to see your strength. And I ask this in the
highest good of all concerned for everyone listening now and
everyone listening in the future. Thank you, And so it
is today. I'm in Brazil and I'm with one of

(01:39):
my best friends and best friend for about fifteen years,
Adele Good, and she considers herself a sacred site adventurer
and she's lived on five continents while exploring sacred sites
which are deeply connected to energy and light for natural healing.
Adele guide's clients on health journeys around the planet, works

(02:01):
closely with Lumerium crystals and is the creator of the
joy Code, and her website is Adele Good dot com.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Welcome to my show and tell you we had some
adventures together.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
We've been we've been off adventuring here in Brazil this
last couple of weeks to waterfalls and crystal mines and
all kinds of things. And so Adele, tell everyone how
you got into being such an adventure lady.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Oh, my, probably my parents, because we they love to
take us on adventures vacations, and one of those was Alaska.
We drove when I was thirteen to Alaska from Ohio.
It's a very long trip. And then when we were
up there, we were in went to Bank Bank, Fairbanks
and Anchorage, and we flew up into the Arctic Circle

(02:55):
and we went to Nome and Kodiak and Kotsu View
and then took a boat down the Alaskan whatever that's called,
and drove back across the US. So those kind of trips.
We did the same thing to Mexico when most people
weren't driving across Mexico from Ohio. So I would say
that's kind of where it started. And I have a
real love for anything pyramidical or ancient, or intriguing.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Or just something that caves. I love caves, all of
that stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
So we just got a question from a listener that
ESD is what kind of what kind of mines? And
we were crystal minds. We were expanded on that.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
We were we were at lamourri in crystal mines. That's
a great question and one of the if you don't
know Lamerian crystals, they are actually generally white quartz that
have They're often clear, sometimes they have a white glow.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Sometimes we found some that had a yellow glow and
red glow.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
And what they are is there's lines on them that
are considered bar codes. And we all know crystals are magnifiers.
They were accelerators, and we used crystals in our phones
and our computers, and people that were watches have been
using crystals for many, many, many decades, so they were
used in technology as we know, and they have information,

(04:13):
they retain information and memory. So the lamourine crystals are
thought to have ancient memory to Lamuria, which was probably
two hundred thousand years ago. So we were to mind
where they were these were being found, and we.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Got to dig some and did have fun what we did,
and we just got another question about did we get
to mine them ourselves? And at one point we were
actually driving around this dirt road way out in the
middle of really nowhere and the.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Wrong way, and that took us forty minutes out of
the way.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
We got lost, but we discovered just big, huge patches
of crystals along the road and we actually stopped and
picked a few up.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
We did, and they're just as terreful.

Speaker 4 (04:54):
They're not as pretty as the ones that we bought,
but they're certainly as they're very, very pretty chips, and
some of them.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Are real pretty.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Actually you'll have a reddish They were in red dirt,
which is part of Lamaroon. Crystals are generally found where
there's red sandy dirt, so we picked up.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
A whole lot and we went to what they said
was the eleventh Wonder of the World, which was really
quite amazing. It was an enormous rock that's balanced on
a very small rock and we could just sit under
it and it was really quite fun. And then as
we hiked around this I don't know if it was

(05:32):
a desert or forest area, it was a mixture of both, yeah,
And the amazing water that came up from the aquifers
was so green and blue, and it was just the
most incredible place. And then we had the most fantastic
cormet meal out at this little restaurant where we were
surrounded by these these walls of crystals that they had

(05:56):
created in view of the lake. It was really quite remarkable.
And we've really enjoyed being in Brazil. And you've lived
here off and on for really what ten years and years?

Speaker 4 (06:06):
Yeah, I was called back, called here ten years ago,
and you came to visit me a as as soon
as I got here, And now you're back, and I
came back because of the crystals and a few other
things just called me back here.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
So well, I'm one of your outdoor loving friends, and
so I'm the guy a friend you can take to
a waterfall and I'm going to jump in the water
and I'm going to go swimming, and you did a
few days ago. And I also love wildlife, so we've
been enjoying the Tucian su Caans have been abundantly everywhere.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
I'm all around my.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Incredible and anywhere there's like but pia trees. There are
quite a few out here, and those huge blue butterflies
that are down here, and it's just been a real
fun adventure. Now some of the places that you give
tours Adele is Peru and then also you're getting ready

(07:01):
to go to Bosnia and then Zanzibar that's part of Tanzania.
And I'd love for you to share with our listeners
why you're going to Bosnia.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
Ooh, and I love Bosnia, you know that.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
Twenty twenty twelve, I think I first heard about the
Bossian Pyramids and I was actually in a Dallas meeting
with doctor Samus Monigic and doctor Sam discovered I did discovered.
Other people knew they were there, the Bosnians knew they
were pyramids hundreds of years ago. But he was there
and he's a doctor Sam A's a Bossian citizen who

(07:36):
has been living in the US in Houston, and he
actually was doing a talk and I was very intrigued
when he said that the Bossian Pyramids he had seen them.
He had spent a year researching them, having all types
of scientists come to Bosnia to confirm they were real pyramids.
There's actually six proven structures there, all connected with sacred geometry,

(07:56):
with a blue lake underneath and tunnels everywhere, and the
biggest one in the world. There's the two largest in
the world. One is called the Pyramid of the Sun
and one is the Pyramid of the Moon. And they
are huge, huge north south east west facing cardinal point
pyramids that are flat on the top, which is very
typical even eagypt. They're flat on the top. We just
think they have a point and we look at them closely.

(08:17):
So I found out about the pyramids. I went within
three weeks, I was there. I just made it happen
and I have been. Doctor Sam taught me a lot
about ancient sites and the fact that when he exposed
them on CNN in twenty six he had did a
show after spending a year and having many scientists help
research the whole complex, and the next day the show

(08:39):
was taken never seen again. It disappeared, was not available,
and all the scientists were contacted privately and told to
not speak of it. So since then there's been a
massive cover up, which for me was all this intrigue
and curiosity and what's this about. So since then I've
been going back. I go and live there for three
months at a time. I was there last year and

(09:00):
the year before, and I'm going this summer. I'm taking
a group of ladies, a small group of ladies, to
explore not only the I think you can still sign up, mate,
they can't sign up. I have space for one more person.
There'll be six ladies plus me, and there's them Solsticelstice,
and there'll be amazing people such as Michael Tellinger and

(09:21):
Klaus Donna and JJ and Desiree Hertach who wrote The
Keys of Enoch, all types of fascinating people. They're doing
presentations that week were there. And we'll also go to
see Mother may See where Mother Mary appeared in an
apparition in Medigory, which is similar to you and I
have been to Lord's together, which Mother Mary was there,
and she was in the nineties, nineteen nineties, it was

(09:43):
ninety one, was in uh, this megigory, So we're going.
I'll be taking the group to that site. It's just
a few hours away.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
We'll go.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
I think you also have a cooking class for everyone.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
I do spinach pie, Bossi and spinach pie, which they
used as flower and salt and water.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
And she actually uses.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
A dowel wooden dowel rod to drape it, and it
just this thing becomes huge, bigger.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
We're sitting at a large table. It's just huge.

Speaker 4 (10:10):
And then that becomes a dough and then she rolls
spinach and she gets the milk from the cow next
door and let's it turn into cheese, so it's all
raw and healthy cheese and puts that in with the spinach.
So anyway, yes, and then she will greet us and
you won't be able to be there, but she'll greet
us with rose water, which is what we did last year.
It is delicious as she makes it from the little

(10:32):
roses on her property. There's an organic farm.

Speaker 2 (10:34):
So very very cool. Well, somebody just asked us from
our listening audience, if you can climb to the top
of those.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
Pyramids, and you can. I've been on all of them.
I've been on the crest of everything. There's the Pyramid
of the Sun, which is four times the size of
the Great Pyramid in Egypt.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
And of course it's a secret.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Remember in two thousand and six it was all negated,
but it's they're there and they're real. Then the Pyramid
of Moon is I've been up to that, and that's
actually has farms. They all have farms, houses, trees, roads
on top of them. And the house that I've rented
last summer and again this summer is on the base
of the Pyramid of the Sun, which is and it's

(11:13):
four times as big as the Pyramid of the of Chops,
the big pyramid in Egypt. And then the Pyramid the
Moon is not as big, of course, but it's certainly
bigger than the one in Egypt. So yes, you can
climb them beautiful hikes. I'm not going to say it's
a hike that everyone can do because it's pretty pretty steep.
There's not handrails for most of them, and it's but

(11:34):
the energy is beautiful. And one time I did it
in the rain and a beautiful rainbow was across the
whole pyramid valley when I got up to the top.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Wow, that was wonderful. Well, we had another question from
a listener who was asking if you can pick fruit
right off the trees, and I think they meant and
were Brazil here.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
And yes you can't.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
There's you know, even just along the roads and places
in some of the forests that we were hiking through,
there's just free trees. I mean, it's a rainforest sea
kind of environment in many parts of Brazil and just
you know, mango trees or.

Speaker 4 (12:10):
This is a guava tree right here's a beautiful I
was here in January. I've been here for four months,
and guava with growing right in this tree and the
pear keeps. The big green peer keets came and eat
wake them. And I showed you today we went down
a waterfall and there were avocado and mango trees we
drove past that I've been able to pick from.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Yes, And we've been drinking fresh coconut water and Adele
has found a new tool that opens coconuts really easily.
And as we all know, coconut water can cure a
heat stroke. It can be used instead of blood and
a blood transfusion, and it is super hydrating and it's
probably way way better for you than anything chemical to rive,

(12:50):
like gatorade or pedio light, which can have chemicals in
it that can shut down your thyroids. So remember if
you have to buy bottled water, and even at the airport,
sometimes I find pure coconut water, and I think that
is a more hydrating and safer thing to drink if
you're having to buy plastic bottled waters, and you know,

(13:11):
frequently we have to do that because the airport has
fixed it so you can't take your own water in.
But Adele, one of the things that you've learned over
the years is some really great travel tips for people,
and you have some really cool lightweight gadgets and different
things that help you travel the world so much easier
than you know, maybe maybe you did before you had

(13:34):
all these really cool things. One of the things that
you and I have talked about is sometimes people on
an airplane flight their legs start hurting, and sometimes you
might call it restless leg or something. And I've always
suggested making sure you have magnesium with you and taking
magnesium every day. Like you know, doctor Thomas Leevey, who's

(13:57):
been on my show more than a few times, world
cardiologist who wrote Curing the Uncurable Vitamin c but he
wrote Reversing Disease with magnesium and he said, you have
to take that every day. But one of the things
you've found that is really beneficial, Adele, is.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
A baking soda.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
Baking soda, yes, yeah, And it's so easy to carry
in your luggage. I put it in a little container
and just have enough. It only takes the half teaspoon.
Maybe that's about what I use in water. So if
I have that condition really easy, very inexpensive, and it
will alkalize you. And as we all know, and I
talk about this a lot, disease cannot exist in the

(14:37):
alkaline environment, and we want to keep our bodies alkaline
seven point two, seven point three and above so that
we can't get sick. So anytime you're feeling like you're
getting sick or something, but some baking soda in your
water three times a day, like doctor Robert Young would tell.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Us, who wrote pH miracle, it's so important and how
inexpensive and easy that is. So we have another question
here from a listener, and it does coconut water taste
like coconuts? Well, I mean it has a certain flavor
to it. Sorry there's a little bug here, but you know,
I'd like the flavor. And just remember your taste buds

(15:17):
always regenerate over time. And if you're you know, not
drinking coconut water right now, and you taste it and
you think, oh, I don't like this very much, if
you stick with it for ten days or two weeks,
your tastebuds will regenerate, and at the end of that
ten days or two weeks, you're gonna taste that coconut
water in.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
A whole new way.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
And I believe that it will taste much much better.
And you know, it's kind of the long time Line
says getting your green cup kids to eat salad. You
just keep putting it in front of them, and then
one day he comes up and he goes, you know, Rose,
like my green kids call me Rose, I want some.

Speaker 3 (15:54):
More of that salad.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Then you you'll be so happy. But you know, just
give them a chance to be exposed to it, because
if they're not exposed to it, then they're, you know,
probably not gonna want to try it. Right.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (16:10):
And I want to say, anyone who's buying bottled or
can't coconut water in a container, they taste really different.
And I don't know why, but I'm sure you've noticed that.
Be sure it's only coconut water. Yes, there's probably going
to be one type of preservative. They're not great. And
what Nancy's drinking right now is straight out of the coconut.

(16:31):
But if if you don't like one, try another one,
but be really sure. I never buy the ones that
say reconstitute it. I always buy the ones that are not.
I'm sure you would say to do the same. And
sometimes there's six or eight ingredients, don't buy those by
the one that has one ingredient extra. You know, I
haven't found one yet that's one hundred percent coconut water.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Yes, And also I always carry my mind salt with me.
Mine's in there, and remember you cannot hydrate it without
without Minerals need real salt in our diet, like doctor
Brownstein says, you know sought your way to health, and
you need at least a teaspoon a day just to
barely keep alive. So you know, I know a lot
of us are not using enough salt. So I carry

(17:13):
it with me when I travel, and like if I
have to drink water, I always put it in my water,
or I'll put it on my food. And remember it's
a water soluble element, and so you urinated out about
every six hours, so you have to constantly replenish that.
And doctor David Brownstein, who's one of my holistic medical
doctor hebrews Rose and probably one of the world's leading

(17:35):
thyroid experts. You can look up his website and read
more about that. But what are some of your other
travel tips?

Speaker 4 (17:43):
My favorite one the last couple of years, and you
turned me onto this is the and I think you
have a link to this, Nancy is zero water system
by Pulligan and it is it's in the other room.
I travel full time. I sold everything in twenty twenty fourteen,
so I don't own a house or car anymore. I
everywhere I go and this to me, having a healthy

(18:05):
source of water is the most important thing we can do.
And I don't like to drink out of plastic and
I don't want to buy all that place the plastic bottles.
I don't want to continue to mess up the environment.
So I use a system that you showed me and
probably been eight or ten years, and it's it's called
zero Z E r O. And I love to share
it with my clients and friends. Because what I say

(18:26):
is it comes with a meter and it's right in
the other room. But I won't cook get it. It
comes with the meter, and it's got a pretty significant
filter to it. It's a five stage system similar to
reverse osmosis for travel. And when you put tapwater in it,
I tell people, put your little meter in the water,
the tap water, and it's generally going to be two
eighty five. I was in near Orlando a few months

(18:47):
ago and it was for something that's awful awful, and
so it's in the two eighty something range or it depends,
but generally it's going to be high. And people say, well,
what is that, and I said, well, it's two hundred
in eighty whatever units of something that's not healthy for
it's toxins, and so it could be anything that's in
the municipal water, which includes fluoride which names can I both,

(19:10):
and parasites and chemicals from other people's pharmaceuticals that they've taken,
and chlorine.

Speaker 3 (19:16):
We know chlorine's in there well, and.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
If you haven't watched Doctor Artist's Watch the Water documentary,
you're gonna want to watch that. In effect, it was
Adele that introduced me to doctor artists many years ago,
and he used to come and speak at her house
about how parasites who were really one of the base
causes of almost all of these health problems people were experiencing.
And of course we all know now he was right,

(19:40):
he was, and that.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
Was in twenty ten or ninth. It was a long
time ago that he was doing this talks at my place.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
And he was on the show last week.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
He a great guy, great, great guy and his yeah,
he met his wife at one of those events at
my condo, my house. But I want to finish about
zero because so when you if you get it or
think about just consider this. They're about twenty five dollars,
so they're not expensive. The meter that it comes with,
you put in the tap water, it's going to be
in the two three hundred range. Then you filter that
same exact water and it goes down this system and

(20:11):
it doesn't take very long. It's not as long as
some of them. Maybe maybe a minute to fill the
container almost or half of it anyway, and you test
it again and I always like to say, guess what
number is going to come up this time with the.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
Zero water filter? Zero?

Speaker 4 (20:26):
It takes it all out and so that doesn't mean
that the water has any minerals left. And as Nancy
just said, we've got to add the sea salt, a
good quality sea salt to get those minerals back in
so that it absorbs into ourselves. So we've taken everything out,
which means the good and the bad. So by putting
the salt back in. And I've realized that carrying that
with me do I'm on a trip right now. I'm

(20:48):
in Brazil. I'm leaving here for Europe, for Miami for
one night, and then Europe and then Africa. So I
have about six months worth of water filters with me,
and it's a lot and they're heavy, but I do
it anyway because I can't get them in all the
countries I'm visiting well.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
And water is so important. Ninety nine percent of every
molecule in our body is water, and as we know,
municipal water, especially in the United States, is one of
the most toxic things people drink or and jest in
a day, and so this is a key element to
staying healthy. So you're so brilliant doing that. And one

(21:22):
of the things I love is that Mike Adams, the
Health Ranger, did a complete, huge study on water filtration systems,
and he's the one that discovered that zero water filter
was so effective. And so I've been referring people to
it for a long time, and it is great for travel,
and I use it for travel as well, and so
is my daughter. So you know, it's really worth it

(21:45):
because then you have control over the quality of water
that you're drinking, but remember to add the salt back
into it. And so you had a situation where you
were here in Brazil and you were trying to get
mind pink salt, and I'll tell everybody.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
What I was so frustrated.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
And I like Nancy introduced me to Bolivian rose salt
years ago, which I love. It's probably my favorite and
it was your favorite. But it's hard to get so.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
And I've lived in Peru a lot, and I just came.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
I was there last year, and I brought a significant
amount of Peruvian salt from sea salt from Mars. And
I'm going to say about it a minute, and then
i'll go to what I just bought. And so the
Mars is a mine at eleven thousand feet in the Andes,
and I've been there many times and I've watched the
local career catch with people mining it and the water

(22:35):
comes it's it's it's a water based mine. The water
comes out of the mountain and it's salty water because
it's there's salt mines all over the world, and this
one's at eleven thousand feet, so nothing drains into it.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
And we know that it's a pretty high source.

Speaker 4 (22:51):
And there's a pollution out there in the middle of
the Andes in Arabamba, if anybody, if you know Peru,
the Sacred Valley, and the people mind it and then
they sell it, and I love that we're helping support
them as well as this beautiful, delicious pink sea sauce.
So I was, I'm in Peru, I'm in Brazil, and
Nancy was coming and I've got I'm running low on

(23:12):
my pink thought that I brought and I'm going on.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
To Europe, and so I asked before it Nancy brought
me some.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
But I went into one of the grocery stores and
it said him a lay pink salt, and I thought, wow,
that's pretty good. It was about just a few dollars
for a bag, small bag, and I bought it, and
then I brought it home and I looked at the
back and it said pink salt. It didn't say it
had red food coloring in it, which it must because

(23:39):
it comes from Brazil, and there's no mention of where
in Brazil. It says made in Brazil, so we know
that it's some red food dye. Red dye colored salt
is very pink, much pinker. And when you put it
in water.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
I didn't tell you this, Nancy.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
You see the pink separates from it. It's like food
coloring coming up.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
It's awful.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
And this is why you want to get your own
salt and carry it with you when you travel, so
that you do have.

Speaker 4 (24:04):
That happened terrible, So you know, luckily you brought me
some more and I'll be fine. And you want it
to be sea salt and not white salt, not iodized salt,
for sure, that's not what we're talking about. It needs
to be a natural source. I personally don't really like
it coming out of the waters that we swim in
or that the boats are in. There's a French un

(24:24):
refined sea salt I used to use, and I really
find I personally prefer the mountains. But I wanted to
be hand mined, not mined with dynamite, which yeah, yeah,
it's hard to find that.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
Can get toxins in it. And then also the reason
Adela is probably not wanting it from the ocean is
because our oceans are so polluted today with plastic and
mercury and also radiation, and you can actually get mercury
toxicity from eating salt from the ocean today, which is
really sad. But you know, as you know, I do

(24:57):
mini shows, so now to detoxifie detox fighty tox fight
and then you know, look for quality and add those
nutrients back into your diet. But we have been having
a real extravaganza of eating fresh organic fruit here and
getting lots of vitamin sea and nutrition. And so when

(25:18):
you travel. When I was introducing you, one of the
things that I introduced you about is you and crystals
and the joycodes, and I would love for you to
share a little bit of information with our listeners about
what those are.

Speaker 4 (25:33):
Okay, thank you. Well, the crystals we've talked briefly about,
but what I didn't say, and I've been very blessed.
I feel like part of my work on the planet
is to help people connect with these crystals and the
ancient information inside of them. So I do a little
and I call it the match game, and it's kind
of just a fun little name for it, and I
made it up. And I work very closely with Mother Mary.

(25:55):
So I asked Mother Mary helps me shop for crystals.
When Nancy and I went to the store the Mine
and then we went to some shops, I literally I
pulled crystals and you watched me.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
It's kind of bizarre.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
I pull them and then I sit and I asked
my the very all of these, which ones, and he
just helps me decide which ones to purchase. And so
then I work with those crystals and I help other
people connect with them. We do a little game over
zoom and they don't get to see the crystals because
it's there were some of the exquisitely absolutely beautiful. It's
significantly large. It doesn't matter the little One of my

(26:30):
favorite is named Wisdom w I S D O M.
And I literally sit with these and we all have
this ability to sit and ask for guidance. So I
sit and hold the crystal. I ask for the name.
Sometimes I ask what the sex is. I ask if
it has a message for me and with wisdom, and
you've seen wisdom and it's in the other room. Wisdom
is actually uh, that was the name I was given.

(26:53):
I take photos of these and yet we were with me.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
I bless them in a special chapel here in Brazil.

Speaker 2 (26:59):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
And I'm done that for seven years with all of
these crystals that I've worked with, and then they all
get a bath in special water. The one they're getting
bathed in right now is has been bussed by Mother
Mary Magdalen's from a town where she's the patrona and
it's special water. There's ways in Brazil is an amazing
country of spirituality. So there's things that happen here that
are very unique and special and very highly energetic.

Speaker 2 (27:21):
Oh and some of that the largest crystal mines in
the world. In fact, I believe you can even see
them from space. That's a huge major mind areas that
have these crystals, and they have an energy in them.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
That's exactly right, and that's why we use them in
electronics because they have an energy and a memory. So
I help people connect with these crystals and if they
a lot of times people get healing with them. They're
very strong for healing because they amplify things. So that's
kind of an interesting thing to consider. So I work
with the crystals. That's been a big part of my life.
And I was years ago guided to I'm a co

(28:00):
coach and I wanted to travel full time, as I said,
so I've basically figured out a way I can work
on the road and coach. So my business is now
The Joy Codes and that was a gift from above.
I'll just say that the name, and it's a wonderful
coaching program that helps mainly women. I've always worked closely
with women to empower them to realize they can have

(28:22):
and be and do anything they want. And Nancy didn't
know me, but I was almost three hundred pounds, very heavy,
very unhealthy, on a lot of medicines. I had several
nightmares that I was being bathed because I couldn't get
out of it. I was being taken care of my nurses,
and that was my wake up call. I was in
my forties and I probably i'm almost seventy now.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Not as old as you.

Speaker 4 (28:44):
And Nancy looks so young. It's hard to be next
to her because he looks so beautiful and young. You're
welcome but anyway, so I had a health journey, and
in the process of tell.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
People how you did that, I did it all naturally.

Speaker 4 (28:57):
I had this nightmare and I realized, oh my goodness,
I have work to do on planet Earth, and it
does not involve being in a three hundred pound unhealthy
body taking all these medicines. So I naturally released the
way it was. Basically, I feel like I worked very
closely with God and listening with her with my interval.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
Yes, and I think.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Alkalinity had absolutely that.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
I was working with some chiropractors that taught me to
have more of an alkaline diet, which means mostly fruits
and vegetables and meat is highly acidic. It doesn't mean
I don't eat some meat. I do, but it's I
don't eat and there no fiber, and they're okay, there's
no fiber. That's true.

Speaker 3 (29:38):
And I've been blessed these last eleven years.

Speaker 4 (29:40):
I've lived in places like Africa and here where like
Nancy said, we get the most amazing organic fruits and vegetables.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
The watermelon you're you every time she eat.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
We bought a big watermelon and Nancy's like, this is
the best watermelon, and it has seeds. We still has
seeds in it here.

Speaker 2 (29:55):
You don't want to buy any kind of fruit and
vegetable without seeds because you know it's been genetically modified
if it it doesn't have seeds. But I was listening
to Mike Adams, the health Ranger the other day, and
he was saying, watermelon is super great for reducing blood pressure.

Speaker 3 (30:12):
Go figure out that.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
Yeah, that great.

Speaker 3 (30:15):
It's meat. Yeah, maybe that's why I don't have bloo pressure.
I ate a lot of watermelon, especially here, and.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
It's very hydrating. A huge amount of watermelon is structured water,
so it's incredibly hydrating for you. So you know, structured
water is what doctor Pollock has written books about and
studied at the University of Washington for decades. And whenever
we put water through a zero water filter or any

(30:40):
kind of pipe or any kind of process, you remove
that structure. And water is unique and has a memory,
and so in order to restructure, at first you want
to add minerals back into it, because when you filter it, it
removes it's non selective. It removes all the bad stuff,
but it can remove all the good things too, like
the electroly lize, which is vancy medical term for the

(31:02):
word salt, which we want mineral rit salt that's mostly
mined from an old ocean that was before pollution and
has more minerals in it, and it doesn't have the
pollution in it. And then you want to structure it.
So doctor Pollock says, you can start really super fast
until it creates a vortex like a whirlpool, and give

(31:22):
it back its structure. And he was on my show
a couple of years ago and we talked about some
of these things, and yes, it's so. Anyway, make sure
you're really hydrating daily. And one of the other things
we do that helps us stay well is we use
a new technology where you really have to be hydrated
in or for it to work properly, and a dele

(31:45):
you want to expand on that.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
Sure, it's called phototherapy uses light.

Speaker 4 (31:51):
Both Nancy and I have these cute little stickers on
our neck, the back of our neck, and we both
started using them about the same time, almost three and
a half years ago. We started at the exact same time,
the same day a friend had introduced them to Nancy.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
I'd been out of the country. I was visiting with
Nancy and.

Speaker 4 (32:06):
Her little farmhouse and her farm, beautiful farmhouses out Texas,
and this thing was on the table and I said,
what's this. She's like, I don't know, you know, just
she hadn't looked at it yet. We started looking at it.
We were both amazed. We had several friends that had
some really good success with it, so we decided to
try more than success. We have one good friend who

(32:27):
is seventy five now we think seventy four, seventy five,
who had been and I will be careful, how were this?
She had been was on her way to dialysis. She
had can I say stage sure? And I was Stage
four kidney failure And she started using this.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
It took fourteen months, which is not overnight.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Well, she had a history of strokes also, Oh, that's right,
she'd had a stroke with us when we're in the
Islands one right, that's right.

Speaker 4 (32:54):
So she actually started using these and her doctor has
given her one hundred percent clean bill of health. These
kidneys are normal if she did not have to go
on dialysis. So but we that story we hadn't quite
heard yet. It was in the making at that time.
But I've had horrible pain in my right hand that
was gone within five weeks and.

Speaker 3 (33:16):
Amazing cat and dog Olgy.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
Girl could not be around animals.

Speaker 3 (33:21):
Not horses, not cats, not dogs.

Speaker 4 (33:23):
I had terrible seasonal allergies. I'd taken shots for years
that didn't work at all. Is just a waste of
money and time and uncomfortable, and I ended up in
five weeks I was able to start being around my
son's dogs. I have two sons with big dogs, and
I actually house that five dogs. Two were huge, two
were little hairy.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
Kings Spaniels.

Speaker 4 (33:50):
Yeah, that are very hair, a lot of hair, precious
beautiful dogs, but they I have no more concern at
all with allergies. It used to be all I did
was touch her dog sometimes just sit on a couch
that an animal had been on. And my right eye
was in agony for the rest of the day, just
awful likes felt like it had sand in it. And
that has not happened in almost four years, so pretty amazing. Also,

(34:14):
I had knee issues. I was told my sister's a
medical doctor and took a back. I took a bad
fall and she said I need a knee surgery, and
I ignored that because I don't want to go have anything.

Speaker 3 (34:26):
I got done so, but I limped.

Speaker 4 (34:29):
I did have a small limp and I was hiking
last year in Peru and some friends said, didn't you
used to have problem with your knee?

Speaker 3 (34:35):
And I, yes, I did.

Speaker 4 (34:36):
I just forget what you don't have anymore and so
totally fixed. I can actually do the lotus position in
yoga now which I couldn't do for years. So amazing
this and they're just these you want to say the name.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
So it's a life Wave of technology and if you
want to learn more about this, you can contact Adele
Adele you want to give them contact information?

Speaker 3 (34:57):
Sure, thank you. It's www.

Speaker 4 (35:00):
Life Wave l I F E Wave dot com, forward
slash adelgood A D E L E G O O
D and Nancy and I have done this together for
three and a half years.

Speaker 2 (35:14):
And the company's been around twenty years and they actually
use season over eighty countries and are prescribed by medical doctors.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
A lot of medical tectures have.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
Made in Ireland in San Diego, not other places where
they're not controlled.

Speaker 2 (35:30):
Yeah, and I actually love them and I have so
many stories that I could share with you, but some
of my biggest wins are actually animals and it is
crazy good on animals and so easy.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
And Betty the horse, or Betty the cow cow, Betty
my friend the cow.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
It just I mean, just two days, this huge sore
that she had had for over a month that was
getting worse by the day, and her infected eye just
up in two days. I was just early on. When
I first started using them. I was like, you can't
really feel them working because they work like a mirror
to your body's infrared system and it just activates certain

(36:13):
peptides in your body that help your body literally heal
itself naturally. It's just phenomenal. And when I started using
them on animals that cannot fake it, I have no
idea what you're doing to them. It just absolutely showed
me the power of these things. And now I just

(36:34):
have so many human clients that use them for all
kinds of things, and it really is quite remarkable. And
I went to my fiftieth high school reunion what was
a year ago, and one of my classmates was a
big plastic surgeon in Houston who had had a lot
of work done. She told me she had a lot

(36:56):
of work done, but she kept following me around and
she finally came out to me at the end of
the reunion, it said.

Speaker 3 (37:02):
You haven't had any.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
Any plastic surgery, have you know? And no, she was
just like, we just supposed to start laughing, because I
mean a lot of people think, you know that I,
you know, look twenty years younger than I am. But
I really do think it's my healthy eating, staying hydrated.
And I've been using this technology what three or four

(37:24):
years now, and there are no known medical side effects,
no drugs, no, no drugs at all. In fact, they're
approofd for Olympic athletes. In fact, you know, people like
I understand Serena Williams. I've got pictures of people playing
Wimbledon in them, and I believe from what I understand,
the entire US swim team wears.

Speaker 3 (37:47):
Because they help you.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
My brother does Ironman competitions, and he told me that
he can when he has him on swim farther with
less effort and he recovers faster and uh and so anyway,
he likes to do Ironman competitions, and he's sixty five,
and you.

Speaker 3 (38:07):
Know, little brother, you get my younger brother.

Speaker 4 (38:13):
Nancy looks great and I've spent a lot of time
around her, and no one dreams.

Speaker 3 (38:17):
She's as old as she is, so.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
But anyway, it's just it's so great to have these
wonderful holistic choices that can help us, you know, live
a healthier, more vibrant life and feel great at the
same time. And you know, it's just a it's remarkable,
and for me it's been really important, especially since I

(38:41):
travel a lot and I want to be around for
my green and watch my green kids grow up. And
you know, it's just a lovely, lovely thing that these
new holistic remedies have come on the market and are
available tests at very reasonable prices. So Adele, tell us

(39:01):
about sands Bar and what you're doing in sans Bar.

Speaker 4 (39:07):
Such an exotic name. I was living in Bosnia last
year talking or no. I was in France and talking
to a friend who had known from that area, and
she wasn't there anywhere.

Speaker 3 (39:18):
She'd moved to Zanzibar.

Speaker 4 (39:19):
She intercended by an organic farm that had coconuts and
mangos on it, and I took one google the words Zanzibar.
If y'all don't know anything about it, because I didn't
other than that was kind of a cool name.

Speaker 3 (39:30):
It's kind of fun.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Off the coast of Tanzania and so a part of
the continent of Africa.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
Right no, southeast down towards uh Okay. Madagascar is okay. Well,
it's not right next to it, but it's it's it's
it's very close to the to the land, but it's
on it's an island. Madagastro is pretty far away anyway.
The I googled the word and oh, my goodness, unbelievable,
most gorgeous beaches. It looks like not been to Bora Bora,

(40:01):
but looks like you think Bora Bora would look. And
I moved there for three months. I rented a house
and lived near the beach, and I lived there were
Swahili people all around, and they are the most gracious,
beautiful people, and they were seaweed. They had farms, seaweed
farms in the ocean. And I would go and I
did a lot of videos and pictures of them.

Speaker 2 (40:21):
And seaweed has a lot of iodine in it.

Speaker 3 (40:24):
And I ate it raw. I ate it right out
of the water.

Speaker 4 (40:27):
We bed it on our salads from the ocean and
the water there. I felt like there were no boats.
There were most of the boats were made of mango
trees and the people had made them their cells or
they used it was wooden boats and it was very
It's just a beautiful place. So I've decided to go back.
I went snorkeling in the I took a boat out

(40:48):
with a friend, went out into the Indian Ocean, and
I have never ever seen this many dolphins in nature,
as well as beams of light that looked like I
felt like there was the core of the earth was
had uh blue and white beams of light that were
just shooting up from it. Looked like beacons of light
like we used to see when you go to maybe
the restaurant or a movie theater would be shining them

(41:10):
from the parking lot, that kind of thing. But hundreds
of them coming up from the ocean while the dolphins
swim through them. So I'll be going back to Danzi
Bar and hopefully you'll be joining me there. It's there's
swimming caves everywhere that looks similar to San Tees in Mexico,
but no crowds and no pollution and no zip lines
on them, which I just was in Mexico and I

(41:32):
tell people, what is what is Okay? It's a swimming
hole they're all over the paint Coon area of Mexico.
I don't think we have we saw any on the
other side. But they're beautiful, beautiful, usually gorgeous, bluish water high.
There's a lot of limestone in both the Zanzibar and

(41:52):
in Mexico, and they're craves.

Speaker 3 (41:54):
The ones in in sanzi Bar.

Speaker 2 (41:56):
It's aqua fers their natural spring.

Speaker 4 (42:00):
Yes, and it's fresh water, which is fabulous during this island,
and there's these fabulous freshwater swimming holes that are very
sacred and they're considered sacred by the locals and they've
been around, I'm sure for a long time. The whole
island was a big coral reef, so now it's all
crystal because coral turns into crystal, and that's what our
sand is. And it's these these caves are amazing. The

(42:23):
the baobab trees, which we had someone over to lunch
a little while ago and she saw my baobab powder.
She goes baobab. She's from South Africa and this is
an amazing tree. Google bao bab if it's beautiful. They're massive,
massive trees and they have a fruit that you can
they grind to a pulp and you put it in.
It's very high, high vitamin sea content, very healthy. And

(42:46):
I happen to bring some back from Sandsbarn. I brought
it down to Brazil to put in my ASA Eve's.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
And let's always remember we need vitamin C every day
and it helps us squirt talks inso out of your cells.
And like doctor Leevy says, curing the uncurable with vitamin
C is it's really important. So you know, fresh fruit,
eat a whole piece of fresh fruit every day, or
something that has natural vitamin C in it. I learned

(43:13):
recently that a lot of the citric acid, which is
the chemical name for vitamin C, A lot of that
is made by pharmaceutical companies now. And so if you
see citric acid on a product and always reach your ingredients,
you see citric acid, you probably are going to want
to maybe avoid that product because from what I understand,

(43:37):
it's made from genetically modified corn and probably isn't very
good for us. So you know something to look out for.
And I just I just do want to remind everybody
read your ingredients and try to eat real food, eat
a real piece of fruit or real real vegetable We
had a huge salad today and we chopped up carrots

(43:59):
and cue andes and tomatoes and had her South African
friend over for lunch and it was absolutely divine. And
remember you can put apple cider vinegar in there, and
if it's raw and unpasteurized with the mother in it,
it will raise your pH and help detoxify your liver

(44:21):
and is really healthy for us. So you can always
make your own salad dressing so that you don't have
anything with chemicals in it, because so many salad dressings
on the market today have like canola oil in it,
or it's got different types of MSG in it, and so,
you know, just some things to be aware of because
we don't want MSG because it's addictive for one thing,

(44:43):
and it will destroy your brain. We certainly don't want that.

Speaker 4 (44:49):
And it's so easy to make your own salad dressing
with fresh lemon juice and good olive oil and seasonings.

Speaker 2 (44:55):
So Adele, I can't believe this time has gone so fast,
and we've.

Speaker 3 (44:59):
Got maybe about four minutes.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
Left, and I would love for you to share with
our listeners anything that might be coming up that they
want to contact you about. And also, you know, you know,
tell them a little bit, how to, how to.

Speaker 3 (45:15):
What you have going on right now?

Speaker 4 (45:17):
Well, I'm working with these crystals while in Brazil. It's
a great time to be connecting them. And I'll be
flying deep. You're going to Amsterdam. I have to say,
I when I got the message eleven years ago to
leave the United States and sell everything, simplified my life.
So anyone that's out there thinking my life's just so complex,
this the whole, you know, home ownership and the whole,

(45:40):
just all that stuff, I don't have to deal with
that anymore.

Speaker 3 (45:42):
So I do live a very blessed life.

Speaker 4 (45:44):
And then I'm able to travel and I do work
on the road, which seems to work out really well.

Speaker 3 (45:50):
So I do I guide people.

Speaker 4 (45:51):
Here in Brazil on health journeys as well as I
will say, I just had a lot of dental work
done here, and the the dental process in Brazil similar
to other countries, is Mexico like Mexico, Yes, and I
don't know for sure some of the others, but a
fraction of the cost in the United States. And I

(46:13):
had all the mercury. I'm going to share this. I
had a lot of fillings that had excuse me, crowns.
They and mercury they had well, they were no, they
weren't feeling. I'm sorry, they were crowns. They were sports
and crowns. They looked like white. My teeth don't look
any different now, just they are, but they don't look
at But they had metal inside of them. The base

(46:35):
of them was metal, so it was like a ceramic
material on top of metal.

Speaker 3 (46:39):
Well, the metal was exposed.

Speaker 4 (46:40):
And I'm almost I'm sixteen, almost sixty nine, and some
of those grounds I've had since college, so I've had
them a long time, and they were creating problems. I
had trouble in eating anything that so I couldn't drink
out of a metallic cup at all.

Speaker 3 (46:54):
I use glass for everything. But anyway, I had them removed.

Speaker 4 (46:58):
And I knew, just from working with Nancy and from
my own research, that when you have a lot of
things like that taken out of your mouth, you can
have problems. But the dentist here did use a rubber dam,
so I wasn't getting those toxics into my system. But
all the mercury that was exposed when they were taken
out created it looked like I had lemuses, not red red.

Speaker 2 (47:21):
No, it was a it was this like it was
breaking out because because it's trying to get out of
your body, so toxins are trying to get out of
your bright red all.

Speaker 4 (47:31):
Your job along my my gum line, these bright red
lesions openings. And I know it was the mercury. So anyway,
if you've got some of those, considered getting them out.

Speaker 3 (47:43):
But yeah, I'm off to bos and you.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
Can contact Adele if you want to know about these
dentists that were here in Brazil. It was a whole
group of them that were a family at dentists. Who's
like from a family of dinnists and some sweet and
a fraction of the cost of getting your your feelings
you know, replaced or removed or whatever is in the

(48:08):
United States. So it's our last minute and I just
want to thank you so much Adelle for joining us
today and sharing your beautiful information with us, and I
hope you'll join me again some time. We've traveled all
over the world together, France, South Africa, Brazil, Peru, Canada,
all over the US, and and uh, where are we

(48:31):
going to be next? We know where she's gonna be.
But I just want to thank you and we have
a closing party thought for our listeners as we have
to sign off, and and I just love y'all all,
and thanks for joining us today.

Speaker 3 (48:45):
We're very honored to have you. We are well. Thank
you Nancy for inviting me again.

Speaker 4 (48:49):
And basically, I just want to let remind anyone people
look at my life and think, how do you do that? Well,
I listen to my heart and inner guidance, solo guidance
is what I call. So if you're kind of considering
making a change in your life, whether it's related to
your health, relationships, your living style, any of that, please
just take time, meditate, spend time, ask God for guidance,

(49:12):
and expect miracles because they are everywhere. We have seen
them everywhere we go. My life is full of them.
So just trust your instinct and listen. And we can't
make mistakes. Everything's just a move in the right direction.
And sometimes we have optacles. Once we get over them,
the magic really happens.

Speaker 2 (49:29):
So it's beautiful. Thank you for that thought. And I'm
just going to add one more thing to it. Just
remember what you focus your mind on is going to expand.
So if you're focusing your problems, you're expanding those. So
focus on where you want to be. So all right,
we love you, We wish you great health and great

(49:52):
joy in your life, and I will talk to y'all
next week.

Speaker 3 (49:55):
Gotcha.

Speaker 2 (50:00):

I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
