gratitude and expectations, we thank you for the gifts say
you bestowed on us throughout the past year. We ask
that you please send love, support, aid and comfort to
anyone in the world who's been challenged with some terrible
problems recently. There's La Fire, and there's probably others around

(01:16):
the world that I'm not aware of, but please, fear
Divine Creator, please bring comfort and aid and love to them.
And we dedicate this new year to being wise and
thoughtful with our words, kind with our works, loving and
patient with our family, our friends, and our neighbors. And

(01:38):
we ask for your divine support with our countries and
those who find themselves in leadership positions. Please fill them
with your love, honesty, wisdom, and truth, so that they
may serve their fellow man with divine grace, honesty, ethicalness, truthfulness,

(01:59):
and works that will benefit all. Your divine Creator, we

new beginnings and fresh starts. May this year be marked
by your abundant blessings and mighty works, and through our
lives us this in the highest good of all concerned

(03:02):
for everyone listening now and for everyone one listening in
the future, and thank you, and so it is. I
had started this show with part one of improving our
vis for the new Year, and I'm gonna continue that.

(03:23):
In the first show, we went through some nutrients like
vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin and today we're going
to start on vitamin C. So you know, vitamin C
is one of those just amazing nutrients that you know,
like doctor Thomas Leevey, who I've had on my show

(03:45):
and think is just really a phenomenally brilliant doctor cardiologist
who wrote Curing the Uncurable with Vitamin C. He has
taught me so much about it. But one of the
things that he has taught me is that it escorts
toxins out of our cells, and it is also water soluble,

(04:06):
so we basically urinate them out about every six hours,
so we have to replenish vitamin C regularly. And doctor
Brian Artists, who I spoke about in the first show,
who recently did some shows on cataracts and how that
cataracts are about forty five percent of all the reason

(04:30):
that people are going blind in the world, which is
a really big problem, And in his research, he shared
that seventy percent of the very frequently prescribed drugs, including
ones that are over the counter, actually directly cause cataract formation.
So if you are using any kind of pharmaceutical drug

(04:54):
of any kind, just remember side effect is not a
side effect, it's a direct effect. And whatever you're using
that drug for. You know, ask yourself, is what I'm
struggling with right now? Would that be better for me
if I was blind and had cataracts, you know? Or

(05:14):
is there a natural way to avoid having cataracts and
going blind? And is there a holistic, God given remedy
that I could do for whatever situation I have going
And so Predingo zone and these cortisones are what are
the leading cause of cataract formation in people's eyes. And

(05:39):
contrary to what they tell you, because they always tell you, oh,
it's because you're aging, that is just not true. And
I would say these medical people who say this haven't
even read the studies. And so you know, it's better
to be informed and to avoid taking things things that

(06:00):
are going to cause you to lose your vision as
you get older or have to have all these struggles.
They also say the only cure for cataracts is surgery,
and that is also incorrect. And so one of the
things that I have learned over the years is that
vitamin C is one of the most powerful nutrients that

(06:23):
we can possibly ingest on a daily basis. And one
of the things you need to be aware of is
that most supplements on store shelves are synthetic, and this
means that they are chemically derived from natural or unnatural
sources and frequently sold as all natural, and in fact,
in labeling by the FDA standards, you can callcept natural

(06:47):
and it can be one hundred percent chemical. So it's
kind of like word trickery. As we've talked about in
many of my shows before. Quite frequently these people who
are are actually causing harm to so many of us,
they frequently label things the exact opposite of what it
really is. So you just have to learn to be

(07:10):
your own detective in this world and really kind of
maneuver through this mindfield. And that's what I'm hoping that
you can get through my shows. And so many of
the vitamin C supplements are synthetic, and you will know
them because they are called ascorbic acid. So anytime there's
an acid in the name of it, and it's supposed

(07:34):
to be a nutrient, then you know it was synthetically
derived and it may be buffered with minerals to decrease
its acidity. But most vitamin C supplements are lacking a
whole array of nutrients. And vitamin C is an antioxidant
and it contributes to the development and maintenance of body

(07:54):
tissue as well as collagen, which is located in the cornea.
And study have shown that vitamin C reduces the risk
of cataracts and when taken in combination with other essential nutrients,
it can slow the progression of macular degeneration and visual
acuity loss. And so doctor Artists found that he found

(08:19):
an old study in like nineteen sixty two, and if
you want to watch his videos, go to the Doctor
Bryant the Doctor Artist Show and you can click on
his shows. And it was very recent in twenty twenty five,
but he found a study that was very long term
and actually did prevent and reverse cataracts cataract formations. And

(08:45):
the study was five hundred milligrams of vitamin C two
times a day. It was one thousand meligrams of vitamin
C a day, but they did it in two two
times of five hundred at each time. So if we

(09:06):
urinate the vitamin C out every six hours or so,
because it's a water soluble mineral, then you know, I
would really recommend doing your vitamin C in the morning
in the evening so that you know, you get the
best utilization of that. And it does take anywhere from
twelve to twenty four hours for the vitamin C to

(09:28):
actually show up in your eye. And apparently a lot
of the fluids in your eye are actually vitamin C
which protect your eyes from oxidative stress, which causes the
eye to deteriorate. So many fruits and vegetables are rich
in vitamin C. Some of the richest ones or oranges, grapefruits, limes, lemons, strawberries, papaya,

(09:56):
red belt pepper, and tomatoes. Remember that heat can break
down vitamin C, so you know, try to eat one
whole real piece of fruit every day and in freezing.
Freezing food does not destroy vitamin C. So you can
buy frozen vegetables if you live in a place where
you can get fresh vegetables, that would be good. And

(10:19):
I have a question here from a listener and they're
asking what the best source of vitamin C is to use.
And I share a lot of this on my website
and I have a recent blog article and I have
links to the vitamin cs that I use, but I
like to get ones that are derived from like tart

(10:41):
cherries or fresh fruit. And when you buy vitamins, and
the research I found was that if you use synthetic vitamins,
they actually your body doesn't know how to read synthetic chemicals,
and so I have found that taking synthetic vitamins can

(11:02):
sometimes actually cause illness or what they would call another
disease instead of what you're thinking it will do. So
I really recommend whenever you buy any kind of supplement
at all, you want to look at the ingredient list
and if it's not listing organic real food like organic

(11:25):
lemons or organic grapefruit or organic grapefruit seed extract or
something like that for vitamin C, then you might want
to choose a different one. And so that's the way
I kind of pick out my vitamins. And so that's
just a you know, something to be aware of. But
if it says acid on it, you know that it

(11:47):
is a synthetic version, So like folate, which is vitamin B.
If you see folic acid, that's the synthetic version. So
just you know, remember that, you know, acid is not
a natural nutrient if you're looking for supplements like this.
So next on our list of making our eyes as

(12:12):
healthy as possible, it's getting enough vitamin D. And we
know vitamin D is vitally important for our overall health
that well being, but it's also critical for protecting the
eyes from all kinds of diseases or h related macular
degeneration or glaucoma or dry eye scrum or cataracts, and

(12:35):
it also enables your eye to heal from injury, and
studies have shown that it has an amazing effect against cancer.
So you know, make sure you're getting enough sunshine on
your skin without sunscreen, and of course you can only
your skin can only make the vitamin D on this

(12:56):
skin that is getting the sun on it, So if
you have on a lot of clothing and you're covered,
you're not getting that much of it. So you know,
going to the beach is one place where we can
usually get a lot of vitamin D. But vitamin D
helps in the prevention of diabetes. Diabetes is one of
the leading causes of blindness, and low vitamin D actually

(13:21):
lowers your insulin resistance, so you know, it's important to
keep those levels up. And this means that extra glucose
in the bloodstream does not get utilized by the cells
if you're low in vitamin D, and you can actually
overcome insulin resistance with healthy doses of vitamin C. And

(13:44):
so you know, I have a lot of this information
in my book Diabetes and Your Diet, And many of
you may know that I've written seven healthy nutrition books
and you can find them online. You can also go
to my website Organic healthilife dot com l I f

(14:05):
E dot com and you can see my books. You
can also read my blog and I have a free
newsletter every month and I put out recipes and helpful
advice and things that are current, and I put links
for things I think are important for you to know now.
And I'd love to have you join me in my

(14:27):
Organic Healthylife family. So if you want to go to
Organic healthylife dot com, you can also contact me there.
And I do health counseling. That's one of the things
I really love to do is talk to people and
help them with holistic God given remedies for really reversing

(14:48):
a lot of these problems that are caused by the
pharmaceuticals that many people have taken their whole life. So
come to my website and join me on some of
these journeys. And so I had a question, how do
we know if the nutrient is really synthetic? I mean,

(15:08):
I think you really just have to look at the
ingredient list and if it reads full real food like
my vitamins. When I look at the source the ingredient list,
it will say whole broccoli, whole carrots, you know, things
like that. You want it to list like food, And

(15:31):
so I think that's important. Vitamin D is a natural
and like shitachi mushrooms, there are very few foods that
actually have vitamin D in it, so it's a little
more difficult to find. But make sure you get enough

(15:52):
sunlight and get out in that sunshine with out the sunscreen.
You know, as I've you know, mentioned many times before
when doctor Elizabeth Plored was on my show, that sunscreen.
She has written many books on this. She's a medical
doctor and her research is amazing, and she says that

(16:17):
sunscreens are actually toxic waste. It goes straight to your bloodstream.
She believes it really does cause cancer, and one reason
being because it blocks the vitamin D from being absorbed
into your skin. And so, you know, I really highly
encourage you to get sunshine. Don't wear sunglasses. You need

(16:39):
to have sun through your eyes every day. I found
that when I stopped wearing sunglasses, my eyes could handle
a brighter sunshine and my eyes got stronger and much better.
And as I mentioned in the first show, I was
actually diagnosed with the degenerative eye disease when I was

(17:01):
in high school and was told I was going to
go blind. But you know that has not happened, thank goodness.
And I do believe and I try to get sen
in through my eyes every day. And when the light
penetrates the eyes, it actually activates photoreceptors in the retina

(17:23):
and this delivers impulses through the optic nerve back to
the brain. And this is actually how we see, So
this is like really really important. The light goes into
the retinal hypothalamic pathway, which stimulates the hypothalmis, and the
hypothalmis is the master gland of the body, and this

(17:46):
helps us balance our circadian rhythms by connecting with the
penial gland and the pituitary gland. So this is so important,
and I might suggest getting sunlight through the ice every day.
We could do it between nine am or after five pm.
It's important to get at least thirty minutes of light

(18:07):
into your eyes daily, even in the winter. And some
people who don't get enough light into their eyes can
actually get depressed. And that's you know, when we don't
get enough light in our eyes, this can really directly
impact our mood. And it's winter here in North America.
I know I have about fifty eight countries listening to

(18:27):
my show, and you know, some of y'all maybe in
the other hemisphere and having summer right now. But you know,
I have to admit in the past, when I wasn't
getting enough light, when I didn't know this, I could
get depressed in the winter. So getting that light into
your eyes is really important. Doctor Joseph Tractman wrote a

(18:50):
wonderful article relating light stimulation to the hypothelmus eye help,
and he found that light stimulation is helped to help
support the retinal health and increased tear production. It also
reduces ocular inflammation and improves your neurological health. So we

(19:12):
actually require light like we require food. And doctor John
ott Ott in his book Health and Light, he says
that we are malnourished of light, especially through our eyes,
and it can actually have a direct negative effect on
our eyesight and our overall health. And he actually worked

(19:36):
with the Disney Company and worked with filmmaking and different
things like that, and he became fascinated with light and
quit his job and started researching light and ended up
writing these really amazing books. So I recommend reading doctor
John Ott's books, and Health and Light is a really

(19:57):
good one. So you know where can we get vitamin
D from food sources? We can get it from egg yolks.
And you know, doctor Stephanie Senneff always says egg yolk
is like a whole vitamin pill, but it's only if
it's a raw egg yolk. And the raw egg yolk
is just packed with really everything. And frequently I'll put

(20:22):
it in my smoothie that way, because I'm down the
farm down the road from a farm that is totally organic.
The chickens and the ducks run around out in the
fields all day, getting sunshine, fresh air and eating bugs.
They don't get any gmo corn or any gmo feed,
and so I know those eggs are really really healthy,

(20:42):
and so I get my eggs there and I use
those really fresh egg yolks in my foods in that way,
and that way I know I'm getting all my nutrition.
And you know, recently I had Vladimir on who's over
and you Gonda trying to help the Pea people learn
about nutrition and improve their lives, and he was trying

(21:05):
to raise chickens and he didn't know how to. I've
been teaching him nutrition so he could help the people.
But I did teach him if you have a raw
egg yolk every day, or just you know, a raw egg,
I just throw the whole egg and the blender with
my coconut milk and a little vanilla and maybe a

(21:26):
banana and some other fresh fruit and maybe some hemp seeds,
and I make it a really delicious smoothie in the
morning when I get up, and I know I've got
all my vitamins and a lot of protein, and I
feel really great. So that's something really easy for y'all
to do. And so the other food sources for vitamin

(21:48):
D would be like sardines, chittachi, mushrooms. It's in some
fish like salmon, and in some of the dairy products
like yogurt and milk that are fortified with vitamin D.
But I'm guessing those are synthetic vitamin D, so I
think I would do an egg yolk instead. Just remember,

(22:09):
get pasted to raised, try to find a local person
who's not giving the chickens gmo corn and gmo feed,
and get to know your local farmers or RaSE arowned chickens.
But you know, this is a wonderful way to have
really optimum health, and I think it's really important for us.
And I even do things like this for my pets,

(22:33):
so my pets get the same quality food that I eat,
and that's why they live so long and are so healthy.
I don't give them anything I wouldn't eat myself, but
just be aware that we need to get sunshine every
day and definitely through our eyes. And you know, I

(22:53):
only wear sunglasses when I'm somewhere where there's a whole
lot of glare, Like if you're skiing on the slope, sir,
you're on the boat and that's reflecting off the water.
I really try to not wear them ever, and I
found my eyes have gotten so much stronger, and I'm really,
really am glad about that. So the next nutrient we're

(23:17):
gonna talk about is vitamin E and it's a healthy fat,
so Omega three fatty acids and vitamin E all are
so great against protecting the cells in the eye from
free radicals that cause oxidative stress, and oxidative stress really
contributes to the breakdown of healthy tissue. So healthy fats,

(23:42):
believe it or not, it's important to address the source
of the water you drink, bathe and swim in, because
almost all public water supplies have chemicals added to them,
including the sodium fluoride and chlorine, both of which are poisons.
So we're talking municipal water, we're talking swimming pools, things

(24:04):
like that, and chemical chlorine has been found to destroy
the vitamin E and ome get three essential fatty acids
in the body. So it's really important to try to,
like you're going to go swimming, swim in natural waters,
and if you are drinking tap water, I would really
highly recommend find yourself a zero water filter or something

(24:29):
of that sort that really removes all these chemicals and
these healthy fats in the body are so important. And
there was an industrial chemist, JP Burks, PhD. Show He
did a study and showed in nineteen ninety two that
chlorinated water alters and destroys unsaturated essential fatty acids, which

(24:54):
are really the building blocks of your brain and your
nervous system. Omega three provides numerous health benefits, including reducing
inflammation in the body. Studies also connected with infants. They
found that getting the necessary amount of vitamin three vitamin

(25:15):
omega threes for babies was essential for them developing good eyesight.
Omega three is also thought to aid in preventing the
dryness in your eye. And I know so many people
struggle with this because all of these computers and technical
things that we use, they literally cause dry eyes. And

(25:38):
so you know, this is just something to be aware of.
And I mentioned in the first show that I just
make my own I drops out of really good water
and I just use those whenever my eyes feel dry.
And then they say, you know, fish are really rich
you omega threes like tuna and salmon and hearing mackerel

(26:00):
and sardines and trout. But really, the oceans today are
so high in mercury that I really don't recommend eating fish,
and if you are eating fish, you need to detox
from mercury. And that's one of my specialties when I
counsel people is I'm an expert at detoxification, and I

(26:22):
think it's more and more important every day because we
are just bombarded with so many chemicals in our world
and detoxification is really important. So anyway, I would really
recommend doing it, or may get three essential fatty acid

(26:43):
that's really from cold pressed black seed or hempseed oil,
and you can usually find these in a healthy supplement
grocery store area that is refrigerated, so it's usually over
with the probiotics and so hemp seeds, which is, you know,
just one of the most amazing plants on the planet.

(27:06):
Which is why the pharmaceutical companies and governments have demonized
it so much, is because it's just like a perfect
food and hemp seeds are a great source of vitamin
E and omega threes as well as one of the
best absorbable plant based proteins there is. And it doesn't
have any insime inhibitors in it or phytic acid. It

(27:29):
is just I think it's just God's gift to us
or you know, some of the most nutrient rich food
in the world. And I would avoid buying the hemp
or the flag seeds that are already ground because they
start to loose their nutrition when they are exposed to oxygen.

(27:49):
And so whenever you like grind something up, it's being
exposed to oxygen and it will start to deteriorate really quickly.
So you know, I would either get a like coffee
bean grinder, which is what I use for my seeds
and things or something like that, and then I just
grind them fresh if I use them. But I like

(28:10):
the cold press oil because you'd have to grind awful
lot of seeds to get a tea spoon of oil
out of those flax seeds. And we have a question
here from a listener and she's saying, is it black
or flex, So I'm saying flex f like in frank
lax flex flex seed and flex seeds are very rich

(28:36):
in omega threes and a lot of other nutrients, and
they also have really good fibers, so you know, sometimes
I add them to recipes, but also I can add
them to my animal food and it's really good for
them too. And so some of the good food sources
for some of these healthy fats like vitamin E would

(28:59):
include like leafy greens like Swiss chard beat greens, baby kale,
baby spinach seeds like sunflower seeds or hemp seeds or
flax seeds, or nuts like almonds and different nets like that,
and butternut squash and avocados. So organic seeds and nuts

(29:23):
are really rich in fiber and protein along with other minerals.
So I love to eat fresh, organic raw sprouted nuts,
and I like to combine them together because I really
love almonds, But they are sixteen hundred times higher in

(29:43):
omega sixes than omega threes, so they really throw off
the omega threes and those can actually not be as
good for you if you too many of them. And
also almonds in the United States are by law have
to be pasteurized, so the pasturization process alone and the

(30:05):
radiation both destroy vitamin E and other nutrients in the almonds.
So you know, any foods that are radiated, like all
the nuts and seeds and things that they sell at
Whole Foods market for instance, those are all in the
if they're in bulk and the bins and they're not
refrigerated then you know they're radiated. And I talked to

(30:28):
a lady one day in the supplement area over at
Whole Foods, and I asked her about that, because you know,
they say they're organic, but they're radiated, which means they've
been destroyed. They've destroyed all the nutrient value in them.
So you know, nuts go rancid very quickly, and so
places like Natural Grossers always refrigerates their nuts and then

(30:50):
you know that they have authentically non radiated nuts, and
so you know, look for those and you want to
purchase raw, pasteurized nuts. And if you want almonds, you
can order them from Tierra Farms or Blue Mountain Organics
or nuts dot Com carry some, or you can just

(31:12):
buy them straight from a farmer. But unfortunately, the United
States government is so corrupt and they just make all
these rules that just make it so difficult to get
nutrie intense food that's like not poisonous, but anyway, it
is possible, and that's what I am trying to share

(31:33):
these notes with for you. And so next we want
to talk about lutine rich foods which also help with
the eye health. And so lutine and zanthon are powerful
cartanoids and they are the color pigment in the plant.

(31:53):
And these powerful antioxidants are generous abundance in the macula,
which is the section of the retina responsible for the
detailed and centered vision. And the macula makes it possible
for individuals to see fine details. So lutine and z
Z xanthin are linked to lower chances of macular degeneration

(32:17):
and cataracts. And you can find lutine and see xanthin
in like baby kale or baby spinach or orange bell
peppers and egg yolks. And next we're going to talk
about zinc, and zinc helps support a healthy immune system
and supports brain health. You know, zinc deficiency can make

(32:40):
one more susceptible to infection and it's also been found
to be a contributing factor to people who are getting
symptoms associated with with COVID that you know, fake virus
that they talk about. In zinc adds vitamin A DS

(33:03):
vitamin A and creating melanin, a pigment that protects your eyes.
And if one is deficient in zinc, you might experience
night blindness and macular degeneration, and you might always also
have a lack of smell, So if you lose your
sense of smell, you know you're zinc deficient. And one

(33:24):
of my favorite foods to eat that zincreach is sprouted
pumpkin seeds and so I love those. And there's a
company called go Raw that I get my sprouted pumpkin
seeds from and they are delicious and sometimes I grind
them up and sprinkle them on my salads. But also,

(33:45):
zinc is in egg yolks, It's in lean beef, it's
in lean pork and lamb, it's in some fortified cereals,
but that's probably synthetic zinc. So you know, you might
look at some of these other sources to get the
zinc in a Surprisingly, eggs can be an important factor

(34:07):
in promoting you know, eggs can be a really important
factor in promoting good vision. The nutrients found in eat
in eggs increase the amount of eyes protected pigment. The
egg yolk nutrients could aid in blocking any kind of
harmful light that can enter the retina of the eye. So,

(34:28):
you know, this is something that I add to my
diet and I think is really a healthy food and important.
So anyway, I know highly recommend that, So you know,
make sure you're getting n F, vitamin D, B B, complex, uh, selenium, copper, sulfur,

(34:50):
and then eat foods that are rich in blue black
color pigment. These are called intose cyanins, and they're and
like blueberries and mulberries. And I think what is the
They call it something else in Europe. But way back

(35:11):
in World War Two, the pilots, the bomber pilots, they
didn't want to fly at night unless they had eaten
bilberries in their food. That's bilberries are the European name
for like blueberries or blackberries. And they said they could

(35:33):
see better at night on their missions. And so there
have been bilberries have been studied widely in Europe ever since.
In the European, studies on bilberries, which are similar to
the blueberry, show that consuming bilberries helps improve over overall
eye health and inhibits the formation of cataracts and protect

(35:57):
against glaucoma, as well as improves I function at night.
In nineteen ninety eight, an issue of Blueberry Bulletin released
by Rutgers Cooperative in New Jersey looked at this study
of Israeli fighter pilots, and it showed that these soldiers
had tactical benefits by regularly consuming blueberries because the compounds

(36:23):
and blueberries appear to enhance capillary elasticity and ipermeability that
improves your vision at night. So if you're struggling with
not being able to see at night very well, you
might think about adding some of these dark blueberries to
your diet. And people in Japan by small vials of

(36:47):
blueberry juice for their benefit of reducing eye strain and
improving weak eyesight. And as a result of this study
on nutrients for the prevention of macular des generation and
eye related disorders. So not only do blueberries help protect
the brain against age related decline, but they can also

(37:10):
protect the central nervous system, increase cell membrane fluidity while
reducing the levels of inflammatory compounds. So no matter how
they're consumed, adding some blueberries are dark, rich blue black
types of berries to your diet can really contribute to
your overall health. So you know, think about adding blueberries,

(37:35):
black currants, purple potatoes, purple grapes, raspberries, cherries, red eggplant
eggplant skin, red and purple olives, and bilberries to your diet.
And so you know, I try to add these to
my diet on a regular basis. And like I was

(37:56):
talking about with the vitamin C, if youre ease these
if you buy like frozen blueberries at the grocery store,
then the vitamin C is maintained in these fruits. And
quite frequently I've looked at studies that show that these
fruits are frozen really quickly after they're picked, and so

(38:19):
you know, usually, you know, I would think they might
have more nutrient sent them than something that's been picked, packed,
trucked somewhere for four or five days, are shipped and
by the time it gets to the grocery store, it's
you know, anywhere from five days old or longer. And

(38:39):
so anyway, sometimes frozen foods might be a really great
alternative for you. So just make sure you're consuming in
a vitamin rich real food and it's not out of
a package or cooked or microwaved or anything. And one
day I should just get on my anti microwave bought

(39:03):
and tell you more about that. But please never use
a microwave. They are incredibly harmful to your food and
if you actually want any nutrition from your food, avoid
them at all costs. So anyway, I someone and the
chat is saying that elderberries are also really good. Yes,

(39:26):
you are so right. Elderberries is another one of those
beautiful and nutrient rich dark colored berries. So you know,
as oh my goodness, I can't believe our time is
going so quickly. But I've also you know, I had
Carol Freesen on my show last year and I'm having

(39:48):
her on. I had her on again last last week,
and she talks about bodymind communication, and I've studied with
her and become a body mind communications specialist. And I
really do believe that we hold issues in our tissues
and that you know, past traumas and different things actually

(40:09):
come out in our health challenges that we might be having.
And you know, as the media just fearmongers everybody and
articles and things that are really harmful or posted everywhere
body mind communication, it's no wonder if people are having
these vision problems because they want to avoid these messages.

(40:32):
So I always focus on finding the truth, and I
have to admit I try to limit the amount of
these negative things that I'm exposed to on a daily basis,
because it will just get you down and'll lower your vibration,
makes you depressed. And you know, I think if there's
nothing I can personally do about it to help, then

(40:54):
you know, I may not even need to know about it.
So I kind of limit what I'm allow myself to
be exposed to. So, you know, try to stay in
fee faith with the Divine Creator and really keep that
connection and faith. In that way, you can avoid all

(41:14):
this fear based life, which is really just letting go
of faith. And you know, fear blocks the Divine from us,
you know, because it is not faith if you have fear,
so and it puts our body in a fight or
flight mode that reduces our immune system and our strength.
And so you know, be mindful of what is going

(41:36):
on around in the world and what you're exposing yourself to.
So I have quite a few really good books on
body mind communication. There's one by Debbie Shapiro called The
Body Mind Workbook, and she explains how the body and
the mind can work together. And she says that eyes

(41:59):
are the windows to our soul and the windows to
the world. And so the eyes are a deep expression
of our inner being, and they don't just see outwards,
but they reflect every emotion inward as well, and they
can focus on immediate reality, but they can also reflect
our inward feelings at any time. And so because our

(42:22):
eyes can reflect what's going on in the body, the
medical profession develops a natural method to read the eyes
and it's called eridology, which I find is fascinating, and
they will look at the eye. A trained eradologist can
decipher what is taking place in the body and different
organs from the lines and markings in the eyes. It's

(42:44):
a fascinating study and I highly recommend you going and
looking it up. But vision problems are invariably connecting us
to our interpretation of the world around us. So some
studies which should suggest that near sighted people can see
what is directly in front of them, but are not

(43:05):
quite able to see the larger picture, and this could
be a result of fear of trauma or fear of
the future. So think about what's maybe going on in
your subconscious as you have any kind of health challenge.
And some studies would suggest that far sighted people may

(43:26):
like seeing the grander picture with great visions ahead, but
they have more of a difficult time addressing what's right
there in front of them upfront reality, and they may
be fearful of what the current time may present and
then the body mind communication would say that maybe the
blurred vision is us not meshing with the reality confronting us. So,

(43:52):
you know, I do think many people have their health
situations reversed with meditation and focusing on places in your
in your mind's eye where that problem no longer exists anymore.
And you know, I love to do Doctor Joe dispenses
meditations and programs and you might think about trying some

(44:14):
of those, but he has some really remarkable, uh situations
happen in his worldwide workshops that he conducts where people
just stand right up out of a wheelchair, or you know,
they're you know, stage four cancer that's all over their
body just disappears. And you know, there's a documentary that

(44:35):
documents this, and it's called Source s O U RCEE
and it came out last year and it is fantastic
and it documents Doctor Joe's meditations and I highly recommend it.
It's really good, and you know, get your kids meditating,
because I just think it is one of the best

(44:56):
things we can do for our health. And you know,
a medical doctor isn't going to ask you what type
of emotional situation you're experiencing. In order to see what
that inner conflict does. So he'll just probably prescribe you
a pair of eyeglasses. But there's a doctor, William Bates,
and New York opt commetrist who studied eyesight and depth

(45:18):
in a holistic way and wrote a fantastic book called
Perfect Site Without Glasses, and he wrote it in nineteen
twenty and he studied eyesight and vision loss with emotional
connections and looked at the stress related disorders. And you
can buy his book online if you have trouble finding it.

(45:38):
You can go to my blog on my website organic
healthylife dot com, and I have links for those books.
I even have a link for that book that you

it's Organic healthylife dot com. Go to my blog and
