Speaker 2 (00:36):
Welcome beautiful people to organic healthy Lifestyle. And I'm Nancy Atison,
your host, and I love to start off my show
with a prayer, and today I'm going to start off
with the Lord's Prayer translated from Arama directly to English
rather than Arama to Greek to Latin. Do English. Because

(00:56):
all these translations vary in the world, words change dramatically.
This has become one of my favorite ways of saying
the Lord's Prayer. Oh, Cosmic Birther of all radiance and vibration,
soften the ground of our being and carve out a
space within us where your presence can abide. Fill us

(01:16):
with your creativity so that we may be empowered to
bear the fruit of your mission. Let each of our
actions bear fruit in accordance with our desire. Endow us
with the wisdom to produce and share what each being
needs to grow and flourish. Untie the Tangled threads of
destiny that bind us as we release others from the

(01:37):
entanglement of past mistakes. Do not let us be seduced
by that which would divert us from our true purpose,
but illuminate the opportunities of the present moment. For you
are the ground and the fruitful vision, the birth, the power,
and the fulfillment as all is gathered and made whole
once again. And I ask this in the highest good

(01:59):
of all concern for everyone listening now and for everyone
listening in the future. And thank you. And so it
is well. I am just thrilled today to be joined
by Jeff Palmer, a friend of mine and a fellow
plant based eater, and he is now turning sixty two.

(02:23):
He has been a vegan for over forty years, but
one of the most amazing things about him is he's
started a vegan sports nutrition supplement company that has some
of the best proteins and Omega threes and various supplement

(02:43):
superfood powders for men and especially for vegan men who
are bodybuilders. Some of Jeff's accomplishments over the years is
he was the first place bodybuilder master over all in Orlando.
He was I mean he's going on and on in

(03:05):
many things. He was first place Physique Masters in the
fifty plus category in Austin in twenty fifteen, and in
Plant Based News he is regarded as one of the
top one hundred most influential vegans. And I welcome you

(03:26):
to the show today, Jeff.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Oh, thank you for having me so great to connect
with you again for a little while.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Thanks. Yeah, it has been a little while since we
met and went to lunch that day. But you know,
you have won so many awards. I probably could have
spent the entire show reading all of your awards you've
won in your weightlifting and bodybuilding and things like that.
And I know that this is such an important topic

(03:57):
today because men are really being challenged in so many ways,
even by the food we're eating, because so much of it,
you know, has like synthetic estrogen in it and things
like that that really deplete men's t has tossed throne.
And so I was super excited about you coming on

(04:18):
today and sharing some of your wealth of knowledge with
us on you know, what are some of the best
plant based foods that really strengthen men and young boys
and help y'all to be as healthy and strong as
you want to be.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
Yeah, great question, and I think I think it's not
just men, but definitely a big concern that have to
be more protein and h use resistance training or weight
training a bit more than women.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
But I think everybody finds health, fut and fitness levels
to be important for overall health. And so I've just
been calling the research ever since I was given a
second opportunity at life. I wanted to pay that forward.

(05:15):
I wanted to help people reach their highest potential in
health and nutrition.

Speaker 5 (05:21):
So that you can not only live longer, live healthier longer.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
Yeah. Really, and that's the key. It's like, you want
a quality of life where you feel great. And I
know your life has been kind of in the beginning
in your childhood, you had some EPs and down some challenges,
and were there some specific things that you can share
with our audience that might help them over a few

(05:48):
of their homes and bumps that they might be experiencing
these days.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Yeah. Unfortunately, I lost my mother, my father, and both
brothers an early age age, and those losses took a heavy,
heavy toll on me because I was blessed with a
high Q family. My mother was a psychologist. My father
was an English professor, so I was blessed with an

(06:15):
amazing mind. But I just all my family and I'd
give up everything to happen. They all passed before they
reached the age of sixty. So I said, my god,
you know, how can I can I help others not
have to go through maybe the pain and the losses
that I went through. So I started looking through the research.

(06:37):
I was a science geek, a biopsych major in college,
and I started just calming the studies to say, there's
got to be some answers here that were missing. And
there were, but they weren't getting out to the public.
They were staying within academia, within the scientific communities, within
the medical communities, and this research was never being turned
into products, never being shared with the public. And I'm like,

(07:00):
wait a minute, these amazing plants and different nutrients could
really make a profound impact on people's lives, but they're
just not reaching the public because one companies out there
didn't feel like they could profit from it because they'd
have to educate the market. I spend a lot of
money on marketing, and I said, well, that's not important

(07:21):
to me. I'll do that because I care about more
about the people their life and know what it's like
to suffer the losses of ill health in my family.
I don't wish that for anyone else. So I dedicated
the rest of my life from my early twenties to
finding the best that nature has offer and nutrition and

(07:45):
bring it to market where other companies solely based on
profit would never do. So I said, okay, well, this
is what I can contribute, what I can give back
to people. So I've found some extraordinary ingredients, and we've
won thirteen national awards and even international awards for the products.

(08:08):
So we including the top Supplement award in the United
States the next award, and we've won it twice.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
Listen the lenten that was yes.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
For the duckweed product called lenteen. The first super nutrient
plant that actually pulled B twelve producing back to your
right up into its root system, so that when you
ate the whole plant, you actually got bioavailable vimin B
twelve from plants sufficient enough to support human life. That

(08:43):
had never been done before. No one even believed you
could get B twelve from plants before, and we blew that.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Well. I've always been so impressed with the fact that
you couldn't find somebody to make it for you or
grow it for you. So you literally started to get
yourself and I just thought that was wonderful and it
took a lot of you know, real digging in and

(09:11):
entrepreneurial leadership. Right now, we're getting some questions and from
our listeners, and there's someone in the studio who's asking
if they're a meat eater and they still benefit from
having some of the taking some of the supplements or
products from that you sell.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
Yeah, and there's a great study that actually indicates this.
So there is a protein called alpha sanuclin that is
only found in meat and from vertebrate It's like Coyle's pigs, chickens, fish,
basically all the animals that we eat, they produce a

(09:52):
protein called alpha sanukelean. Unfortunately, when we digest that protein,
it can cause Parkinson's disease. Okay, so that's the scary news.
We now know that especially collagen and bone broth products,
they're really high in this ALPHASA and nukland and we

(10:13):
know it can cause Parkinson's disease of people. So yes,
it's better to eat less meat or no meat. But
here's the good news. They found that when we eat
plant foods really high in polyphenols, they can bind to
this alpha to neuklin and protect it from going into

(10:35):
our bloodstream, which would then bind to our spinal cord
and our brain and cause the Parkinson's like symptom. So yes,
these products which can be high in polyphenols. The duck weed,
which we're apple stocks. So it's not available on me

(10:56):
on our website anymore because the grower in the United
States went out of business, but we're working with another
grower to try to bring it back as soon as possible,
hopefully by the end of the year. But it is
so intensely rich in polyphenols it may actually knock out much,
if not all, of the negative effects of eating meat.

(11:17):
So yes, you can eat meat, and especially if you
eat meat, you could even get benefits from this that
may protect you from potential disease dates like horrible disease
state like Parkinsons.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
Oh my goodness, Well that is such great information to know. Well,
I'm riotting for you to have that grower providing that
again because that is so important. But you do have
other faptastic products on your website that are like omega
threes and things that are packed with electrolytes and things

(11:54):
that really like increase your muscal help increase your messile strength.
Your vitamin D three is really quite quite amazing, which
I know there are a lot of people that are
low in D all the time. But we have another
question here, and will these products help women as well

(12:15):
as men?

Speaker 3 (12:17):
Yes, So let me talk about two products that have
really kind of cool unique things. Because most people when
they see our products sell Block eighty, which is for
hormone support, think okay, boosting testosterone that's only for GUIDs. Actually,
about forty percent of all of our sales of cell
Block eighty go to women or people are like, what,

(12:38):
women want a test booster. Well, here's the thing. Most
women are afraid of boosting testosterone because they think it's
going to masculine. I can get them, But testosterone itself
doesn't do the masculinization. When testosterone converts to another tabolt
called hydro testosterone, that is what they call masculine, that's

(13:00):
what does that. Well, cell Block eighty blocks that conversion
from testosterone to DHD by so what you're doing is
getting all the health benefits that are the bido, better, sleep,
better muscle, lower body fat, all the health benefits that
both men and women want without the negative side effects

(13:23):
of the DHD. DHD is masculinizing. Women don't want that.
This blocks it by ninety Guys don't want DHD because
it can cause prostate issues. It can cause balding. We
don't want that either. So this product is designed cell
block eighty because it blocks eighty percent of the conversion

(13:44):
of both testosterone to estrogen and DHD. Now, some women
will say, hey, wait a minute, but don't I need
that estrogen. Yes, you do. So women produce es gen
dominantly from their ovaries or from their fat sense that
cells produce estrogen. So the more fact you have, the
more estrogen you're actually producing. Okay, so if you inhibit

(14:07):
the conversion into stosterrone, you are preventing xs estrogen being created.
This may lower your risk for estrogen dependent situations that
you would not won't say the C word on here
because I know we're going to keep it clean. But
this made me really excited because this was the first ingredient.

(14:32):
It's our trademark ingredient to be able to block both
estrogen and DHT by over eighty percent in a single
natural whole orbled ingredient. Incredible kind the stuff that I'm
looking for, even our our pre workout. So our pre
workout is shown published human study to increase test offerre

(14:54):
in by thirteen percent. That's a very modest increase, which
is great because you don't want too much testops from production,
otherwise you can get negative side effects. So this will
give you more energy, more strength, more muscle gains sooner
and faster. But they said, well, wait a minute, what
about women? Can women use this? So they tested it
on women. Zero difference in testopster or hormones.

Speaker 6 (15:18):
So it works gender specific, which is really cool because
they showed that actually and women burn more fat and
gained more strength than the men did even though their
testosterone was being boosted slightly. So no risk for hormones
except if you're mailed then you're actually getting the testoster

(15:39):
you want. And it works gender specific, so it works
differently in women than it doesn't men, but both producing
positive outcomes.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
These are these incredible kinds of nutrients and herbs that
are backed by published humans studies to show that they're
proven safe, show that they're proven effective. Yet effective for
both men and women, because I think women are so
underappreciated in the fitness area. Everything is geared towards men.

(16:11):
More protein for men, more testatron for men. It's all
about men. I'm like, wait, a half the population is women.
They want to gain strength, they want to look good,
they want to be lean and healthy and strong too.
It's just like that is do It's not fair. So
I wanted this product line to be specific for benefits
for both men and women, safe for both men and women,

(16:33):
and proven efficacious for both men.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
That is so great, sentime I learned. I don't know.
I guess about twenty twenty five years ago. I was
going through a really fun divorce and making a joke there,
but I got really depressed, and I thought, you know,
it's just because of what I was going through. But
one of the things I've found out is, you know

(16:57):
a lot of these herbicides and weed killers and things
that end up in our food because it's in the
rain water now. But a lot of these are heavy
synthetic estrogen and they throw your hormones off badly. And
then the round up bretty chemical glyphisa blocks as she

(17:19):
can make pathway, which you're complex, certain complex amino acids
that we need, and I found out that my hormones
were all kind of messed up.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
You know.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
It could be partly because I was going through a
really stressful time, but I found out and I hadn't
realized this before, but if you're low in testosterone, and
it didn't matter if you're a man or a woman,
but it can cause severe depression. And you know, all
our hormones are important. Even the progesterone is important. If

(17:54):
you're really low in it, it can cause, you know,
really bad insomnia. So all of these complex amino acids
work together kind of like a symphony, and it's important
to have them all balanced, don't you think, Jeff.

Speaker 3 (18:09):
One hundred percent, And I focused this on all five
of the major hormones. So you have testosterone, obviously, you
have estrogen, you have DHT, you have cortisol, and oh
sex hormone binding globulin to all five of those play
a role and having a balanced approach to them. So

(18:32):
we have ingredients in cell block AD that address sex
normal binding globulin, that address the DHT and estrogen that
address the testosterone and finally reduce the cortisol. So you
get a balanced, healthy approach to this, not just taking
one hormone and sending it skyrocketing, which will throw all
the rest of the hormones up. It's not the best approach.

(18:54):
Balance is the healthiest, safest, and best approach and will
still get you the best results too in the gym.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
That is that is so important to know. And we
did have a question from the audience and they were asking,
are the bottles listed for just men or just women?
Or are they labeled for men and women? And Jeff,
you want to take that.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
Yeah, all of our products are geared for to be
used safely by both men and women. The only caveat
is men under eighteen years of old age should not
use so like eighty because prior to reaching maturity, men

(19:42):
need to produce more DHT because that does give us
the masculine effects. Once we reach adulthood, after eighteen, we
don't need any more DHD and it should start to
trail off. But prior to eighteen you do that, you
do need the DHT for men under eighteen. So all

(20:03):
of our products are designed for anyone over eighteen, both
male and female. They're all designed to be used safely.
Effectively by both men.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
I think that is such an important information. And you know,
and I'm a woman and I'm seventy and so I've
been just starting a new weight training class and I
have to admit I am needing to build back up
that strength. I fell down about five or six years

(20:34):
ago and broke my arm, and I just let myself
kind of get out of shape. So I am bolstering
my strength backup. And so, Jeff, for someone who let's
say is older, who you know, maybe you know around
fifty sixty seventy, do you have some tips for older

(20:55):
people on you know, what might be the best program
for them, or are there specific foods or you know,
any of that type of information you can share with us.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Great question, because I am more excited. I've been working
in natural products with various companies for over thirty five years.
I have never seen anything as amazing as the product
we're about to launch in a couple of months. We
are about to launch the very first whole food protein

(21:33):
powder made from one hundred percent my celium. Okay, so
what is my celium For those and you don't know
what my celium is. My Celium is the root like
structure that grows in the ground. That makes up about
ninety five percent of what's below the mushroom. So mushroom
is what we normally consider a fun guy. But that's

(21:55):
only about five percent of the organism it's it's called
a fruiting body. A mushroom is called a fruiting body
because if you look at an apple tree, the apple
is the part you eat. If you look at my celium,
the mushroom is the part you eat the fruit. Right,
But think about my celium. The whole my celium is

(22:16):
edible by humans. Not only is it edible, it is
a perfect amino acid profile. It's a complete protein. It's
higher in essential amino acids and branch chain amino acids,
those that help you build muscle the most, more than
whole milk, more than whole egg, more than even chicken bread. Yes,

(22:37):
in a protein powder in its whole food steak. Now,
it stirs into water just like a regular protein. Powder
has no taste whatsoever, and can be mixed with oatmeal.

Speaker 7 (22:51):
Or smoothies or baked and cookies and pancakes or whatever.

Speaker 3 (22:56):
But that's not even the coolest part about it. This
might see helium produces a polygamine which is an amino
acid company that is called spermidine. That's a funny name
because it was first identified in human sperm, but is
also in human mother's mill too. It's also in our

(23:17):
scalp that lines, it's in high concentrations around our hair.
Folly to what is spermidine. Spermidine is being called the
most anti agent aging nutrient known to me. They tested
one hundred and forty six of the top anti aging
nutrients and spermidine blew them all away. Resbera, trilasties, anth

(23:41):
and nmn nads, all of these anti aging nutrients and
spermidine just blew them away. They had to extend the
graph just to put spermidine on it. It was so
anti aging. So why is spermidine so anti aging? There
are two processes this main biological processes are playing. We

(24:02):
got to make proteins to make all the structures including muscle,
but hair, fingernails, teeth, bones are all metaprotein. Okay, so
we've got to make proteins. That's called inventor. That's the
pathway that makes all the proteins. But then proteins get
worn down. They get broken, they get damaged, they can

(24:23):
turn cancerous. We've got to break down those cells. Those
bat set call them Senessese cells, or some people call
them zombie cell And the reason they're called zombie cells
is these bad cells, these broken cells, if they're not
broken down, they start releasing chemicals that start damaging and
killing all the cells around them. Just like a zombie

(24:45):
going around heating everybody. It's exactly what happens with our
cells in our body. If we don't break down those
cells and get them out, we start accelerating the aging. Now,
for the longest time, we thought the only way to
significantly increase autopogy this breaking down auto meaning self and

(25:06):
fiji meaning eat, So literally the body has a mechanism
for eating those self bad selves. So it's called atopogy.
And our body was thought to only increase atopogy when
we sleep, when we calorie, do restriction, or when we
found all right, when we looked at the research, we

(25:27):
found when you fast your sleep atopogy happens based on spermitine.
So they said, if that's true, what if we Unfortunately,
they did this study in mice where they it's called knock.
They made the mice not be able to produce an
e spermidine, and then they fasted them. I had no

(25:47):
health benefits whatsoever. So it wasn't the fasting that was
causing the health benefits. It was the fact thing up
regulating the spermidine. This hermidine itself was generating the health benefits.
Increased a topic.

Speaker 5 (26:01):
So I'm like, my god, this means you can just
consume the supermodine and get the health benefits of fasting
or calorie restriction without changing your diet at all.

Speaker 3 (26:13):
God do this is incredible. So they tested it and
sure enough, it was dependent on the levels of the supermodine.
Now there's the number one anti aging drug market. It
actually suppresses mTOR. So they actually tested that and said, well,
if that suppresses emptor, it's a drug called wrap amyasin

(26:37):
if any of you've heard of it. But it induces
apophagy by suppressing emptour. Now that's one way to do it.
Just force your body to stop emptour or stop producing
new proteins. But then they looked at this study in
twenty twenty four and they said, wait a minute. In
dodging the spermidine is essential for rapmiacent to even work.

(27:00):
So being don't sufficient spermating levels in your body, even
the drut wasn't even effective as it could be. So
I'm like, oh my god. So I looked at all
the sources of spermadine and fermented foods obviously like tempe
or sour craft or things like this. We're hiring it

(27:21):
because why because my celium are doing the fermentation, that
leasing behind the spermoding.

Speaker 7 (27:26):
Thought, okay, well, that's one of the health benefits of
fermented foods is you're getting actually more spermadine. When I
looked at the amount of spermoting, we're about eight to
nine milligrams.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
And the richest food sources mushrooms. Who's up there, obviously
because that's my ceiling. That's fun. Guy. When I looked
at this, my ceiling, that we are bringing into market
seven times more spermidine than any other food source known.

Speaker 8 (27:54):
Look, oh my god, one of the best sources of protein.
This protein grows so fast. This my celium grows so
fast it can produce an entire cost worth of protein
in twenty four hours.

Speaker 3 (28:11):
This makes it the greenest, most efficient, most cost effective,
most ecological source of protein on the planet. It has
a one point zero pencast, as digestible as any other
protein source on the planet, more so than most plant proteins.
I'm more anabolic than plant proteins, better a pino acid profile,

(28:35):
more digestible, biovailable. The one point zero pdcasts. That's a
protein digestibility and it's the richest source of the most
anti aging nutrient demand. This is exciting. So I negotiated
with the company the grower of this my celium an exclusive,

(28:57):
So we will be the first and only com me
in the world with this my celium, and we'll produce
it in the protein powder that you can use in
food and smoothies, even mix it with plant based milk
and boost up your protein levels. I'll give you all
that extra stuff.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
Amazing, so amazing. I wanted to ask you. So it
doesn't matter like if you cook it or because I
know you and I kind of bonded over raw food
and fresh live inzomes and things like that, and so
it's just a question. You know, it doesn't destroy any

(29:37):
of the proteins in it when you cook it.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
Yes, spermidine is not affected by cooking. So let's go
jump to the questions. Again, here isn't all your products
or a specific one. So no, this will be in
our new product called myself pro short for my Cellular
Protein uh. And it'll be coming out in a couple

(30:01):
of months. So it's not up on the website yet,
but we'll let Nancy know so maybe it can come
back on the show and talk about it when when
the product is failt uh And it's not. The product
is not rolled out yet, but it's going into production
this week, so it should be done in about two months,
roughly two to three months. And then again I'll let

(30:24):
Nancy know and she can share the information. And then
I see one more question about carriagene. So carrogeneen is
naturally acquoring in seaweed. Carroageneen is used for the making
of soft gells. So when you consume a typical plant
based soft gall they use caragene and most often so

(30:49):
there was one research by a doctor to Bachman. Uh.
She actually took carriagene and added chemicals to the carriage
and then to break it down into polygenon. Now, she
found that polygenon actually could be cancer causing. Okay, so
when that got published, everybody thought, oh, genine causes cancer. No,

(31:14):
there has never been any research that shows cherageneine caused cancer.
What caused it was polygenon. And the only way to
even get peragenin to turn into polygenin is by chemically degrading.

Speaker 6 (31:27):
It in a laboratory.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
Genin does not break down in the human digestion pract
so it's impossible to form polygenon. But the damage was
already done. It already circulated everybody. And that's the problem
with the Internet. Yes, it's the speed of information to
getting around the people, but when the bad information, when
somebody misinterprets a study, bad information can get out there

(31:50):
and scare a lot of people unnecessary. So both the
arc the people that make the to make when a
product is considered category one or type one or group
one carcinogen, it's it's done so by the AI r C.

(32:11):
They said karagenein is non toxic in any dose in
humans or animals, and we've been consuming it. I never
have seen that, and they're completely safe. And to copperalls
come from I believe vitamin e. It's a mixed fightaminy
to coffro. So vitamin e can be used as a preservative.

(32:35):
So when you breats oils, you want to make sure
it is immediately mixed with antioxidants because oils, when separated
from their natural state, can oxidize. So if we use
natural healthy antioxidants to prevent the Ahi flower oil from oxidizing.

(33:00):
Fish oil is notorious for its oxidation levels, whereas plant
based oils, specifically olive oil actually comes packaged nicely with
its all antioxidant HT, so that actually prevents the oxidation.
And why olive oil is generally considered one of the

(33:21):
better oils to use because of the hydroxy tie result
that stays in the oil whether you press it or not.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
Thank you so much. I mean, you're just a wealth
of information. And I know that our listeners are wondering
quite a few things. And so Tom is asking what
do natural to cofferols come from and what are they?

Speaker 3 (33:46):
Yeah, so you can find natural cofferolls and a lot
of knots like almonds are really rich into cofferolls and
they are basically forms of vitamin E.

Speaker 2 (33:57):
Oh, and that is so important. And then Tim has
a question and he's asking would the products be good
for people who don't work out?

Speaker 3 (34:07):
Yes, So everything in our product line is designed for
both health and fitness. So even if you're not doing
vigorous exercise, even if you're just walking or just playing
basketball or whatever, even if you're not doing any of
these are all designed to help you with overall health.

(34:31):
I believe everyone should exercise because exercise is shown to
reduce dementia. I have reduce your risk for type two
diabetes dramatically. They've even shown that people on type two
diabetes the diet from the Diabetes Association when they got

(34:52):
them to exercise, people who were still requiring insulin could
get off the insulin in certain cases just by doing
resistance training. It's good for bone health, especially for women.
Bone density is based on the amount of weight that
your body care is. As we age, we tend to
lose weight and be lighter.

Speaker 9 (35:13):
That means there's less weight on our bones, which means
our bones can become more For us, resistance training will
strengthen and densify the bones to make sure you don't
do like Nancy did and break your arm when you
just fall down.

Speaker 2 (35:27):
Yeah. Well, and also it measu your lymphatic system. I mean,
if you don't have to like doing you know, running
running long distances are working out super hard. I mean,
you could be dancing, you can be doing gardening work.
I mean, I really believe all of those count as exercise.

(35:48):
What do you think, Jeff?

Speaker 3 (35:50):
Totally? Totally. I mean, the two biggest controllers for aging
and healthpad are diet and exercise. There's no two an
it obviously, sleeping, fresh air, fresh water, keeping toxins out
of our body, don't smoke or drink all those are
important too, but those are the two biggest. And that's

(36:10):
why I focused on clean Machine being to encourage people
to be as healthy as you possibly can, but also
to help you get better results in the gym. And
I was at twenty four Hour Fitness. We did a
study and said why do you stop going to the gym? Recidipism?
You know, why do people stop going to the gym?
Number one answer was I'm not getting results faster. I said, well,

(36:33):
that's a shame because people are giving out before they're
getting the real results, all the health benefits that they
can get. I said, so let me focus on giving
them products that will help them get results from their exercise.
Whatever exercise you do could be yoga, could be like
a basketball, can be swimming, doesn't matter biking, jogging, walking,

(36:54):
Even if you use products that help your body do
those more effectively, you're going to see health benefits and
hopefully you'll stay excited and you'll be happy about those
benefits and want to keep going. That's fine.

Speaker 2 (37:07):
Well, I think that it's really great advice, and I
always encourage people to do something that you like doing.
And if you don't know what a lymphatic system is,
it's actually bigger than our blood system, and it is
what moves the waste out of your body. And if
it gets clogged up, that's when you get inflammation and

(37:29):
it can turn into all kinds of health problems. So
you know, even if you're just moving a little bit,
My chiropractor, doctor Michael Hall, would always say move it
or lose it.

Speaker 3 (37:47):
I'll get a good question from Kelly. Is spermating and
wheat German? Yes, wheat German has actually been identified as
one of the best food sources of spermating. I want
to caution people there are some shysters out there who
are selling chemically and synthetically made spermidine. This is shown

(38:08):
to be pretty much non effective in the human body
because there are cofactors and different elements in the whole
food state that aren't found in isolated spermadine. The way
you can tell an isolated spermadine product on the market
is generally going to be higher. Those more like the

(38:28):
ten milligram dose are higher, and it'll be a lot
cheaper because it's synthetically made in the lab. Please do
not fall for that. It's bad marketing, it's bad supplementation.
It's taking the science and getting people to jump off
and they're going to get it end up purchasing a
product that doesn't do anything to get it in this

(38:49):
whole food state, like in wheat germ. Now, if you
see wheat germ with a really high on it, I
mean somebody is putting wheat germ in it and then
adding synthetic bermitting to it. So the reason I was
so excited about this is because our protein is in
its whole food state. It's not isolated, it is not concentrated.

(39:11):
It does have everything, all of its fiber, all of
its natural mentals and vitamins intact in its whole food state.
So this is the very first whole food protein powder
from one hundred percent my celium. I'm excited to try
to get people to shift away from processed, highly processed

(39:31):
isolated proteins, either weigh protein or plant proteins that have
everything stripped out of them, so you just get the protein.
This is one hundred percent whole intact food. It still
stirs and mixes like a powder, just like the rest
of them. It doesn't have any flavor, so it makes
it so versatile to use in anything. Now, re Germ

(39:55):
was considered the highest most dense source of that part
is true, But to get the amount of spermidine in
one serving of our protein powder in wheat German, you
would have to take twenty three tablespoons of wheat ger
to get the same amount of pur a difference.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
Well, I will tell you I've become more and more
careful about who I buy my products from because so
many people Doctor Ed Group shared with me on my
show that so many people outsource the making of their products,
and many times they don't have a clue where those
ingredients are sourced, what quality they are, if they're contaminated

(40:44):
with any kind of heavy metal or glycisate toxin or
anything like that. And then they also have a lot
of cheap fillers in them that can literally make them
just useless. And so I've gotten to where if I'm
going to spend any on any kind of you know,
food product, you know, I want to know it's the

(41:04):
quality that I believe I'm buying. And so, you know, Jeff,
you're one of the people I know personally who I
truly trust, and so this is one of the reasons
I like your products so much. And you know, I
only buy from people who who actually know where they're

(41:25):
where their ingredients come from, and what the quality is, right.

Speaker 3 (41:31):
Yeah, and I heard you bring up like lifnescy and
heavy metals. What's really cool is this fermidine is I'm
sorry on my celium is grown in stainless steel tanks
and water, pure water, so there's no way any cross
contamination can happen. It is actually Top sixty five compliant,

(41:53):
which is the lowest regulatory for heavy metals. Anywhere like
five percent of the plant proteins don't even already even
PROP sixty five compliant, and many animal proteins aren't either,
And this is because it's one hundred percent of what
goes into that tank is regulated is only focused on that,

(42:17):
so there's no lipasate is cerified glyphisate free. Here's the
cool thing. One of the worst chemical compounds toxins that
we are being exposed to, are called p fats And
I'm sure, Nancy, you know what p fats are.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
Wherever chemicals for.

Speaker 3 (42:35):
Chemicals exactly because they take forever to get out of
your body. Some research papers it shows it can take
eight to twelve years to get a p fast chemical
out of our body. All right, So how does our
body get p faz out of our body? Well, it
takes it to our liver, which is the screening work
and to detoxify, and the liver binds it to bio

(42:57):
acids it's called biles quest stration. Then it dumps it
into our digester track so we can eliminate that. But fortunately,
these pea fast can go right back into the blood
stream and that's why they are so hard to get
rid of. But check this out. There is a unique
fiber that's in the my celium category. It's called kitis

(43:21):
M and kitan. They're interchangeable. One can convert to the other. Now,
there is no kind of sin or kitan in the
entire plant kingdom. Planks don't make it. Animals do, but
only in shellfish, their crab chilts or whatever. We don't
eat crap chis and in insects, and we don't eat
cockroaches either, so there is really no way to get

(43:43):
kinism except mushrooms and my celium. All right, now, what
does kitas en do. Titisin is like a big sponge
kitas m Once it goes into our digester tract buttons
to fat, so it lures the amount of calories that
your body is absorbing. It helps with los awesome, but
it also binds to cholesterol and triglycerides, lowering your LDL

(44:06):
cholesterol and your triglyceride Awesome for cardio master.

Speaker 8 (44:10):
What's really cool for me, I think, is that it
binds to biolacids, So all that tea fast that has.

Speaker 10 (44:18):
Stuck to bio now gets soaked up like a sponge
into the kitas n and gets removed from the body
so you can start eliminating the firs chemicals math consuming
this kitism that is a naturally occurring prebiotic fiber exclusively.

Speaker 3 (44:38):
Not implants, but exclusively in a food digestible source in
my celium.

Speaker 6 (44:45):
How cool is that?

Speaker 2 (44:46):
That is so cool and what spectacular information. I'm so excited.
I can't believe. But we've only got like three minutes
left of the show. That's gone so fast, And I
just want to tell you thank you so much for
joining me today on my show. It's just been an
honor having you join us in sharing all your brilliant

(45:07):
information with us.

Speaker 3 (45:09):

that's free. It's free to everyone who's hearing this share
this information with other people so that they have this
valuable information that can promote their own health as well.

(45:29):
The product will be out in a couple of months,
and again we'll let I'll let Nancy know as soon
as it's coming onto the market, so all your listeners
will be able to know where, when, and where they
can get it. It'll be first available on it it's
called my cell Pro.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
It'll be first available on did you say Amazon?

Speaker 3 (45:51):
Yes? Correct?

Speaker 2 (45:52):
Not on Cleanmachine online dot com?

Speaker 6 (45:55):
Well yes, of.

Speaker 3 (45:56):
Course as well. Most people shop on that thought, so
I know that's an easy one.

Speaker 2 (46:03):
Well, Jeff, tell everybody your your website and if you
have any things coming up, and then your future besides
having your marvelous new products on the market.

Speaker 3 (46:16):
Yeah, we're working on some really cool ones too, and
then we'll try to bring back thetweed as soon as
soon as we can get a supplier to supply it
with us. We were the first to bring dock weed
to market. We're going to be the first to bring
this my celium to market. So we've got a couple
of really cool things coming up to as well. Maybe
we'll come back and talk about that. Well, thank you

(46:36):
so much for having me on and sharing this information
with your listeners.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
Oh it's been my pleasure and everyone listening. His website
is clean Machine online dot com and he is just inspiration.
So we just have like one minute left. Would you
like to share a parting thought with our listeners.

Speaker 3 (46:59):
You know, I had my life saved when I was
twenty two years old. I was in such gratitude I
wanted to give back, and this is my give back
to the world. To be honest, if I didn't have
to make money, I wouldn't even bother with it. I
just go around lecturing all the time. Hopefully we'll get
to that place where I can do that. Thank you again.

Speaker 2 (47:21):
