listening in the future. Thank you, and so it is well. I
had a couple of really quick announcementsbefore I introduce our wonderful guest. I
just was contacted that I won BestHealthy Nutrition and Lifestyle Educator in twenty twenty
three by the Global Healthcare and PharmaceuticalAwards, which is really interesting because I

(02:23):
don't recommend pharmaceuticals, but that wasreally nice to receive that, and I
know y'all know me most for myset. I've published Healthy Vegetarian Diabetes in
Your diet Racy Children and please wait, get healthy and never be on a

(02:47):
diet again. But my most recentbook, For the Love of Willie just
one best book of the whole showin the London Book Festival, as well
as best Children's Book of the Year, but at the Children's Therapy coloring book

(03:08):
for children who are having trouble, people dealing with the loss a pet,
and so many of y'all children childrenknow people who are strut That book has
some tips and suggestions on how didI join your life and forward? And

(03:30):
I have to admit it seems likeevery week I have people close to me
who are experienced some kind of loss, And so it's just a book that
actually wrote to help myself deal withloss. So it was a self help
book for me, and now I'msharing it with you. So today we

(03:53):
are really and for a good treatwith Matt Rocky. And he he has
website in a business called Cultivate Elevate, and his website is Cultivate elevate dot
com. But he's the most amazingperson. He has been such wonderful in

(04:13):
depth research and just so many thingsthat I have researched over the years.
But he has such an amazing wayof explaining things and sharing information in a
way that I think is very understandablefor so many people. And he's the
life and I've implemented a lot ofhis suggestions into my life. And I

(04:40):
want you, Matt to the show. There you there, you are welcome,
Welcome. I'd love I'd love foryou to share with our listeners how
you got into this journey of discoveringall these rabbit holes on health and nutrition

(05:04):
and lifestyle that you've been uncovering. So I had a lot of health problems
and similar to like what you weresaying with your books. You know,
I had a lot of health issuesand I couldn't figure out what they were
I had. I always would getmy tonsils would swallow up like a balloon.
You know. They would tell meI always need to take them out,
which now I definitely disagree with takinganything out of the body. I

(05:26):
never had them removed, but theywere always telling me, you need to
remove your tonsils. I used tohave skin issues. I used to be
bloated. I used to have moodmoot swings, mood disorders. My weight
would fluctuate all the time. Youknow, I maybe have digestion issues,
a lot of things. And whenI started understanding the root cause of things,

(05:47):
and it was what I was puttinginto my body, what I'm eating,
what I'm drinking, my terrain, you know, the frequencies from lights
and Wi Fi and all these differentthings. When I started understanding all of
that, I understand I started understandingthat the professionals that I was talking to,
they weren't addressing the root cause, which was what I was doing on
the daily basis, which was eatingpoison or putting poison on my skin,

(06:12):
or maybe for example, the water, the water was not filtered, or
I was putting tap water all overmy skin, things like this, spraying
my body with axe body spray, which used to give me a complete allergic
reaction instantaneously, you know, andmy tonsils would swell up from that.
And your tonsils are I've realized, with these beautiful, beautiful parts of your
body, the tonsil is the firstpart to determine if there's a health ailment

(06:34):
or something that's bothering you, orsomething that's causing issues or going to cause
issues long term. Your tonsils willinstantaneously flare up as a as a sign
to tell you that whatever you're utilizing, whatever you just ate, whatever you
just drank, whatever it may be, it's not going to be the most
beneficial to your body. And that'sthe side. And so when I was

(06:57):
going through this whole health journey,I was trying all these different diets,
I was eating all different types ofways. I went vegetarian when you vegan,
did paleo. I tried just abouteverything, and I still was having
a lot of issues. Even thoughI was changing up my diet, I
was still having issues. And Iwatched the documentary GMOs Revealed, which was
twenty two hours long, and thisdocumentary completely changed the way that I looked

(07:23):
at food, you know, everysingle thing with all the pesticides, the
heavy metals, the sprays, andhow going organic can just change your life
instantaneously. And it was interesting becausethe last study done on organic food was
done in nineteen ninety two, showingthat organic food yields one hundred times more
nutrients than conventional food. So whenI saw that, I thought, Okay,

(07:46):
well, I'm missing that factor. You know, I'm switching all these
things, but I'm missing that factor. So I started switching these things out.
I started going all organic. Istarted, you know, being aware
of what I'm putting into my body, eating labels, you know, making
sure that I know what I'm eatingor what I'm putting on my body because
a lot of these ingredients and thingsthat are a lot of them are synthetic

(08:07):
and they can be causing issues. And I started becoming more aware of these
things. And as I became moreaware, I started paying attention to like
fragrance, which always gave me anadverse reaction every single time I would write
it. So I just got ridof it. And as I started getting
rid of certain things I would noticeif ever they were brought back, or
I was ever in an environment wherethose things existed, then I would have

(08:28):
the same issues again. And Istarted going, humh, well, this
must be what's causing X, Yand Z. And so it was interesting
too because the one day I stoppedwith all fragrance together that I was using,
instantaneously my seasonal allergies disappeared. AndI thought, well, I've been
told it's dust pollen and ragweed. And they poked my arm and told me

(08:50):
that I have all these allergies todust pollen and ragweed. And it's interesting
because yesterday there was a dust stormhere in Arizona, and I'm perfectly fine.
So if the dust was actually thedanger or the danger that they told
us, then that would have messedme up. But I'm perfectly fine,
reason being because I've cleaned up myterrain, I've cleaned up my body.

(09:13):
My body is strong, my bodyis healthy. And you know, dust
is just a part of the earth. It's just just like soil, just
like wind and water and all thesethings. So when I went through all
of this, I started changing littlethings, and as I changed it,
I felt better. And then Istarted paying attention to more things. And
as I got into the next levelof kind of learning these things, I

(09:33):
started getting into the blood types andunderstanding blood types and how blood certain blood
types can metabolize certain foods and certainthings recognize with certain blood types. And
that was also very interesting because whenI was meeting people who eat a lot
of eat or eat a lot ofmeat, they were usually oh blood type.
And then people who don't eat alot of meat were usually a blood

(09:56):
type because they're the farmer blood types. So all these interesting things that we're
just not taught about. And whenI would go to the professionals, they
would tell me that just you know, it's genetic. You're getting older,
and that's just what it is.And in reality, I started to realize,
and this was in my twenties whereI had all these health issues,
But in my twenties I realized I'vebeen lied to on so many ways because

(10:18):
I actually fixed all of my problemsmyself when I took the initiative, and
it started with just doing some researchand just getting into things and just researching,
and then as it all kind ofcrafted, we moved into cultivate elevate,
and everything is kind of all thatinformation has been kind of packed into
Cultivate, Elevate and bringing that forwardso that people can have solutions. Because

(10:43):
when I was having my health issues, there was there was I don't know,
there was no information. It tookyears for those documentaries to come out
later, but for a long periodof time, I was like, I
don't know what's wrong and wrong withme, and I started to think,
maybe this is just normal. Maybewe're also to be like this. But
in reality, we're supposed to behealthy, we're supposed to be vibrant,
we're supposed to be energetic, we'resupposed to be youthful, you know,

(11:07):
all of those beautiful things. Butour system, which actually gave you an
award, which is funny, oursystem actually is the opposite and is trying
to keep us in that perpetual cycleso that they can keep making money on
us and continue that perpetual loop ofthe money, money, money, money.
Oh you're you're right, Yeah, that's funny about that award, But

(11:30):
it's an award, and they actuallyuse more holistic types. Ready to over
and you're and I do have abasing audience and a lot of people that
first in your area and but yes, you are saying so resonate, so
true for me, and it waskind of the same with me thirty years

(11:54):
ago when you know, the lightbulb went off and ahead and I started
searching this. But one of thethings that was really mind blowing to me
was finding out how they had hijackedour healthcare system States. And I've heard
you explained this for it. Doyou mind ed Earn with listeners on really

(12:22):
how they high checked our healthcare systemWest Classic So when we about nineteen nineteen
thirteen, when the creation of theFederal Reserve came around, which is also
another thing of hijacking currency. Butwhen we had the creation of that,
we also had the Flexner Report duringthat time of nineteen ten, which was
with the Rockefellers and the Carnegies, and they basically took over the entire medical

(12:46):
system in the United States. Andwhat they started to do was they started
to weed out anything that was natural. So if we talked about eating ginger
and connecting with the earth and beingnatural or healing naturally, going to a
chiropractor, going to a massage, using energy as healing, all of those
things were basically starting to become eitherillegal or trying they tried to remove those

(13:09):
things. So if you had aschool that would practice natural healing or natural
medicine at that time, they wouldactually reduce or defund those schools so that
they didn't get any money. Butif your school, on the other hand,
was part of the group that theywanted currently in twenty twenty three,
which was promoting radiation, promoting surgeryand poisonous pills, your school got lots

(13:35):
and lots of money and it justwas funded. And so a lot of
the times during the nineteen hundreds tothe nineteen twenties, a lot of the
professionals at that time they had togo and get a specific certification which is
known as MD, and only certainpeople could actually afford the MD certification at
that time because it was actually veryexpensive. So a lot of people who

(13:56):
were practicing natural healing and natural healingmodalities they were pretty much also weeded out
because they could not afford this veryexpensive new certification. So a lot of
schools and a lot of people allstarted to disappear, similar to a lot
of the disappearance of the midwives. There used to be so many midwives who

(14:18):
would assist in home birthing, becausehome birthing is the most natural way to
do it. You know, inthese hospitals where people are the opposite direction
in which a baby is supposed toeven come out, and all this other
stuff, this is not natural. And that's why our current system which has
been taken over, it's everything inverted. So what happened was was as the

(14:39):
Rockefellers took over that they also hadall this petroleum and all these toxins and
all this other stuff, and thatstuff started getting put into the pills and
all the stuff that they're supplying togive to people because they decided, what,
we have an abundance of it,because it is unlimited, we have
an abundance of it. So we'rejust going to give it out to the
people and put it in a pillform, and that will keep them coming

(15:01):
back because they'll never actually fixed oraddress the root cause. So a lot
of people who are in the naturalhealing places, they actually were completely removed.
And then if people were basically healingtoo much using for example energy or
frequency, people like Wilhelm Reich andother people, Raymond Rife and all these

(15:22):
other people, those people were eitherput in jail or imprisoned so that they
could get rid of that technology. And what's interesting is is any time somebody
would talk about natural healing, theywere considered a quack, which is a
person who's trying to make profit offof whatever thing that they're trying to sell.
Well, if we think about ourcurrent system and this whole thing of

(15:46):
how it's constantly coming or having youcome back and forth, that would be
a quackery system because it's constantly takingthe money from you all the time.
But they use the term on thepeople who were natural and the people who
were trying to do it in ahealthy way, and so they weeded those
people out, and then as timepassed, you had people who are pretty

(16:06):
much kind of fallen off over time. And then you have this control system
in which you can then push thedifferent types of pokes and injections that they
would try to poke into people andall this other stuff, and you make
all these other industries that never existed, and then you create this industry which

(16:26):
there's like different professionals in the industrywho all are separate, almost like a
very ego based but all are separateand don't communicate with one another. And
then they think that they're say,you know this person and that person's communicating
with those and you have all thisconfusion rather than you're just not eating healthy,
you're just not drinking healthy water, and you're just not spending enough time

(16:49):
in the sun. That's a youknow, like simple things. It gets
so overly complicated and it's like theseare all just very simple things. And
this is all stuff that showed beforethe hijacking of the Rockefeller Medical System.
And when they took over the medicalsystem, they also took over the school

(17:10):
system. So that's why the schoolsystem ushers in everything that the medical system
is trying to be a part ofbecause they all go hand in hand.
And when you see all of this, this is why when we go you
know, if you go on everysocial media or media or whatever, it
may be the same thing. Theyhave that system too, So it's all
just curating the same narrative and pushingit and then if, like I said,

(17:33):
if you are saying something different, then you are deemed as a woo
woo, quackery and all these otherfunny terms which were all created in that
series. But it just as wehave to be aware of this history or
the past because this is actually determiningtwenty twenty two and twenty twenty three and
twenty twenty four and what we're intoday because it's been a hundred years.

(17:56):
If you think about it, thesystem has been taken over almost one hundred
years ago. Think of how muchtechnology has probably been created since then but
has been suppressed during that time andup until now that we could be using
too heel, that's natural, youknow. So it's just it's just crazy
when you get into this. Butif you follow the money, that's what

(18:18):
I always say, then you cansee exactly you know, what's doing what
and who's pushing what. That's abrilliant rendition of history. And yeah,
and you know it's interesting. There'sa documentary called Doctored, like doctor with
an ad on it Doctored, andit actually talks about how the head of

(18:41):
the American Medical Association Fish I thinkas name as Fishbarne, actually started the
quackery towards anything that was God given. And I like to emphasicize that holistic
is God given, it's defined Flygiven, and we are divine beings.

(19:03):
And what they have created is reallythey always named things just the opposite of
what it is you know, it'sthey call it healthcare when really it's maintaining
sickcare or something like that, andthese patrick chemical drugs. And then I
think it was in nineteen thirty ornineteen thirty two, they rewrote all the

(19:25):
history books and only put in themwhat they want us to think. And
then they rewrote them again between nineteenfifty two and nineteen fifty four. I
was born in nineteen fifty before I'msixty eight, and it really is mindling
to me to see really all theharm they've done from that time forward.

(19:49):
And I believe Rockefeller take actually tookover controlling the schools at that time,
and we all started being basically brainwaterinto believing what their narrative was. And
it's really quite horrify if you reallylook at it. These people have to

(20:10):
be definitely have an agenda that isnot towards the greater good. And one
of the things that initially brought meto you, Matt, was your ability
to grow food, healthy organic foodusing electroculture Ridolf Steiner's work that I believe

(20:30):
you've studied. And I have literallybecome a copper fanatic and I have copper
wires around my fence posts and aroundmy trees and in my garden. And
it's interesting because I have birds andanimals that will show up and literally sit
next to those copper wires, andI have just found it fascinating. And

(20:55):
now I'm learning that we have literallyas an important part of our health.
And if we don't have copper, everybody we basically rust that they've been adding
like iron to our food and ourwheat for maybe the last fifty years and

(21:18):
basically has been one of the reasonsthat has been harming our health. And
I would love for you to shareall your brilliant information, or as much
as we can fit in this showtoday, a little bit about what you
have been sharing with people about thecopper and the electroculture and our health and

(21:38):
food of all of that. It'sa big subject. We'll put it all
in there. But as you wererevoking the teachers, they actually weeded out
the teachers who taught critical thinking. So that was part of the education on
removal where they would if a teacherwas promoting critical thinking, they would actually
fire that teacher and replace that withthe teacher who was not promoting critical thinking

(22:02):
and would promote the curriculum. Sothat's how they kind of got that going.
But this also relates to electric culturebecause I've been finding newspaper articles and
I'm going to do a video onthis shot soon, but newspaper articles about
the Royal Agriculture Society doing electric culturein eighteen thirty five. So if we

(22:23):
go back in time, everybody knewabout all this stuff. You know,
It's it's not that it's not somethingnew. It's definitely been around. And
they would have people in these articleswrite essays about electric culture and how well
it worked for them and how theirgardens were going absolutely wild. And this
was in Australia and New South NewSouth Wales, so they were fully aware

(22:47):
of these things. And I've beentrying to go as far as i can
back with this, but electric cultureis very fascinating because what you're doing is
you're you're helping to assist the electricalconductivity of your plants. So a lot
of our plants are suffering from thelack of electrical conductivity. The energy,
the sap, the blood of theplant cannot flow because usually the root systems

(23:08):
are all blocked up with what youjust described, all the iron iron iron
iron iron iron, which leads torust, leads to decay, and also
leads to slugs. That's why alot of slugs come around in people's gardens
because the slugs are trying to cleanup all the rust and the decay.
The slugs are copper based blood, and so they're trying to come around and

(23:30):
clean up all the iron. Sothey'll come around and try to grab everything,
clean it all up. But whenyou start putting copper in there,
they don't want to come around becausenow the energetic principle of the soil is
right back to its original state status. And it's interesting because as you start
placing these antennas like you are describing, you'll start to notice more bees,
more pollinators, more beautiful birds.I mean birds that I've never even seen

(23:53):
before. Insects I've never seen before. I've seen braying mantises. I've seen
bats which I've never really seen, kind of just hanging out like on my
wall next to you where my plantsare, and things like that. But
all these beautiful things because they canpick up on the energy because what has
happened over time, and this goesback into it. So back in about

(24:14):
nineteen hundreds to nineteen twenties, youhad just increasto flow and he was promoting
a lot with electriculture. And atthat same time you had George Lakowsky,
he was doing about the same time. Then came World War One and a
lot of that information was lost andreset. Then you have Now you move
into World War Two and you haveVictor Schauburger, and Victor Schauburger showed that

(24:37):
if you take copper gardening tools,or you take copper and you place it
into the soil, your yields willjust go crazy. And he started noticing
this because he started giving out allthese beautiful copper tools to all these farmers
and all of their yields started goingup. So what he did was he
proposed at the time to the Bulgariangovernment, I'll give you all these copper
tools and they will help your farmersand you will have abundance of food,

(25:00):
and your food shortages or any typeof food shortages that you might face would
be instantly solved like this. Andwhat happened was was that politician at the
time was getting a kickback from thefertilizer companies and decided, well, I
can't do that because I'm going tolose my kickback. So he actually put
out a public broadcast onto the newspaperand the radio to tell farmers, if

(25:22):
you use copper in your soil, you'll yield too much food and you'll not
make enough money. So that wasnineteen forties. So that's it's all.
It's all been presented to us atthat time. And so Victor Schauberger decided,
why I'm not playing ball with anyof this, and I'm just going
to go do my own thing. And a lot of his work was lost
at that time. And when Iread that part in the book Living Water,

(25:45):
when I was reading Victor Schauburger's work, that's when I thought, Okay,
I got to bring this information outthere. Because this was during twenty
twenty one when we were having allthese food shortages where they were storing the
food in the warehouses and pretending likeit was out of you know, we're
out of food. But it dawnedon me that we need a solution.
So I decided, I'm gonna tryelectric culture. I'm gonna take a piece

(26:07):
of wood, I'm gonna wrap itwith copper, and I'm gonna put it
in my maringa plant. And itwas interesting because I'm on the balcony,
I'm on the third floor, I'mon a public road. There's led street
lights, there's all kinds of noise, there's everything. And my Maringa pods
on my Maringa plant grew to twentytwo inches now the average is six inches.

(26:30):
And I just had a friend whoactually now beat my Maringa pods at
thirty five inches in Florida, andthey're just absolutely it's crazy. You send
me a picture and they're like, you're gonna be blown away by this.
I'm like, this is the moreI see is just remarkable, just by
placing these beautiful copper atmospheric antennas inthe soil. And so I've had people

(26:52):
now message me. I had onelady who was in Florida. She normally
gets a six pound cabbage in May. She got a twelve and a half
pound cab in April like the timebefore, and it was even larger.
I just posted a whole bunch ofpictures of people's basil leaves that are almost
like five to six inches per leave, and it's just a big it doesn't

(27:15):
even look like a basil plant.I posted another person they were up in
the UK and they were growing alldifferent types of like zucchini's and cucumbers and
all these things. They look likebarrels. The lady told me she had
to start giving them away to herlocal friends and family and the community because
she's like, I can't eat allthis, They're so large. I don't
know what to do with them.I had another person. They sent me

(27:37):
all these pictures of their tomatoes andtheir tomato plants. Now I think,
just absolutely ginormous. I had anotherperson send me a picture of the squash
leaves on their squash, and thesquash leaves are bigger than her husband,
so at least six feet and likeeach one is like I think, two
feet wide. Just remarkable things. And it started to make me realize is

(28:00):
is we could have abundance instantaneously. We've just had this inverted agriculture section for
a long time. And that wasbecause, like you said, they rewrote
the books many times. Because Icollect a lot of books from eighteen about
eighteen sixty to nineteen o two,and there's a ton of information in there

(28:22):
that's all the opposite of what we'vebeen told. There's even things on solar
panels in nineteen o two, soa lot of things that aren't talked about
that we're already discovered, that we'realready here, and now we're just kind
of bringing those back. But alot of the agriculture section uses a lot
of iron, and there's a lotof like you said, rust and decay,
which leads to the soil being veryclumpy. It doesn't hold water well,

(28:48):
water doesn't move through it very well. But when you're using this copper
your soil, that electrical conductivity iscoming back. The water then can stay
in that area rather than just evaporate, and it also supports all the plant
life and everything around it. Soit's just remarkable to see the changes.
And today is like July seventeenth orJuly eighteenth. We're in the middle of

(29:11):
July and people are already harvesting theirfood that they would normally harvest in August,
September, October, you know.So I can't wait to see what
people have in October when everything's justabsolutely massive. But at one point,
I think with electriculture and utilizing allthese beautiful earth frequencies and these materials that

(29:32):
we used to use. We usedto use copper, we used to use
brass, we used to use gold. We used to use silver. We
actually used to use lead and tin. Those are all the seven metals of
the seven planets. We used touse all that stuff. But what happened
was is over time we've kind oflost touch with that because we've moved to
either steel and iron or DuPont plasticand that's pretty much it. And both

(29:53):
of those things mitigate the energy fromflowing back and forth or blocking the eat.
And so then if you think aboutit, every time you go to
let's say the hardware store and youbuy whatever you concoction that they sell there,
it's actually diminishing your yields over time, so you're more dependent on the

(30:14):
grocery store and having to go getand buy your own food because you can't
grow your food. So if yousee this system, you know it's almost
perfectly set up that way in thisway where it makes it very difficult.
And all the materials, all theplastics, and all these things are all
resonating at a negative frequency, whichalso diminishes the ability to grow food.

(30:37):
So it's almost like someone new howto divert the system and create this and
create the system which makes it verychallenging. And then came about genetic modification
and pesticides and all these other thingsbecause they're like, oh, your stuff's
not working. We have the solutionafter we've inverted everything that you've already been

(30:57):
doing. So it's very interesting whenyou get into this. But the results
that I've been seeing and just things, that's just remarkable. And every day
I get tagged in photos and gardensand all different types of things, and
it's just it's beautiful and it getsrid of like we talked about, the
fear, the fear of running outof things, because there are solutions and

(31:18):
it's so simple, and usually natureis very simple. So if we just
go with nature and make it simple, it just works. You know.
If we make it overly complicated andall these crazy things, then it doesn't
really work because we're confused before wewere trying to do it. Well,
that was brilliant and your research isreally amazing. One of the things I've

(31:41):
learned about Caliphasay, which is thechemical and round up ready that urbside they
use so pervasively, is it literallydestroys the copper in the soil along with
all the minerals and the nutrients andblocks of the Chickabite pathway. Now it's
in our rainwater. So you knowwhat the thing says. I've been going

(32:04):
to our local hardware store and buyingall the copper. I think I ended
up buying like all the copper onthis huge spindle, and so they know
me when I come in, andI've shared your videos with some of the
guys there, and I'm like, okay, y'all, you got to start
carrying copper, you know, farmingequipment. And I live out in the
country in Texas and listening to yousay how it helps it hold water,

(32:28):
Well, I'll tell you we havevery dry summer sometimes last year we had
a drought. If people were makingtheir fence posts or putting these copper around
their properties, they probably would notbe experiencing the drought as badly as they
are. And you know, thereare so many things that I think people

(32:50):
can implement once they know what todo. And so, you know,
my audience is worldwide, and Ireally believe that all of us are like
an individual army of good and wecan all do this wherever we are.
We can. You know what agreat problem to have is too much food

(33:10):
that you could share with all yourfriends and neighbors and family. We can
all implement these things and back,I don't know, thirty five years ago
it was married to environmental TiAl lawyerand started learning about how all the bees
were going extinct because these genetically modifiedplants, they have no nectar in the

(33:34):
flower. I don't know if anyof y'all have noticed, but you know,
for a long time, if yougo to a florist, these flowers
don't smell anymore, and they arevery specifically genetically modified for appearance or something.
But the bees have been starving tobe to death for a very very
long time. It's since about Ithink I read the first article in nineteen

(33:59):
eighty five, and I'm already bythen there were a whole sets of types
of the big bumble bees that we'realready going extinct. And so I started
joing the Panics Exchange and started practicingorganic gardening and things like that. And

(34:21):
as we can all this everywhere,I heard that lady a few people saying
that since we have no global actualleader leading us against who are ever these
globalists are? Are that? Areyou know, trying to kind of take
over and have a global empire andmake us all slaves. We should be

(34:46):
like a swarm of bees, allspending up individually, strong in our own
beliefs, knowing that we have divinerights and divine nes in us, and
that we should just all learn tosay no to the program that they're implementing

(35:06):
or trying to implement, and standup to them. And I know some
of the things that you talk aboutare so brilliant, And one of the
things I'd love to hear you discussis like the linen people would sleep on
or where in the hospitals, andalso the lightholbs, which I tried to

(35:28):
get changed at my sons and daughter'sschool in high school and they wouldn't do
it. But Matt, I wouldlove for you. And no, we're
getting short on time, but couldshe talk a little bit about fabrics and
linen and healing and then maybe gointo a little bit about the lighthole of
course, so and related to thebees too, just a little bit on

(35:49):
that one. I've had a lotof people message me that they have bee
hives. They put electriculture antennas nearbythem, and the beekeepers are now telling
me that the bees are much calmerand happier. So if you think about
it, these frequencies could be makingbees aggressive or angry, and then they're
angry and aggressive, so they alsohave trouble finding food because think of when
you're in like a frenzy state,it's very challenging for you to kind of

(36:13):
do anything, especially eat, becauseyou're kind of really irritable. So electric
culture can help with the bees. But as for frequencies and the beautiful things
of linen, linen is one remarkablehealing frequency and healing clothing that is just
one we used to all wear. All if you go into the royals and
you look into all the family lineagesand all the people, the priests and

(36:34):
everybody, everybody used to wear linen. Now what's interesting is also a lot
of them used to carry, forexample, a staff or a cane that
was made out of copper or goldor silver, so a conductor. They
would have a conductor in their handof some sort of metal, and they
would wear linen which cannot gather static, so that they could heal instantaneously from
the light frequency that's coming off thebeautiful linen that they were wearing. But

(36:59):
a lot of people will always haverestless leg syndrome and their legs are always
kind of moving while they're sleeping, and that can be because a lot of
our sheets now, and all thesesheet sets and clothes that they sell are
made out of polyester and plastic. Those polyester in plastic sheet sets actually gather
up a negative static charge, whichif you have a lot of static on

(37:20):
the body, you're going to havea restless leg syndrome. So if you
start utilizing linen sheets, you'll startto notice that your restless leg syndrome will
completely go away and you'll start tosleep like a baby. Now, what's
interesting is if we take linens andother stuff, you can look at when
people used to have dinner, theywould put down the linens and then put
the food down afterwards. Reason beingthat light frequency helps increase and elevate their

(37:43):
food because you're getting all that beautifullight. And with all these plastics and
polymers that they're selling people, polyester, polyurethine, rayon, acrylic, nylon,
you know, all these things derivedfrom DuPont. As they banned hemp,
they took in everything with the plastic, but all of those actually block
light and block the ability for etheror energy to flow. So if you

(38:06):
think about it, if you're wearingclothes that are at a zero frequency and
deadening the body, then over timethe body will begin to fall apart.
Whereas if you're wearing clothes that aremade from, for example, linen,
maybe cashmere, wool, hemp, you know, all these beautiful natural frequencies.
Even you can get into leather two. But all these beautiful natural frequencies

(38:27):
that are natural that are that arearound on Earth. Then what happens is
is the body begins to heal veryquickly. And when we're bombarded with a
lot of static, that's why barefootgrounding works so well, everybody goes out
and they go out into nature, they take their shoes off because it gets
rid of all the static. Well, when wearing linen, you also get
rid of the static that's on yourbody. So linen is a beautiful healing

(38:51):
frequency. And this has all beenshown in all the scriptures, all the
old books. You know they say, thou shale not makes linen and wool
they say, they say, youknow all these things about linen and all
these beautiful words. So we justhave to follow that. And as we
just switch out our clothing one pieceat a time. I'm not saying don't
get rid of all your clothing toborrow, but one piece at a time.

(39:12):
You will notice that you will probablyresonate towards wearing those specific clothes rather
than the other ones, because theother ones are going to make you either
hot, sweaty and irritable or kindof like maybe angry because they're heating up
the body too much. Linen runsreal cool, and if you think of
humans as we sleep, we liketo sleep in a really kind of cold
place. It's kind of hard tosleep when it's too hot, you know,

(39:35):
because you start giving all kind offussy. So linen works really well
on that, and it's just abeautiful healing frequency. And once, like
I said, linen sheets or linenblankets, things like that, they're very
healing. But as we take thatinto the light spectrum of our light bulbs,
then you have the LED bulbs, which emit a blue light spectrum which

(39:55):
is very also like a strobe light, which can mess with the mind and
result in cataracts. Now it's interesting, I've been doing all these videos talking
about LEDs and the dangers that comewith LEDs, and I actually took a
part in LED the other day andsaw what was in the inside, and
the same part of the inside ofthe LED is the same part that's in

(40:16):
the street lights. So you knowwhen you go out there and you're like,
the street lights are bothering me,they're kind of just like too much.
Even these new light bolts in thecars, they're kind of too much.
That's the same setup or same creationthat's in these LED bulbs. So
when you're you know, if youstart putting all these together, if you
brought those street lights in your house, you're you're not going to have a

(40:37):
good day. You're not going tobuild to sleep, You're going to have
all this restlessness, You're going tohave anxiety. You might, for example,
have melatonin levels which get disturbed. So if a person wants to opt
for the natural lights, which wouldbe incandescence halogens or even candle light.
You know a lot of people usedto light candles and do all types of
meditations with candles, and it's beautifulbecause that fight is resonating at a red,

(41:01):
orange, and yellow hue, whichis something that we're always missing because
these blue lights or these LEDs arealways pretty much emitting a blue spectrum,
and too much blue spectrum is kindof like being surrounded by a full moon
all the time, because you've gotthat same blue hue coming from that full
moon. So when you're opting forincandescence, halogens or candle light, you're

(41:22):
getting more of the reds, moreof the oranges, more of the yellows
of a beautiful sunset, which canbe actually very healing. And that's why
a lot of people when they havethose bulbs can easily read a book rather
than if they have LED bulbs, which are usually a lot of times in
these screens, it makes it verydifficult to read something. So if you

(41:43):
see all of this, it's almostlike someone knew the light spectrums. And
the book Doctor John Health and Lightgoes more into this, but somebody knew
about the spectrums and how things changecertain things in certain mechanisms in the body.
And then they flip that again becausewe've been using if you think about
it, incandescence for about over almostone hundred years, and they've just been

(42:05):
soothing and very healing. The LEDsonly came about very soon, and reason
being is because they can use themfor a lot of different purposes related to
if you get into smart cities andAgenda twenty thirty. But different things with
cameras and different things with microchips andall kinds of really weird stuff that I
don't want to be a part of. So I'm really about sticking to the

(42:27):
old school ways. And because theold school ways are the ways of keeping
us healthy. There's a lot ofthis new stuff, and all these new
things don't register with our bodies somuch, or with humans or animals,
because if we take it one stepfurther, if you look at animal lights,
like for like lizards and all thesedifferent types of animals, they all
use the same red lights to heal. So if you think about it,

(42:51):
why would we do blue If they'reusing red and the animals that are using
that, why aren't we using redlight? That's natural? So it just
kind of goes in to this. But it's just both of them relate on
so many ways. Of the clothingthat you wear and the light that you're
emitting in your house all goal handin hand. I love that explanation,

(43:13):
and kind of going back to thebees for just a second, is you
know all of these things they putup their cell phone towers, the internet
things that the radiation that is hingus and nature is all chaotic energy.
It's not harmonious, like you know, you're talking about grounding, and the

(43:35):
human residence of the of the earthis very harmonic, and so it rattles
are frequency. It rattles are ourharmony, and it rattles there's too.
But also these genetically modified seeds,a lot of them have me and nicotinoid
poisons built into them that are addictiveand really horrible death for these creatures.

(44:00):
And so it's something I actually havea petition on that. I've over two
hundred and fifty thousand signatures for that. But the EPA, even though I
presented it to and won't do anythingabout it. Surprise. But Matt,
we're almost to the end of theshow. It has been such a great
honor to have you on my show. You are just such a courageous researcher

(44:24):
and really brilliant and expressing some ofthis information. I think in many ways,
sometimes I have to hear a thinga couple of times for maybe different
people before I'll go, Okay,I've got that. And you have just
a really very very nice way ofputting things into perspective, and I hope

(44:47):
you'll join again sometimes share some moreinformation, but just real quick before we
go, I'd love for you togive your contact information for everyone and if
you have anything coming up that youmight want to let people know of course,
So thank you for having me onand as always, we'll do another
one because we can always feel fortyfive months like that, so it's very
quick. But which MC call withthat the you can find us on cultivate

(45:12):
elevate dot com. That's our website. We have a cultivate elevate dot com
slash electric Culture page for more onthere. If people want to learn about
electric culture. Every question you couldimagine has been answered on that page.
We have videos on YouTube and alsoon rumble, and then we also have
a Telegram channel which is cultivate Elevate, and people put all their gardens and
pictures in there too, so ifpeople want to see examples, people want

(45:35):
to see what's going on and whatpeople are trying. People giving their testimony,
so it's not just me saying it, but they put their testimonies in
there as well. But people canfind that information on there and then ask
for what I'm doing. I'm workingon a book and then I'm also working
on some different stuff with some newproducts and some new designs of electric culture
antennas, and that's pretty much whatI'm going to be moving into and just

(45:57):
trying to mix different things that I'vebeen learning with light spectrum now with the
antennas and all these beautiful things togetherbecause I realized those two play a very
big role, you know, notonly the energy but the light spectrum and
both go hand in hand. SoI'm going to be putting stuff some stuff
together with that, but other thanthat, just trucking along and trying to
have some solutions and resolve the fear. That's beautiful and we are light beings.

(46:24):
We have a radiance of us andwe want that light to shine.
So as you're coming to the endof the show, Matt, I would
left for you to share a partingthought with our listeners around the world and
maybe something that might help them improvetheir life. So with some way to

(46:45):
shave with for him that I wouldsay, you know, just the best
way to say is keep an openmind on everything that you learn and always
know to trust your instinct because alot of times I feel, you know,
when it comes to a lot ofthe stuff in which we learn about
and we're taught about and all thesethings, we really should keep an open
mind and see everything from every anglebecause you never know a different perspective which

(47:06):
might help assist you in some partof your life and through your journey.
And so I say, you know, keeping an open mind and then trusting
your instinct, because a lot ofthe times, through all the stuff in
which we've faced, our instinct hasbeen disabled. We don't use that that
beautiful gut instinct that tells us youknow right from wrong. And I feel
like that can be very beneficial forthe health advice that maybe somebody gets from

(47:28):
somebody or that they're learning about, because everybody's body is differently or as different.
When I was having my health ailments, I started to realize, I'm
going to kind of go with mygut instinct and kind of figure out what
works best for me and kind ofgo from there, because sometimes when we're
also getting so much information, itcan be confusing. But if we go
with our gut instinct, it willdetermine the path in which we should go.

(47:52):
And now I feel like I'm atthe healthiest point in my life that
I've ever been, just by determiningmy you know, which way I should
go and following my gut instinct onit, something seemed off with X Y
and Z, and so I startedeliminating x Y and Z, and something
seemed right with x Y and Z, and I started going with those things
and just little simple things. Andwe should go with that because we're all

(48:14):
connected in that way, and evenus connecting, you know, our gut
instinct says we should keep talking andit just keeps happening and flowing and more
energy and more positive things, becausethat's what we need. Positivity over all
the nonsense negativity that we're constantly beembarded with, and that goes into turning
off and connecting with nature and understandingand paying attention rather than just you know,

(48:37):
taking it all the time. SoI think those would be the two.
Well, I think that's a leftharding thought for everyone, and clearing
myself and just enjoy to have youon the show, and you certainly look
like you're in the peak of health, and I think also with that comes

(48:58):
an uplifted mood and a positive you. And I love that you suggested for
everyone to stay flexible and because there'salways new information coming out right and we
need to adjust to it. Soeverybody out there, we love you,
we stay strong, and blessings toyou all. And Matt and I wish

(49:21):
you great health and joyful lives. And I'm Nancy Addson, your host.
This is Matt Rowski, and welove you and I will see y'all next week
