Speaker 2 (00:35):
Welcome beautiful people to organic healthy lifestyle. And I'm Nancy Addison,
your host. And if you listen to my show very often,
you'll find out I love to start off my show
with a prayer because I feel like it just frames
the whole show in such a beautiful energy. And today
I'm going to read the Lord's Prayer translated from Aramaic

(00:58):
directly into English instead of Aramade to Greek to Latin
to English, and you will see that this is you'll
hear that this is a very different version than what
you might have learned in church. A cosmic birther of
all radiance and vibration. Soften the ground of our being,

(01:19):
and carve out of space within us where your presence
can abide. Fill us with your creativity so that we
may be empowered to bear the fruit of your mission.
Let each of our actions bear fruit in accordance with
our desire. Endow us with the wisdom to produce and
share what each being needs to grow and flourish. Untie,

(01:42):
the tangled threads of destiny that bind us as we
release others from the entanglement of past mistakes. Do not
let us be seduced by that which would divert us
from our true purpose, but illuminate the opportunities of the
present moment or you, or the ground, and the fruitful vision,
the birth, the power, and fulfillment as all is gathered

(02:05):
and made whole once again. And I asked this for
everyone listening now and for everyone listening in the future.
Thank you, And so it is. And I just want
to give a really quick shout out to John Enman,
who gave me that beautiful music that starts off my
show and ends my show every time. He's an Austin,

(02:26):
Texas musician and I was in a Western movie with
him and I was the stunt woman and he was
one of the cowboys, and he loved my mission and
my work with health and nutrition and holistic health, and
he gifted me with that music, which I thought was

(02:46):
really beautiful and it's actually entitled Feeling Happy. And I
also wanted to give a quick shout out to Dean
Piper with W four c Y Radio, who has encouraged
me all these twelve years and I'm going into thirteen
years after January. Has encouraged me to speak my truth

(03:10):
and to talk about, you know, what makes our lives
healthier and better. And I was notified by podcast media
the Millionpodcasts dot com and they told me I was
in the top one hundred healthy eating podcasts in like
four or five different categories. But they didn't tell me

(03:31):
I was number one in the organic food category. So
bless you all for sharing your valuable time with me,
and I just love being here with y'all. And feed
Spot also listed this show is in the top ten
best shows for food podcasts, So thank you everyone for

(03:53):
being here and sharing this time with me. Today. I
have a dear friend don I just absolutely adore her,
Sharon Karn. She is an author, an international speaker, a
master sound healer, a mother and a grandmother, and an
involving elder. And through the Sound Wellness Institute, she has

(04:15):
developed nationally recognized professional training in sound healing for holistic practitioners.
And I met Sharon many me we were trying to
figure out how many years ago it was. I know
it was pretty soon after two thousand and seven up
in Canada because she's one of my wonderful Canadian friends.

(04:38):
And welcome to the show, Sharon.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Thank you so so much, Nancy, And I'm so glad
you mentioned the music because I was sitting here chair
dancing away. I love, love, love your music and the prayer.
I have never heard that version. It brought tears to
my eyes. Nancy, thank you for sharing that.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Oh you're so welcome. I'll email that to you. I
love that prayer. I actually like it better than the
one I was taught growing up. And I think translations
are so important and whoever translates things, they make a
big difference in how you actually hear whatever it is
that you're reading or are listening to.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Right, Yeah, yeah, it's very powerful.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
And so I just yeah, I and I think prayer
is actually one of the most powerful tools we have.
And here we are in the beautiful Christmas times, and
we're all coming together with love and family, and so

(05:48):
it's just a beautiful way to connect to us all.
I believe.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
I agree.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
I agree, And so you and I connected many years
ago on holistic heal and you're a sound wellness expert,
and I've even done your training and I just absolutely
loved it, and I truly believe in everything that you're doing.
And I was listening to other other day up in town,

(06:15):
and every day at noon, they play this horrible sound
that just makes you want to close your ears off,
and it's like a you know, an emergency alarm thing. Yeah,
and it's you know, I just thought if I had
to like live there every day and hear that every day,

(06:38):
I think I would probably protest to get that changed
to something more like a bell tower bell or something,
don't you think. I mean, I mean, from what I
understand with bell towers around the world, a lot of
these bells have a beautiful chime, and i'm that is
actually healing to the body instead of the opposite.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Yeah, bell is a very pure sound depending on how
it's made right.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
And then I think these kind of emergency alarms, like
I don't know, I was watching the Christmas parade up
in my little tan last weekend, and you know, they're
playing the sound for the like, uh, oh, what do
you call it? The ambulance? And I'm like, that doesn't
sound very Christmas parade to me. Oh, I'm like, where's

(07:32):
the music? Well, yeah, I was sitting with the blacksmith
and his wife and she was like, yeah, you know.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
You're right, Oh my. One of my favorite things about
the holiday season is the music. Being a musician all
my life and having played a lot of music at
Christmas time, I love this season for its music.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I do too, And I have to admit, before the
parade they had a bunch of little groups from town
playing up there and we were singing Christmas carols in
the square, so it was that was very, very beautiful.
But recently you you wrote a wonderful article on how
we carry around burdens in our lives, things that you know,

(08:27):
way as stay on as we as we go through
our lives, and it's like, you know, dragging around big
bags of stuff everywhere you go and until we can
release those and I would just love for you to
share with our listeners some of your thoughts about this
in maybe some ways that they can look at this

(08:51):
in their own lives and possibly release some of that
old baggage that they might be carrying around as well.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
Oh, this is huge, Nancy, thank you for asking that.
And this is an experience that was so powerful for
me many years ago, and I was I had one
of those spiritual kicks in the uniwere around the year
two thousand that sent me into a shamanic training program

(09:19):
and I went in kicking and screaming. I was at
the end of it. I was in there for about
four and a half years. I was so grateful because
it was deep excavation for me and I needed that
before I could start working with sound in the way
that I do.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
And so.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
This, this baggage and a lot of that program that
I was in was one experience in ceremony after another
of releasing baggage and understanding your patterns and bringing more
clarity to your life. So releasing the baggage was one
ceremony we did. That was another kicking and screaming. And

(10:03):
what we had to do was fill up a backpack
full of rocks and bring the rocks. And they were
fist sized and larger some of them. They're not little pebbles,
they're good fist sized rocks. So I brought them to
our meeting place and they said, okay, jump out your
backpack and now you need to refill it. But every

(10:26):
single rock that you put in that backpack has to
represent one of the things or one of the burdens
that you're carrying. And I can tell you, Nancy, my
backpack was pretty full. I had no idea when I
sat there how much I was carrying for other people.

(10:48):
Now women with families know about carrying stuff for other people,
and so I had a lot going on. And so
I filled my backpack and then they said you have
to wear it twenty four to seven for the whole weekend.
And we filled our backpacks on Friday night. We were
not allowed to take the stuff out till Sunday afternoon.

(11:11):
You have to sleep with your backpack on. And this
was heavy. It's filled with rocks, and so you have
to take a shower with your backpack on. So you
have to figure out how to rig up garbage bags
so the backpack doesn't get wet and heavier. And it
was interesting trying to figure out how to sleep with

(11:32):
this thing on my back. And on the final day
when we were allowed to take them out and take
every rock out one at a time and say thank you,
thank you for bringing that lesson, for helping me become
aware that I was carrying something that wasn't even mine.

(11:54):
Or that I was carrying something that was time to go.
Oh my gosh, it felt so good having to actually
physically take every rock that represents one of your burdens
and thank it and take it out and release it
from your energy. It was huge lesson for me, Absolutely huge.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
Well, I can't imagine having to shower. It's but you
know that's what we do all the time, right.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
We do.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
And I had no idea until I actually had to
wear the representations of all those burdens well.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
And I think a lot of these burdens and Jesse
is asking, what do you consider the baggage and how
do we figure out what to let go? And I'm thinking,
isn't it in your opinion? And you can help us
with this? But aren't they like traumise in your life
that you feel you could have done better with and
you just kind of beat yourself up over not having

(12:58):
done better.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
Absolutely, that's one of them. And you know, sometimes these
things come on really innocently. I can share another story
that happened when I turned sixty five because when I
was growing up, my mom spent a lot of time
on summer holidays with her sisters, and I must have
been sitting in the room when one of my aunts said,

(13:21):
you know, when you turn sixty five, everything breaks down.
And I don't even remember hearing that, but when I
turned sixty five, I had so much pain in my
hips I could hardly walk. And when I sat in meditation,
I went for X rays. I saw the doctor. You know,
she says, I can put a cortisol shot in there

(13:42):
and there's not really much wrong. You have a little
bit of arthritis, but hey, it doesn't explain the pain
you're in. And so I thought, okay, there's an emotional
reason here for all of this pain. So I went
into my own contemplation and went into that hip and

(14:04):
then the memory came back. When you turn sixty five,
everything breaks down. And then I had to ask myself,
is this true? Well, I am making this true for
me because I have all this pain in my hip.
I am making this true because it's something I heard
when my aunt said that. I didn't even remember, but
it showed up in my body when I turned sixty five.

(14:27):
So I had to go into a very strong decision
is this true for me? And I decided no, and
then I went to work on releasing the muscular tension,
releasing the emotional stuff in there, which was the rock.
The rock is often emotional stuff, and so I released
the emotional stuff in there the pain went away.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
I love that. I've studied body mind communication with Carol
freesan like and she's one of our mutual Canadian friends
and I've had on this sho too, and she says
that we hold our issues in our tissues.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
Do we ever? Do we ever?

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Yes? And I had to admit I had a little
hip thing after I went horseback riding with my friends
for two days recently and I was looking in my
book and it said hips are balanced in the world,
and the affirmation that goes with that was hip hip. Hooray,

(15:32):
I'm good and every I'm moving forward easily and everybody.

Speaker 3 (15:37):
Oh, I love that affirmation and hips are all about
moving forward and grace and all of these things. Yeah, huge, Nancy.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
It's interesting. Well, Cole is asking, are you saying that
we carry the things of others around that we can
and we can learn to let that go?

Speaker 3 (15:57):
Yes, and yes, I can share another story about that.
And one of the things I discovered when I was
probably in my forties, I spent I had one whole
career as a music instructor and then started getting interested
in sound later in life, and now I have kind
of a second career in sound healing. However, during that

(16:19):
transition time for me, I had many students come in
every day for their lesson, and quite often I would
have somebody come in, especially during cold and flu season,
with Sharon, I've got a stomach ache or I've got
a headache, and I'd check in to make sure they
didn't need medical attention, or if their parents were there,

(16:39):
I let their parents know and if they felt okay
with continuing with the lesson, we'd continue with the lesson,
so they would we'd have a great time. The music
always helped them feel better. They would go and I
would have the headache or I would have the stomach ache.
And this happened so many times that I thought, this

(17:00):
is a coincidence. I don't think this stuff is even mine.
And then I love how the universe works. Nancy, an
article showed up in the our local paper that had
a big headline that said, are you an EmPATH? And boom,
you know, it's like when you get those those those
titles like that or those realizations. It's like boom goes

(17:23):
off in your system. I read the article, read the science,
and I thought, I'm a physical EmPATH. Okay, now that
started a whole other journey. Well, how do I tell
what's mine and what's not? And that took a while.
One of the things that I would do and is,
oh and I can. Maybe what I'll do is because

(17:44):
people can use this another story after this, how I
discovered one of the ways to quickly and easily let
anything go that wasn't mine. I have a hairdresser that
I've been seeing for gosh about thirty five years, and
so I went to see her one day and she looked,
she looked, and she seemed so heavy, so heavy. She

(18:08):
was carrying burdens. And when a person looks and feels heavy,
they're carrying a lot of burdens. So she put all
the goop on my hair and then I got I said,
I got out of the hair, out of the chair,
and I said, lois you sit in the chair. Tell
me what's going on. And she said, well, I've been
in the hospital the last several days with two people,

(18:29):
one as a client who's just had a hip replacement,
and the other is a friend who is who is
transitioning at the end of her journey with cancer. And
she said, I've been sitting beside their beds, consciously taking
their pain into my body so they would feel better.
And I said, well, that's one thing, but do you
have a way of releasing that lows And she said no,

(18:49):
I don't know how. So I said, okay, you're sitting
in the chair. I started a raki flow. I'm also
araki master, and I put my hands on her shoulders
with the intention to really anything that wasn't hers, and
so in about ten seconds ten seconds she said, we
both started laughing and we both look at the same

(19:12):
image in our minds at the same time. It was
a toilet flush. It was a vortex going down a
big two. You know, when you pull the plug after
when you flush the toilet, or when you pull the
plug and you watch the water go out of the
sink from doing the dishes. It goes down in a spiral,
and a spiral of vortex, like a volcano, is a

(19:33):
wonderful way of draining and clearing. So it was like
everything in Lois drained out of her in two seconds.
It was amazing, and we both laughed because it was
a toilet flush. So now or I learned from that,
if I started feeling a lot of symptoms I wasn't feeling.

(19:53):
If a students came in, they left and I started
feeling bad or feeling really tired, then I go, oh,
I don't think this is mine. So I pretend to
do a toilet flush in my own energy and just
let just let that vortex go down through me and
through my feet and then I'd be back to normal.
It was huge and a fun lesson. I was so

(20:15):
grateful for that.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
Oh that is so important to know and something I
learned when I was learning energy work because I'm a
path too. Is we tend to if we're very sensitive
people and we care so much about people, we can
hold on to that energy and actually take it into
our body. And we do need to release that or

(20:42):
protect us from taking it in if we're listening to
someone's story about their health problem for instance, or their
life situation that they're struggling with, or whatever it may be.
And I think we also have to realize that we
This is what I truly believe. We all do the

(21:02):
very best we can at every time in our life
with whatever tools we have available to us right then,
and we can't keep going back and beating ourselves up
over things that has has already happened and you cannot
change right Yes, absolutely, and so I feel like we

(21:24):
just need to start right here, right now and move forward.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Yes, and those And it's interesting in the article the
blog that you were talking about that where I listed
ways you can release some of these burdens, there's another
way using your own voice very gently, that can really help.
Would it be okay to share that with people?

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Oh? Yes, that would be wonderful, Sharon, please.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
Because it's there were some great advice in the article,
and it was more and more working with burdens from
a logical brain place, the thinking place, which can help
you identify maybe what it was that I'm carrying. Oh,
I'm carrying somebody else's worries, or I'm carrying somebody else's pain,

(22:14):
Like I was with headaches and stomach ache, so it
wasn't even mine. But I had a headache and I
had a stomach ache. So and when I realized that
a lot of this stuff wasn't mine, then then I
could let it go. I could identify it. But sometimes
a lot of this emotional stuff shows up in the
body as a pain, and we don't know where it

(22:34):
came from. And sometimes it's not necessary to know where
it came from to let it go out. And even
if it's yours or if it's somebody else's that's in
your body, we usually feel it it comes to our attention,
like the hip pain. And so one of the things
that I recommend with this is to just do a

(22:56):
scan through your body with your mind and notice if
there's a discomfort somewhere.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Helping to answer Hallie's question, and I think you you're
answering it now, she asked, how can we realize what
is ours to carry? And how do we stop carrying
the things of others?

Speaker 3 (23:16):
So sorry, continue, Actually the first part of this, yeah,
thank you, Nancy. The first part of this is asking
that question. So let's let's let's leave the scan for
a moment and let's go into let's go into imagining
your nose. And I have to I have to press

(23:36):
my nose like I've got my fingers on my nose
no way, so that I really no plant or nose.
Imagine that your nose is right in front of your
physical heart. So and then breathe in and out through
your physical heart. And let's do this a few times,
and then we can go through that process of asking

(23:58):
the question that Hollie has. So breathing in directly into
the heart with your nose in front of the heart,
so breathing in and out. And we'll do this for
a few breaths. Breathe in and out, Breathe in and out,
breathe in and out. You may notice your energy shifting.

(24:21):
Let's do one more breathe in and out. Now, still
imagining your nose is in front of your heart. We're
going to breathe in and do a gentle hum on
the outbreath. So follow with me breathing in and breathing in,

(24:53):
breathing in, breathing, and and let's do one more breathing
and and then return to normal breathing. Notice how you feel.

(25:24):
We just went through one of my favorite ways of
doing what's called heart brain coherence, because asking if there
is a pain in your body, whether or not it's yours,
is not something your brain can answer, but it is
something your heart can answer. So that now you have
your awareness in your heart, ask your heart the question

(25:46):
wherever there is discomfort, in your body, whether it's a knee,
a hip, your back, your neck, your jaw, wherever it
is a headache, and you can ask. There are several
questions we can ask. One of the questions you can
ask is is this mine? And when I get a
yes from my heart, I get a big feeling of expansion.

(26:09):
It's like my heart takes a big breath and then
it comes back again. If I get no response from
my heart, then it is then it is not my energy.
So finding that spot in your body and then asking
the question is this mine? Noticing the response from the heart,

(26:30):
now whether it's yours or whether it's someone else's energy,
this process is how we can help release it. When
you hum and we just sen we just made some
beautiful humming sounds, that is actually nurturing food for your heart.
Because with our nose in front of the heart and

(26:52):
then a hum on the outbreath, you're feeding your heart.
You're feeding your heart with love and compassion and one
full neurochemicals that the heart stimulates when it's nurtured in
this beautiful way by your own voice. So now go
back to that area in the body where you feel

(27:12):
a bit of discomfort and what we're going to do
is send your hum We're going to do some humming.
Send the humming sound to that area of the body.
And we're going to do that for five breasts, so
and now here imagining that your nose. Now is that
your hip or your knee, or your head, or your

(27:34):
shoulder or your jaw, So your nose. We have movable noses.
So put your nose there, breathing in and then humming
on the upbreath with the intention to just release whatever
is there, whether it's yours or not, releasing whatever is
there and stimulating healing. And the hum has to be
your own because your body knows. Your voice knows the

(27:59):
sound of every pain in your body. Your voice knows
the sound of every cell in your body, every organ
in your body. So using your own voice is really
really important. Someone else's humb can support you, however, your
hum is your most powerful healing tool. Your own voice
is okay, great question, Kevin. All right, So with your

(28:23):
nose in front of that that uncomfortable spot, let's breathe
in and then how many outbreath releasing the discomfort, breathing in,

(28:47):
breathing in, breathing in, and let's do one more breathing
and then go to normal breathing. I'd love to hear

(29:15):
in the chat or from you, Nancy, what's the difference.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
Well, I think this is a remarkable way of helping
yourself no matter where you are. I mean, you can
do this when you're in the car, you can do it.
And I know we're around the holidays and people tend
to get you know, flustered or overwhelmed with things to
do or being at big parties, and not everybody's always

(29:43):
you know, we're excited about being at a big party.
But you know, something like this you can quite literally
do pretty much easily anywhere you are. And I found
it so calming and I felt so much better after that.
So many ways.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
Awesome, and it's so easy. Put your nose in front
of your heart, and then you can put your nose
in front of any part of the body and breathe
into that and then hum on the elk breath and
release discomfort there. Hugely effective. I have seen pain levels
drop from a level eight to a level two in
five breasts. Nancy, seriously, five breasts, So fantastic. And I

(30:24):
know that you teach at hospitals all over Canada, and
you've done it for many years, and I just I've
always been amazed that y'all's medical system is so much
more open to holistic natural healing methods. That the United
States is probably the only country in the world that
doesn't do natural holistic healing in the hospitals and things

(30:49):
like that. And I think that's unfortunate because I think,
sayand and this energy and the vibration is so powerful
and of course it's been proven for centuries to help
help the body heal itself. Can you kind of expand
on some of the top points that you touch on

(31:11):
when you're teaching at these large medical groups up in
Canada on this type of thing, Well, it depends because
the medical systems shifting, for sure. And it's interesting that
I did do some talks in hospitals for a number

(31:34):
of years, and now it's shifting to other groups of people.
Nancy is so fascinating and there are many people in
the medical community, and I find with both doctors and
nurses who are feeling limited with how they can serve
their patients better, and so some of them are asking questions.

(31:56):
And when you get to the place of being curious
or as asking questions if there are better ways to
help people then that. It's interesting how that kind of
dribbles in. And I'm sure there's some of that dribbling
into the system the medical system in the United States too,

(32:17):
because I know it is. And it's like little pockets
of light that shine out to say, well, hey, we've
done all the medical tests, and have you tried this
or I've been When I work with my own doctor,
I have a newer doctor now for the last five
years or so my other doctor is retired, and we

(32:38):
work together on so many things holistically. Because she knew
that's what I preferred. She'd give me her advice on well,
here's some medical things you can do, but tell me
what other things you're doing that will help support this,
and then I would choose whether or not I might
do some of the medical things or all of them
or none of them. And my new doctor's kind of

(32:59):
learning this, she's getting used to my process of Okay,
I have this and this and this I'm doing holistically
and I can use this from medical depending on what
it is. If there's there's certain specific things medically that
will help or information I can get from certain tests,
then I bring in a combination depending on what the

(33:22):
symptoms are or what the challenge is. So that kind
of thing how you work with your own doctor too,
is hugely educating. And I don't know, does that answer
the question?

Speaker 2 (33:33):
Well, I yes, I think so, And I think also
I think how many of this and just think about
it to yourself? How often are you impacted by you know,
have you ever driven or been somewhere where they're like,
you know, using.

Speaker 5 (33:50):
One of those drills in the in the cement or
in our hammering and building, and how it just jars
your whole system and it may even just kind of
throw you off balance for a little while because it's
it's such a harsh.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Sound or something. And then when you're somewhere like I
just got. I was just in France in these big cathedrals,
and my friend would and I would go in to
see some of the you know, the old fifteen or
sixteenth century churches, and somebody would be playing the organ
and are the bells would be ringing and you can

(34:34):
feel that impacting your body?

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Yes, you can. We are wired in every cell to
respond to sound absolutely, And I love that you mentioned
those two very different sounds. I love to say that
sound is food for your nervous system. And like food,
we know there's junk food, good food, and superfood. It's
the same with sound. There's junk sound like the hammering

(35:00):
or a song music you just can't stand that makes
your hair stand on end. That's junk sound. Stay away
from that because that is causing your nervous system to
release hormones that increase stress. And we don't need that
when there's enough of that in so many people these days.
Good sound that really supports health and well being and

(35:24):
your nervous system are things like wind and water and birds.
Those are the healthiest sounds for the human being. Those
sounds of nature, the ones that just make you want
to go let out a big breath. Actually the big
breath is your nervous system resetting, and so sounds like that.

(35:44):
Your favorite music is another one that is good sound
for your nervous system, where your nervous system releases dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin,
and at least four or five different immune system boosters there,
So healing your favorite music or nature sounds, then we

(36:04):
have supersound. Now I would put your voice when it's
used consciously, like we just did in the supersund category
because you are using the biggest healing tool you have,
you are using it in a very focused and intentional
way to reduce discomfort and it'll work.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
Oh that is just so lovely. And I do think
we have the power to heal ourselves, and I think
God gave us that power. We're so connected with the
divine and I think the body innately knows how to
heal itself, but we have to give it the right tools,
and this would be one of those tools, right share.

Speaker 3 (36:44):
And totally totally. There's so many things I agree with you, Nancy,
and we keep forgetting that when I think we're programmed
to believe that, well, the body is a problem and
it's got this and that. And I think if we
start believing that you have the tools and that, or

(37:05):
you have people who can share nutrients or information about
foods and nutrients and you know, those kinds of things
that also support the body. There's so many ways we
can support the body. Sound is one of them.

Speaker 2 (37:20):
Oh absolutely, And I'm just gonna touch on the fact
that you need to be hydrated and have minerals in
your body in order for these frequencies and nutrients in
everything to be carried throughout your body. And I think
that's really important to know.

Speaker 3 (37:37):
Oh yeah, because sound, depending on how much you're using,
if you do it doesn't take much. Less is more
as a good role is sound. But sound can can
stimulate the cleanse response in the body. And that's where
where minerals and where the water it really helps everything
flesh out because as you're loosening up some of these
emotional burdens that you may be in the body and

(38:01):
we all have them, then the water helps to flush
it out with that vortex that I was talking about.
This one's a physical one that goes through the kidneys
and bladder or in the other system, through the intestinal
system and out the colon. So the body has these
wonderful ways of releasing some of this stuff as the
body breaks down that emotional energy. It's very real in

(38:26):
the emotional energy is very real in what has been
released by the nervous system in neuro endorphins or neurochemicals
that create a blockage, and so the body processes that
by releasing those toxins.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
Oh golly, I just I love that. And so you
I want to shift a little bit because you have
also been writing a lot about chaos and change and
how we're coming into a shift of energy and how
you might get physical pains or or something from the

(39:01):
physical being of just being a human being on this planet.
And I would love for you to talk about the
nervous system and kind of the fluctuating magnetic field of
the Earth and how we might be moving into this
and what maybe we can do as we move into
this new year coming up.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
Oh my goodness, that's a good question, Nancy. And we
are so connected to our Mama Earth. We are so
connected through those magnetic fields. And as our Mama Earth
starts moving in shifting, which she's been doing. If the
North Pole has been moving around a lot in the

(39:45):
last little while, in the North Pole is directly connected
to that magnetic field, and our magnetic field is directly
connected to our mother Earth's magnetic field. We can't not
be so whatever is going on in the Earth Earth
affects us, and whatever is going on in us affects
the Earth. Now, one of the most important things to

(40:08):
stabilize your energy and strengthen your own field, your own
magnetic field, is what we just did. Put your nose
in front of your heart and breathe into your heart
for four or five breasts. Then with your nose still
in front of the heart, breathe into your heart and
hum on the outbreath. Heart coherence is absolutely huge, absolutely

(40:31):
huge for stabilizing your energy, getting you out of fight
or flight, and giving you your brain back and giving
you a director or a better connection to your own
intuitive knowing, because that comes from the heart, not the brain.
And we forget to connect with the heart because we're

(40:53):
so used to going up into the brain and that
is not stable and it can't handle our lives. It
can give us pros and cons and do this.

Speaker 4 (41:01):
Do that.

Speaker 3 (41:01):
Here's the information, but it's the heart that has to
decide anyway all of that. So the heart, the heart
is the center. It's the core of your field. Like
the core of the earth, that crystal of iron in
the center of the earth is the core of our
mama Earth's magnetic field from which the field expands. Your

(41:23):
heart is the core of your magnetic field from which
your energy expands about eight feet around you heart. Math
has measured the magnetic field of the heart to be
about eight or nine feet away from your skin. And
so this is what you are stabilizing with that heart breath,

(41:44):
and so that that is really one of the most
important things you can do. And while you're in your heart,
then you can also become more aware of other shifting energies.
Sometimes that's a good thing, sometimes it's a bad thing,
because I know, as I started learning about my own
empathic sensitivity, it got it got bigger, and so I

(42:09):
needed to gather more skills in order to maintain my
energy and to keep it strong. And that one thing,
breathing into the heart is probably the most important.

Speaker 2 (42:22):
Well, And I love that you said that, because I
really I love that. And the Heart Mett Institute has
found that that is the center of our energetic field.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
And that.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
Something I learned a long time ago with the grounding
is that we resonate with the human residence of the earth.
And in the last ten twenty years, we're all starting
and much more so now in fact, everybody who's listening
in the United States, and we are being bombarded by

(42:58):
these big cell phone towers that put out chaotic energy
and interrupt our body's harmony and it actually makes your
blood clot and it's very, very challenging. And right now
in the US. They just passed in Congress by the
FCC a law, a bill that they can put up

(43:18):
cell phone towers anywhere anywhere without states or people being
able to do anything about it. And so I highly
recommend everybody going to the Children's Health Defense fun dot
com and looking that up about the cell phone towers
and letting your voice be heard. We have to do

(43:40):
something before December thirty first, or it will be just
like the vaccines, where we won't be able to do
anything about it lawfully. They will have total.

Speaker 4 (43:52):
Immunity from any kind of of action. And it's very wrong,
and they've never proven it to be safe in any way,
and they're still not proving it to be safe in
any way.

Speaker 2 (44:05):
But anyway, I got a full little tangent there. Sorry, Sharon,
that's okay, Nancy, that's okay.

Speaker 3 (44:12):
There is a question in the chat there from Beth,
and that's a really good question.

Speaker 1 (44:17):
Beth.

Speaker 3 (44:17):
You don't need to get your physical nose to your heart,
but you need to imagine very strongly and clearly that
if your nose is in front of the heart, So
it's imagining your noses there is really helpful.

Speaker 2 (44:34):
Yes, use your imagination. Oh and Sharon, we've only got
about four minutes left, and I love you to share
with everyone quickly anything you might be having come up
that you're going to be doing. And because she does
wonderful classes, everyone in her website is called sayund Wellness

(44:55):
dot com and so Sharon, if you can share a
little bit about what's coming up for you and before
we have to end the show.

Speaker 3 (45:04):
Oh, thank you so much, Nancy. And actually we have
been shifting a lot of our course material to our
new website, which is Sound Wellness Institute dot com. And
if you go there to sound Wellness Institute dot com,
you'll see coming events in the top menu. And I

(45:25):
keep a list of all our courses, all of their
online courses that are there free events. I'm doing one
on Thursday, which is Harmony for the Holidays, and so
the links to all of those things are there. I
also do a weekly chalk reratoning circle, which is free,
and I've been doing that almost ten years and there

(45:47):
are people from all over North America and some from
Europe who are coming to that every week and as
a way of really help settling their energy and starting
their week with a wonderful, wonderful feel and a healing energy.
So that would be great if you could share that

(46:08):
to the Sound Wellness and Sound Wellness Institute and wander
over there.

Speaker 2 (46:13):
Oh, and I highly recommend that, y'all. It's just wonderful
and you'll feel fantastic after you do some of her programs.
It just it gives you this wonderful peace in your
body and your mind and your heart and and uh,
it's a it's a lovely way to spend some time
and sharing that. We only have a couple of minutes left,

(46:35):
But do you have kind of parting thought for our
listeners that they can maybe implement wherever they are in
addition to our our breathing and humming techniques that you've
already taught us.

Speaker 3 (46:50):
Oh, that's the biggest one, Nancy, That's absolutely huge. And
also become aware and mindful of the sound around you,
what music is playing, because that is affecting you, that's
going through you and affecting every cell. So become mindful.

Speaker 2 (47:07):
Well. I love that, and I think that's something we
all need to do more often, instead of just absorbing
what's being thrown at us, you know, stop, take a
break and do some of Sharon's breathing techniques, and I
love the humming. It is very powerful and it's so

(47:29):
calming for me. And I love that you've taught taught
us that today, and so as we move into this
new year coming up, I just want to thank you
so much, Sharon for sharing all these valuable, wonderful thoughts
and ideas with us and your information, and I hope

(47:50):
you'll come and join us again sometime.

Speaker 3 (47:52):
I would love to Nancy, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (47:55):
Oh, thank you, and for everyone listening out there. Sharon
and I just sends you lots of love and we
wish you great harmony in your life and great health,
and I look forward to talking to you all again
next week
