump please look into the matter, how the situation can
be can be controlled and how Muslims, how Muslims should
do in this country. The messenger established military order in Madina,

(22:05):
necessitating the dispatch of frequent reconnaissance missions to ward off
certain attacks. Shortly after organizing the state, a well equipped
army from Macca, led by the formidable enemy of Islam Abujael, mobilized.
So now, folks, I will go on a break and
will be back soon.

Speaker 5 (22:26):

Speaker 1 (22:50):
A monstrous infection is spreading worldwide.

Speaker 5 (22:54):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Is this a simple infection or a deliberate attempt to
ruin the human population? Or maybe it's bioterrorism. What is

Speaker 3 (23:37):
The Outbreak of a Monstrous Infection Chapter one, nineteen sixty
four to twenty eighteen. And this is the sample track
and it is read by doctor Rafshan Nahi Hashmi in
a sprawling bunglaw in Potomac, Maryland, USA, live doctor Honey
Singh a both certified internal medicine and family practice. Along

(24:01):
with his beautiful wife Baby Singh. Baby Singh was a
fashionista and was funding women's causes through her Honey Bay Foundation.
She had a lady's book club by the name of
Baby's Clam and Glitzy Club, which had many clam and
Glitzy ladies who were professionals living in Washington, d C. Potomac, Maryland, Virginia,

(24:23):
and even Beverly Hills, California, as well as a lead
from all of America, meeting at her place on the
last Wednesday of every month discussing various aspects of charities
they wanted her and doctor Honey to fund. In this club,
there was a wide spectrum of career women. There were doctors, lawyers, actresses,

(24:45):
business owners, and models to name a few. In these
book club meetings, members would come prepared after reading a
book of a famous woman author and that author was
even invited from any part of the world to give
her presentation, followed by a few na in this prestigious
and elite gathering.

Speaker 5 (25:08):
And now doctor Ashan Hashmi's radio shows.

Speaker 3 (25:16):
So these are this is the report you know I
got got from the Guardian and it says US Foreign
Policy to doj urge to investigate US group accused of
working as Modi back foreign agent from one of the
largest the sick houses of workship in the US is
calling on the Trump administration to investigate a nonprofit it

(25:40):
has alliesed is working as a foreign agent on behalf
of the Indian government and Prime Minister Narentthemudi. The Fremont
Grudora SAHAB, which said it draws five thousand and six
worshipers every week and is a fulcrum of the sick
community in the US and around the world, has asked
the Department of Justice to launch a national security investigation

(26:03):
into the Hindu American Foundation HAF to determine whether the
Pennsylvania base nonprofit should be required to file as an
Indian foreign agent under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Any
such determination by the DOJ would require the HALF to
publicly disclose details of his activities, including meetings with lawmakers

(26:26):
and any contracts and financial arrangement it has with the
Indian government. This is a very very good thing with
six six have done. You know, I love this. The
Half denied the claims. In a statement. The group said
that it was a non partisan, tax exempt charity that
is wholly independent and American and has absolutely no affiliation

(26:48):
or ties to any organization or political parties in US
or abroad. It also hit out against what is called
coordinated campaigns against aHALF by the Khalistan Separatist movement, which
is seeking to establish an independent six state. To discuss
these dangerous and false accusations against US from activists supporting

(27:10):
transnational violent separatist movement focused on India. The Half welcomes
the opportunity to meet with the Attorney General Pam Bondi,
FBI Director Cash for Tailed, Director of National Intelligence Pulci Gabbert,
as well as all homeland security officers that have said
the allegations and counter claims come at a tense time

(27:32):
between Six who support an independent estate and the Indian government.
Individuals connected to the Indian government have been accused in
both Canada and US of waging a campaign of transnational
repression against Six outside of India. After the twenty twenty
three assassination of her Deep Sig Nijel, a Canadian advocate

(27:54):
for Khalistan, the Canadian government has said there were credible
allegations that age of the Indian government were behind Nijer's death.
In the US, prosecutors have allies that an agent of
the Indian government directed the attempted assassination of American citizen
who is also a SIX activist. A recent investigation by

(28:16):
Al Jazeira The News outlet reported that when the Half
emerged two decades ago, it was a voice for the
Hindu community in the US and not a champion of
the Indian government that al Jazeira reported changed since Modi
became Prime Minister in twenty fourteen, when Half is allies
to have ramped up its political activities in favor of

(28:37):
the Indian government. The Half has not faced accusations that
it is involved in violent campaigns against six. In a
letter to Bondi, the Gurudwara said the Half has special
electated meetings between foreign principles and US lawmakers, platformed foreign
principles at their own event, and constantly and equivocally advocated

(28:59):
for the interest of the Bartia Genta party on the
board domestic and foreign policy matters. Any determination by the
Dog that the Half was in fact working on behalf
of the Indian government would require the Half to publicly
disclosed details of its activities, including meetings with lawmakers and

(29:19):
any contract with the Indian government. The Indian Embassy in
Washington did not did not respond to a request for comments,
having said that folks, now, I will go on a
break and will be back soon.

you know, we didn't get turkey in our home city.
So I called Sergi and I said, tagist, can you
send me turkey? So he's he said okay, and they

(32:58):
and he didn't charge me anything for that turkey and
he just set up Shampa. It is a present for
you and it came from New Delhi. But what happened
that you know, in New Delhi, you have a turkey
with the alcohol, you know, and he said non alcoholic.
But something happened in between, and it came with the alcohol.

(33:21):
So I could not, you know, because we don't we
are alcohol free. So what we did was my mother
and my father were so angry and that why did
you ask him? It must be so expensive? And all
I said, I wanted to pay, but charges never took
money from me. What can I do? Then we smelled

(33:42):
it and then alcohol was coming and the time was
very little left because in the in the evening, I
was supposed to do that. And the same day you
know that right chat, that place happened in India to
it was the Rights of November where so maybe you know,

(34:05):
something happened in between. And so my sister in law
came and said that the rights have happened, Should we canceled?
I said, no, people are coming, so we will do
that and we will pray for the terrorism victims. So
that's what we did. And this is the last memory
I have with my parents on a Thanksgiving dinner. And

(34:25):
I like to cook on Thanksgiving and I feel so
bad on Thanksgiving, you know that. And now this Thanksgiving,
I will be without my parents, without my younger brother,
without friends like Shahid and Sag and without you know,
I don't know how many people will be killed. And yes,

(34:46):
if this organization h AF has done something, thank you
Pam Bondi and that please please investigate these people, and
President Trump, please investigate these people so that we know
that you are an honest guy and you are not
with Hinduta, because that's what I feel that you are

(35:08):
with Hindu Pta and I have always voted for you,
but since I felt that after Biden administration, I voted
for Rasula La. So having said that, folks, now I
will go on a break and please please investigate. If
that organization is is the okay, I have no problem.

(35:28):
But if it is not okay, all those agents, Indian
agents should be expelled from here because they have become
a nuisance also in this county. Having said that, for
and there are many high officials involved, I don't want
to take their names. And my mother, my father, and

(35:49):
my younger brother and Mustafa were killed by Hindufta, so
I know that for sure, and so please investigate that
that what happened to Stagy, Then what is the policy
for Muslims in America because every life matters, and Muslim
lives matter too. Having said that, folks, now I will
