And so it is. So today I thought I would
answer a few people's questions from previous shows and from
just different conversations I get from people in emails, and

what do I do or what should someone do if
they need to go out in the sun. And y'all
know that I've talked extensively about how I believe toxic
sunscreens are and how they can really not.

And you know, we all need sunshine and the sun
promotes health and vitality, and every living thing on earth
benefits from the sun. So we need to get sunlight
on our face and through our eyes and arms daily
in order for us to actually be well, and it
lifts our spirits. Also it keeps us from getting depressed
(02:36):
and things like that. But it's also one way of
you know, getting the vitamin D that is so critically
important for our health. And so you know, some people
just have to be out in the sun long periods
of time and may not have access to shade or
the ability to get out of the sun if they've
(02:58):
just gotten too much. You know, it's like everything else,
we can get too much of a good thing. So
you know, as if you want to look up anything
about sunscreens. I really highly recommend doctor Elizabeth Lord's books,
and she has.

Written books on.

Exposing the hazards of sunscreen, and she says that these
chemicals in them contribute to the rise in autism and
cancer and various other problems, including the reason that the
coral reefs are dying around the world, and it's making

the fish also have not a clear sex so it
is making the fish life in the ocean decline because
there it limits their ability to.

So anyway, there's so many reasons not to wear sunscreens,
and many of the islands and places around the world
that have a lot of coral are actually banning sunscreen,
so you know, what are some alternatives? And there are
alternatives actually, And one of the things that I do

strmal patches. They have little crystals in them that work
like a mirror on your body, and they activate certain

your like, for instance, it helps your stem cells work
better because they go dormant as we age. But what
David Schmidian Finner has said is that when you wear
both of these patches together at the same time, that
they can protect you from harmful radiation, especially like overexposure

to the sun, but also cell phones and.

And also like when I fly in an airplane, I
always wear those because it will protect me from the
radiation I'm exposed to in those flights, Like I just
got back from Brazil and that flight is like having thirty.

And when I go through the TSA thing where they
check you for whatever it is they're checking you for.
Because you know, it's been proven through studies that that
doesn't even improve security on your airplane, and it's just
one more way that they are using to make your
life a little more of a challenge, but also so

that they can just you know, document where and wherever
you are and follow you.

It's it's one of those you.

Know, globalist agendas to track you and keep you under
under their their their eyesight all the time, so that
they can just basically spy on you all the time.
But I never go through those large X ray machines
that I have to admit, before I knew too much

about it, I walked into one and it made me
violently ill, and so I just did research on it
and found out that it actually can activate certain things
in injections that you might get and can cause your
body to start making cancer cells and different things like that,
(07:05):
and I find that they are very harmful and you
should look into that if you're interested in learning more
about that. But I always sopt out of that, and
it just makes my getting through security so much slower
because they tend to really drag their feet when you
don't want to do what they want you to do.
And I think it's just a way of getting you

to conform, conform, conform, which, as you know, I am
very much about not conforming and not agreeing to their agenda.
And doing our own things. So getting back to what
we do about sunshine is that you know, if I
do happen to get too much sun I put on
another one of these technology patches that is a Carnesye patch,

which helps your skin heal quicker from burns, and then
I also use some of the creams by that company.
But those are my go to things for being out
in the sun all day, which I do frequently, and
did a lot when I was in Brazil and really
enjoyed the waterfalls and swimming in the natural rivers that

were so beautiful, and my friend Adela and I really
got some good sunshine there. But one of the things
that I've learned over the years is that our body
actually makes natural skin protection against the sun. But you
need to be eating really fresh organic fruits and vegetables
that have a lot of color in them, like Debta
(08:36):
keytine that's in carrots and orange vegetables and fruits. It
actually gives your body natural skin protection when you ingest those.
And so you know, as I've talked about previously, the
color pigment in fresh fruits and vegetables is actually the antioxidant,
(08:58):
and these anti accidents really help your body be healthy
and they fight off these free radicals, and so it's
very very important.

But you could just eat really.

Good fresh fruits and vegetables, especially during the summer months
when you might be out in the sun more, you know,
and things like carrots, apricots, tomatoes, oranges, grapefruits, things that
have these beautiful, deep rich yellow and orange colored pigments

are naturally good at protecting your body from from the sun.
And then also when you eat plants, you know, the plants,
these pigments in the plants actually protect the plant from
UV damage, and so it just helps contribute that the
(09:50):
anti occidant rich plant based high carotenoid diet that those
nutrients into your body so that your body.

Has that UV protection also.

And then I also just recommend always eating more fresh, colorful,
organic fresh fruit and vegetables that's preferably buying ripened and
tree ripened because then those have those natural selvestrols in
them that also contribute to your being in better health
and fighting off any kind of disease. And oh and

I had a question here from someone that was asking,
do I have a problem getting through security wearing those
technology patches? By life WIB and no, they have no
drug in them. They have nothing in them that activates anything.
It's kind of like putting on a band aid. It
just has these little crystals embedded in them that reflect
(10:52):
your body's own infrared light. We have a like a
god's sparkin us an infrared kind of light is that
is why they can see us at night with nighttime
goggles on, and these crystals just really reflect that and
activate certain things in the body to help the body
(11:13):
function more like a young person would that has you know,
abundant a number of stem cells or different things like that.
So it's really a brilliant technology than company's been around
twenty years. These are originally developed by request by the
US government Navy for the Navy Seals, which is really interesting.

But as they awarded David Schmidt his patents and said
you know, these are yours, you can go start a
company with him, he actually started sharing them with other
people and having such wonderful results with people's health that
there's been over one hundred studies with these and there's
(11:58):
no negative no known negative side effects, and there's absolutely
no drug. I mean Olympic Olympic athletes where these these
are approved for Olympic athletes, so you know, it's really
mainstream in over eighty countries. In fact, in most countries
around the world, many of them, the doctors actually prescribe

these patches in the hospital for helping you heal. So
it's it's really kind of remarkable, but it's also remarkable
how they've really limited how much you're able to share
this kind of information in the United States because they
are so against any kind of natural healing that doesn't
(12:42):
involve pharmaceutical products. So you know, kind of the direction
I go is, I don't do pharmaceutical products. I do
the ones that I have no drug in them in
are harmless, are all holistic and God given remedies, and
that's why I believe these are so anyway, you know,
(13:03):
one of the things I would just recommend if you're
getting out in the sun and you want to be healthy,
you know, make sure you get it through your eyes
every day. And like when I was in Brazil, we
got to watch the sunrise every morning and I would
just watch the sun come up over that horizon. It
(13:25):
was absolutely stunning. It was so beautiful in the whole view.
You just had this amazing view of the valley and
not a single cell phone tower in sight.

It was so.

Refreshing to get that view and then to see the sun.
And one of the best times to gaze at the
sun is right when the sun is rising, and then
also right when the sun is setting. And I think
it's you know, much much stronger when it's up high
in the sky at noon. And so you know, you'll
(13:59):
just have to decide which is best for you. But
I do know that it's very, very important to get
it through your eyes. So even if you do wear
sunglasses sometimes, which I really don't do anymore, because I
found that my eyes get stronger as I don't wear them,
and I can handle brighter light from the sun the
(14:20):
more I don't wear them, and so I really try
not to wear them. But I try to get some
sun through my eyes every day anyway. But if you
are out in the sun a great deal, and are
preferably at a beach or somewhere like that, just you know,
get an umbrella or to sit under if you are
(14:41):
having too much sun, or wear a hat or protective
clothing and you know, protect yourself that way instead of
you know, worrying about toxic sunscreen soaking into your skin
and causing nerve image or something worse. But you know,
the sunscreen is also prevent you from being able to.

Have your body make vitamin D.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
And we always want to remember that the sun can
only make vitamin D in your body to the skin
that's exposed. So if you're all covered up, the sun
can't really get to your skin. So you need to
just make sure that you're getting enough of that. And
you know, just you know, I think the sunshine is
(15:24):
one of the healthiest thing is for us, So you know,
I you know, kind of go against what some of
the mainstream thing is, but you knows, as I've looked
at and had doctor Lissa Ipplored on my show at
least eight times, she's talked about how, you know, many
of these ingredients and sunscreens are carcinogenic in hormone disruptors
(15:48):
and they they can you know, really just soak straight
through your skin and are very toxic, especially when you're
exposed to the sun, which is you know, really quite remarkable.
So you know, that's just something to really be aware of.
And there are a couple of brands of so if
(16:13):
you look at the environmental workers group. I just got
a question here from a listener and they're asking, is
there a natural sun protected you know, I really think
the natural sun protected is things like fruits and vegetables
that have these high beta keratine antioxidants in them. And
(16:38):
I literally have like carrot essential oil or I drink
a lot of carrot juice. I also have some raspberry oil.
I kind of make my own mixture of different oils
that I like to put on with coconut oil before
I go out in the sun. And I feel like
(16:59):
that kind of helps me. But when we are when
we are out in the sun, one of the things
I feel like is important to know is that, you know,
what you eat really does matter. And when you eat meat,
meat doesn't really contribute any of these antioxidant pigments or fiber,
(17:21):
So you know, keep that in mind, and with each meal,
really try to make a point of eating a fresh
piece of fruit that hasn't been cooked or heated, hasn't
been destroyed in a microwave or radiated, but you know,
like a real piece of fruit, a real you know, vegetable.
I try to eat at least one whole piece of
(17:42):
fruit twice a day. You know, whether it's an apple
or an orange or a grapefruit, and I peel it
and I eat the skin. The skin frequently has more
antioxidants in it than the food itself, and so you know,
something like eating fresh cucumbers, it's very very good for you,
especially in the summer, and you know, the skin has
(18:05):
a lot of antioxidants in it. So you know, I
would say the naturals and protection would be eating a
really healthy diet of fresh foods and vegetables. If you
find that you really have to have some kind of
a sunscreen and you want to find out what might
possibly be a safer one, you can go to the
(18:26):
Environmental Workers Group which is called the EWG, and you
can sorry, I didn't turn off my phone, I need
to turn this off. And they tested more than one
thy five hundred sent screens for safety and effectiveness, and
they compile the list of ones they felt were better
(18:49):
or less harmful than some of the others. A couple
of those, and you can just go to their website
and put that in and they will have a long
list of them in a list of ones they you know,
have graded and think or not in the anyway they
have a hierarchy of the ones they found the least
(19:12):
harmful to more harmful ones. Some of the ones that
were at the top of the list were one was
by Suddenly as you n l y mineral sunscreen unscented uh.
There was a clear zinc sunscreen lotion that they said
was one of the least harmful, and then there was
(19:33):
one by Well People that was biotinted moisturizer. And so,
you know, you can go look at some of those
and see if if that is something that you know
might work for you. But you know, this is an
individual choice. And for me, I stopped wearing sunscreens many
many years ago, and I've never regretted it, and I've
(19:59):
only benefited from it, I believe, And I think that's
one of the reasons I'm like never sick and I
always am really healthy. And I look at my family
and I have a lot of Irish in me, so
a lot of redheads, a lot of light skin, and
you know, I am one of the only I am
the only one of five siblings that has not had
(20:22):
skin cancer or cancer or a heart attack or any
of those things. And so I think, you know, doing
things holistically and naturally has contributed to that for me,
and so I really believe in that. And so some
of the other questions that I've had recently was definitely
(20:44):
about oral care. And I know, y'all listen to my
friend Adel last week talking about how she had had
all her amalgam fillings and things like that removed while
she was in Brazil going to the dentist there. And
I actually went and met her dentist, and I had
(21:05):
a little chip in a tooth that I needed repairing,
and I let her do it and it was fantastic.
I was so happy with it. And it cost literally
a fraction of what it cost to get it fixed
here in the United States. So I was really thrilled.
And it's a family of dentists that she goes to,
(21:26):
and the two sisters speak English really fluently, and they
were just lovely, and so anyway, it was really good experience.
And but one of the things that I really have
been asked a lot is about people who have dark
circles under their eyes. You know, why can't they get
them to go away, or you know, maybe they their
(21:49):
gums bleed, or or they have problems with things like that. Well,
some of some of what all all the health problems
that might have I've learned over the years can be
directed back to your mouth, because your mouth is the
most absorbable part of your body, and so it's where
(22:12):
you absorb so many different toxins but also good things.
And so what you want to do when you are
taking care of your dental health is you want to
make sure you're using non toxic ingredients, and you want
to use things that actually contribute to your teeth being
healthier and the bones being healthier and the gums being
(22:35):
healthier instead of the opposite. And what I've found over
the years, especially about modern mainstream types of toothpaste and
mouth wash and things like that that they sell at
the normal grocery stores here in the United States, as
so many of those, in my opinion, are highly toxic
(22:56):
and really harmful to your health and actually destroy or
are your gentle health. And next time you're at the
grocery store, look at the toothpaste diyal and pick up
a box.

At toothpaste, you can.

Pick up Crest or you know, I can't remember some
of the other different brands they have because I haven't
used them in so long, But if you pick those
up and look on the box. It will tell you
that if you ingest any of that, to call the
poison control immediately. Think about that. This is toothpaste you
(23:32):
put in your mouth, the most absorbable part of your body,
and they're actually telling you on the box that it
is poison. It's literally poison. But if you take out
the tube. I don't know why they're not forced to
put it on the tube itself. As many people don't
read the box. They assume whatever is on the box
(23:54):
is in the on the tube, but it's not. And
so if you look at your teothpaste, it probably has
toxic ingredients in it.

You don't want to use.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
I don't want to use toxic poison in my mouth.
So you want to make sure that you are using
a non toxic toothpaste, one without fluoride, which the FDA
has deemed a carcinogenic ingredient. Fluoride was never used as
(24:25):
a preventative effectively for any kind of dental problem. In fact,
the trial that they refer to was never really a
very good trial. It wasn't well done and there was
no follow up and they haven't done one since. And
(24:47):
when they put the fluoride in the water. They use
a totally different type of fluoride which is actually toxic waste.
We learned this when I was married to my environmental
trial lawyer has spend it's actually toxic waste from fertilizer plants,
and they would have to pay millions of dollars to
(25:08):
dispose of that in a safe way, and they don't
want to do that, and so they would rather sell
it to a city and have the city put this
toxic waste in the water and have the city pay
them like a million dollars for it, instead of having
to pay millions of dollars to actually dispose of it
(25:32):
in a healthy way by OSHA's standards. And quite literally,
when they make that transaction where the city buys it
for a million dollars, all of a sudden, this toxic
waste that is literally labeled hazardous toxic waste, the label
gets switched as soon as they purchase it. And I mean,
(25:53):
it's such a shell game because it's like toxic quid minute,
but oh no, they buy this that he buys it,
and all of a sudden, it's not toxic anymore. I mean,
it's it's just a game. Of words and labels, but
it makes no sense at all. And so then they
put this toxic waste in the water and they can't
(26:14):
tell who is getting more of it or less of it.
They can't tell the dosage, They can't tell anything. And
it is highly carcinogenic. And from my research I found
that it actually that fluorite is an accumulative poison that
accumulates in the bones, and it's particularly harmful for young
(26:36):
boys that are having gross spurts. It will accumulate in
the bones and cause osteosircoma in their late teens in
early twenties. And I get very very sad when I
think about this, because my daughter had a very close
boyfriend that I think she would have ended up marrying
(26:58):
if he had not died of ceosarcoma about a year
after high school. And so he was a very tall
young man who obviously had some very heavy duty gross
spurts in his youth, and I don't know if he
was drinking fluoride water or not, but it really makes
(27:19):
me wonder about that, and so I try very hard
to wake people up to the fact that having these
toxins in our water is not for your dental health.
In fact, I've learned in the last year that the
floride actually eats holes in your teeth. It actually, you know,
(27:41):
will destroy the teeth. And so, you know, one of
the things I've been learning over the last few years
is that many of the things that the medical doctors
direct you to do actually cause more problems for you
so that they can treat you for more things. And
so I have gotten to where I really analyze a
(28:04):
lot of these things very carefully, and it's very important
to me to not be hoodwinked.

I don't want to be.
Speaker 2 (28:12):
Fooled by a system that gives you one thing and
pretends they're not causing another problem with it, even though
they are. And so you know, let's just stay really
focused and aware of what we're actually doing. But one
of the things that I've learned over the years is
(28:34):
that food grade hydrogen peroxide is incredibly helpful for your mouth.
And one of the things I do is I order
it through the mail. It's very difficult to find it
in a store. Sometimes you can find like three percent
food grade hydrogen peroxide, and food grade means it doesn't
(28:57):
have a bunch of cheap chemical additives. In it, that
it's very, very pure, and food grade hydrogen peroxide actually
turns into oxygen in your body and no pathogen can
exist in that environment. And so what I do, and
I've learned this from doctor Thomas Levy, the wonderful world
(29:21):
renowned cardiologist who is also a lawyer and has written
all kinds of holistic health books and he's been on
the show a couple of times sharing his brilliant information.
But when he started his practice, he worked for a
holistic dentist that taught him how fabulous that food grade
(29:42):
hydrogen peroxide is. And so I put a few drops
of my thirty five percent food grade hydrogen peroxide in
my water when I brush my teeth, and I always
rinse my teeth out with this, you know, water that
has few drops of the thirty five percent food grade
(30:02):
hydrogen peroxide, and that gets rid of any kind of
perodontal disease or any kind of pathogen that might be
in my mouth. And doctor Leevy really believes that any
kind of health challenge that you may be having anywhere
in your body actually starts in the mouth. And that's
why your dental care is so important. And I would
(30:25):
recommend using like a sonic care toothbrush and also maybe
one of the water picks that really can get naturally,
non toxically destroy any kind of pathogen or a plaque
or a problem like that. And those are so easy
(30:46):
and such a great investment. In fact, I gave some
to my grandchildren last year and they just they just
love them. And you know, it's such an easy thing
to do, and it, you know, puts out that great
frequency at you know, gets rid of harmful things, harmful
bacteria types of things like that. So you know, focus
(31:09):
on really upping your oral care. And as I look
at people who have these big dark circles under their eyes,
that's actually toxic build up in your body. And there's
a way you can get rid of that naturally. And
I've been doing it for years and so is my daughter.
(31:30):
And you can use a couple of different oils for this,
but there is a progrium that I do called oil pulling,
and it's an old aravetic remedy for oral care and
for removing toxins from your body. And so I really
believe we're exposed to so many toxins every day in
(31:53):
our lives. In fact, doctor artists recently said that we're
exposed to like five thousand a day. And of course,
when I was flying to and from Brazil, I'm in airports,
they're using all this toxic cleaner. There's spring toxins in
the airplane, and so you want to detoxify from those.
(32:15):
One of the ways I do it is oil pulling,
and you can use coconut oil. I use pure organic
coal press coconut oil, or I use organic castor oil,
and castor oil actually works deeper and quicker than coconut oil.
But they're both very very effective and very good. And
(32:37):
so what you do is and this is actually pretty
easy if you can just put it in your daily
regiment and try to remember to do it and try
to be consistent. My daughter was doing it sporadically and
didn't really notice the difference, but then one day she
decided to stick with it and stuck with it for
a whole month and just told me that the the
(33:00):
changes that happened were just miraculous. And so we have
been very dedicated to trying to be consistent in this
as much as possible. But when I wake up in
the morning, before I do anything else, I'll put like
half a tea spoon of either castor oil or.
Speaker 3 (33:21):
Coconut oil in my mouth.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
And when I say coconut oil, I always want to
put out the note that I would avoid fractionated coconut oil.
You never want to get any kind of oil that's
been molecularly changed, because I believe that those are trans
fats and they're very unhealthy for us. So avoid trans
fats and get coal pressed coconut oil. And we're having
(33:48):
questions here about castor oil, and yes, where do you
get castor oil? And can a person and just castor
oil safely? Actually, yes you can. And it's funny. I
was watching an old movie the other day and this
mother was saying, oh my goodness, I need to get
(34:11):
more castor oil for their children. And I realized that
we used to take it as kids. But castor oil
is so super unique. It will pull toxins from your body.
And you can do pastor oil packs on things like
if you have your feet or swollen and hurting, you
can make castor oil packs on that and it will
(34:34):
help pull the toxins out of your feet that might
be causing that pain and inflammation. But when you and
you put it in your mouth to do oil pulling,
it actually goes deeper and quicker than doing it with
coconut oil. But I put half a teaspoon of this
oil in my mouth and I swish it around and
(34:54):
I pull it through my teeth, and that is called
oil pulling. And so we natural detoxify overnight when we're sleeping,
and when we're resting and sleeping, we naturally detoxify in
a lot of those toxins go into our mouth, and
that's why our mouth tastes kind of yucky in the
morning sometimes. Is that's toxic build up from things you've
(35:17):
been exposed to. And when you do this oil pulling,
it actually binds with these toxins and helps get him
out of the body so they don't go back into
the tissue and end up like making big dark circles
under your eyes. And so castor oil, I've actually ingested
it with the there's a certain turpentine clans that that
(35:41):
would be a whole nother show. And maybe I can
get doctor Andrew Kaufman on here, because he's an expert
at that. But doctor Andrew Kaufman and doctor Tom Cowen
are big on sharing their turpentine clints, which is a
cleanse that goes back century and I can really remove
(36:02):
just about any kind of toxin or pearsite from your body.
But I've done the turpentine castor oil cleanse about three times.
Where I ingested, I don't know. I guess it was
about a fourth of a cup of castor oil with
a certain amount of turpentine that doctor Kaufman recommended and
did that. But what I do is I swish this
(36:24):
around in my mouth, I pull it through my teeth,
usually at ten or fifteen minutes, is what I do.

And frequently I go.

Outside during that time because it's early morning at sunrise,
and I water my garden and I feed the birds.
And when I come back in, it's been about ten
or fifteen minutes, and I go and I put my
few drops of hydrogen peroxide in my cup that I'm
going to add water to to wash my mouth out

with after I brush my teeth. But before I do anything,
I spit out my oil that I've had in my mouth.
I spit it out into the trash can. Because I
don't know what kind of plumbing any of y'all had,
But you know, you don't want to really add a
lot of oil to your pipes if you have old
pipes or old sinks or something. So I always pit

it in a tissue in the trash and just spit
it out there, and then I use my copper tongue scraper.
And if you've never used toick tongue scraper, you might
want to get one. It's just kind of a metal band.
You scrape it over your tongue and it will remove
all the excess toxins that it might have built or
(37:37):
built up over the night on your tongue or through
oil pulling, and you scrape it off, and then I
brush my teeth, and then in my water, I've got
a few drops of my food grade hydrogen peroxide. And
the question I have here from someone is can it
(37:58):
be any hydrogen peroxide? And I would say you can
probably use the one you get at the pharmacy, even
though it has additives in it and it's not nearly
as clean or good or or effective. But I suppose
you could. I would get food grade hydrogen peroxide and
I order it through the mail, and so it's more
(38:23):
powerful and I think it's cleaner. There's a really good
article on food grade hydrogen peroxide by doctor Ed Group
who was on my show a few weeks ago, and
you can find that on Global Healing. He doesn't sell
the food grade hydrogen proxide, but he has a really
good article on that if you want to search for that,

And so then I brush my teeth with my non fluoridated,
mineral rich toothpaste that I get from Primal Organics. I
order a special toothpaste from Primal Organics that has certain
things in the tooth powder. It's more of a tooth

powder than a paste, but it helps build up the
minerals in my teeth instead of destroying them, and it
also feeds your teeth mead minerals. So you need to
have a mineral rich toothpaste. And a lot of these
toothpastes have like oils in them that will actually coat
(39:37):
your tooth and prevent your tooth from absorbing the minerals
that it needs in order to be.

Strong and healthy.

And so like glicerin, glcerin is one of those common
additives and toothpaste that prevent your teeth from taking in
the positive minerals that are necessary for teeth be strong
and healthy. And then I rense my rints my teeth
with my mouth after I brush my teeth with the

water that I've combined with food grade hydrogen peroxide, and
I just rinse my mouth out and spit it out.
And I rense my mouth out and I spit it out,
and then I have a mixture of food grade essential
oils like clove and peppermint and tea tree and different
ones that are really really strong for killing any kind
(40:30):
of any kind of pathogen or pearasite or anything like that.
And then I put that essential oil mixture that I
made in my mouth and I rinse it around and
let that get on my on my gums. But it
makes my gums really healthy and my mouth is really
(40:53):
healthy in that way, and that, you know, is really
just a good basic for overall health and well being
for everything.

I'm having another question here about turpentine. Is turpentine pain remover?
I think you mean paint remover. I actually have an
art degree and yees, so until I started learning about turpentine, yes,
I actually did use it. In my art classes as
(41:26):
paint remover and that interesting. But it is actually one
of the oldest remedies that there is that's natural. It's
made from birch tree bark. You do not want to
use any kind just any old turpentine. The people that
teach how to use it as a remedy, they have
(41:46):
a very specific type that they recommend getting and it's
one that's very very pure and very very clean and
doesn't have a lot of additives or anything added to it.
But it was a remedy that I used the seventeen
and eighteen hundreds, and it was used. It was one
of the only remedies or only medicines that the slave
(42:10):
the slaves were able to allowed to have or make.
And frequently the owners of those slaves, if they couldn't
get well using their own things, they would go and
they would use the slaves the remedies. And this was
what it was. It was turpentine and it will it's
(42:34):
so strong, and they usually say to take it with sugar,
and I cannot do sugar because I used to be
a sugar addict and it just makes me so sick
that I can't ingest sugar like that so I use
the castor oil because that's the other alternative way to
do it, is you combine those and you only do
(42:56):
a very certain amount. It's a tiny, tiny amount in comparison,
and it will pretty much what doctor Kaufman says is
it will actually remove all the sludge from your blood.
And it's just a fascinating thing. But you know, if
you look into that, you'll find that it is. It

was actually listed in the Medical Mirk Manual, and I
want to say it was a remedy for like twenty
eight ailments, which as we have learned over the last
year or two that many of these ailments are actually parasites,
and this actually can wipe out those pearasites or any
(43:40):
kind of sledge or stuff that has built up in
your body and is making your blood not flow freely
or be clean.

So, you know, I'm all.

About detoxing, detoxing, detoxing because I just feel like that
is the best way to make our bodies be able
to work proper as if you know, if they are
given really high nutritional food, really good mineral rich structured water,
and also, uh, you know, detoxing for any kind of

chemicals that we're being exposed to on a daily basis
and then our body can function properly. And so I
have another question here about the turpentine. Can turpentine damage
the lines and respiratory system? So if you're interested in this,

There was a doctor in Cali, Forna who was actually
a descendant from slaves, and she came across it, and
I believe she's written books on it and she does
a lot of information about this, but I believe she
had to move out of the country because the American
Medical Association really frowns on people getting well not using

pharmaceutical drugs. So you know, they really are hard on
doctors that try to do holistic natural healing. And as
far as I know, the turpentine, if you do it
in the proper way, it should not harm the body.
It should just be sludge and get rid of a
(45:42):
lot of toxins. It's really a birch tree I believe
it's a birch tree extract, so you know, it's kind
of like a turban different types of sugar, like xilotol
is a sugar they used pretty much around the world.
I raised my kids on it, and it's had birch
tree bark sugar that is actually locallycemic. It can get
(46:06):
rid of like children's inner ear infection and also get
rid of stripped throat. But it's highly toxic to animals,
so you have to be very careful when you're using
it because you don't want your dog to eat you know,
a muffin that fell on the floor that might have
a xylotol in it or something. But just a few
things to be aware of that animal systems are a
(46:29):
little bit different from mars, and they can't always eat
everything that we eat, but you know a lot of
times they can eat pretty much most of what we eat.
And so the food grade hydrogen peroxide, I get it
from a company in Dallas. I think it's called into
the Garden of Eden or something, but that's where I
(46:50):
get my food grade hydrogen peroxide, and I use it
for cleaning. I use it for anything that itches. One
of the things I take my friend in a dell
in Brazil a thing of food, great hydrogen peroxide in
a little dropper bottle.

And she had a.

Few bites from different insects in the rainforests that were
just itching and driving her crazy. And she put this
on full strength on those itchy places right before she
got in the shower. And she was just so happily
amazed that after the shower it can burn a little

bit when it's getting rid of whatever talksin is in
the body that's causing the itching. But it did not
itch anymore after she had used that, and she was
so thrilled to have that. But I use it for
all kinds of things. And I always keep about half
a gallon in my refrigerator at all times because I
just use it for cleaning fruits and vegetables, or cleaning

my house, or you know, use it on my body,
or if I get bitten by my fire ants or something,
I put the hydrogen peroxide on it. It takes out
the pathogen or the poison, and I wash it up
and then it doesn't itch.
