(02:34):
i am Doctor Madeline ann lewis your, host and my
mission is to help women accelerate the path to. Success,
well today's topic is going to be very. Interesting It's
Love Lead, succeed and my guest Is Isabelle. Tremblay let
me just give you a little bit of background On.
(02:55):
Isabelle Isabelle tremblay is the president OF I, novading so
we're TALKING I. Novading she is also the author Of
Love Lead, succeed a bestseller which talks about the supernatural
approach to business and, life which blends her personal story
(03:16):
with practical tools for redefining success without sacrificing. Yourself isabelle
spent twenty four years leading marketing for some of the
biggest names in, eyewear all while juggling executive roles and
raising two. Children from the, outside she looked. Accomplished she looked.
(03:41):
Accomplished on the, inside she was burning. Out walking away
was the bravest decision she ever. Made i'd like to
bring my guests on to the, Show miss Isabel.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
Trimbly thank you so much for the importunity to have
this important discussion with, You Doctor. MEDLIN i know we
share similar missions And i'm super excited to share my.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Insights, well it's a great pleasure to have you here
to hear some of the nuggets that you're going to
share with. Us but before we get, STARTED i always
like to read the standard bio oh my, Guests but
THEN i like to ask them the question just to
we want you to tell us what you want us
to know About Isabelle.
Speaker 6 (04:31):
Triubley, Yes, well first of, All i'd like to start
with my two beautiful daughters because they are part of
my why and WHY i wrote this.
Speaker 7 (04:41):
Book but Then i'd like to share about.
Speaker 4 (04:44):
My career and HOW i went through an awakening at
the age of forty. Seven SO, i you, KNOW i
got out of university and started my career in the
corporate world and did very well and went up through
the corporate, ranks up to a level WHERE i was
ahead of marketing.
Speaker 7 (05:04):
For a very large.
Speaker 4 (05:05):
Corporation BUT i was managing two different departments at the same.
Speaker 7 (05:09):
Time you, KNOW i had over twenty people under.
Speaker 4 (05:13):
Me AND i was managing multiple budget and at the same,
TIME i had gone through a divorce AND i was
a single mom with two teenage.
Speaker 7 (05:25):
Daughters you, know often that comes with a few.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
Challenges and then on top of, that at, WORK i
had a boss or a supervisor.
Speaker 7 (05:35):
That was a. Bully so everything just added.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Up and at some POINT i reached my breaking point
and my doctor diagnosed me with a. Burnout and when that,
HAPPENED i JUST i, realized you, KNOW i was fully.
AWAKENED i, said you, know my life should not be
measured based on the number of, emails the number of
(06:02):
MEETINGS i have.
Speaker 7 (06:03):
Today it should be it should have a bigger.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
Purpose so WHEN i went on my sick, LEAVE i
then made that brave decision to not go back to that,
company and since my, HEALING i completely reinvented.
Speaker 7 (06:19):
MYSELF i started my own.
Speaker 4 (06:20):
BUSINESS i published a book In english And. FRENCH i
started a podcast for the optical, industry AND i just
launched this week coaching business to really help women step
into their power and their their.
Speaker 7 (06:38):
Purpose And i'm also doing some speaking.
Speaker 4 (06:41):
Engagements So i'm really excited about the future because my,
purpose similar to, years is now to positively impact the
lives of over a million.
Speaker 7 (06:52):
People And i'm going to do this one at a.
Time but you, KNOW i KNOW i. CAN i can achieve,
this And i'm super excited about doing it.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
ABSOLUTELY i tell you.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
What you, know like you, said being burnt out at
that age forty, seven that's that's you, know you're not
alone in. That that happens a. Lot a lot of
women experience, that AND i think it's probably because, we like,
uh you, know so many other, women we overcompensate sometimes
(07:25):
when we're especially in the. Workforce you, know sometimes you
feel like you have to do, more you, know, uh
to prove that you you can do, it or to
prove that you're capable of doing, it and that that's
sometimes the bad part about a woman a, woman especially
when she's in a leadership, role she's always got to
(07:47):
be on her p's and. Q so you're you're always doing,
this you're doing, that but you also also have to
make sure that you know that you got those things
where you know that you're going to be micromanaged or
you know you're going to be watched constantly to, See,
okay we got a woman over, This let's see what
(08:08):
she's doing and how she's doing, it you. Know so
it's a lot of things sometimes that that kind of
contribute to. That and BUT i commend you for walking
away from. IT i really, do because sometimes some women
just stay in it and until it just takes them
(08:28):
completely out and then they're not good for anything after. That,
so but tell us what lessons from your burnout do
you find resonate most with the, readers especially of your,
Book Lovely. Succeed the first one would be, to.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
You, know realize that you're an unlimited human, being but
at the same time you you are a, woman and
it's okay SOMETIMES i know all, women we all want
to be strong and as you, said achieve a lot of,
things but it's okay to listen to your intuition and
(09:09):
your in your voice and SAY i am, TIRED i am,
unlimited but NOW i am, tired And i'm gonna choose
to love me. First and that's the center message of
love leads. Succeed you can't love others if you don't
love yourself. First and you need to take the steps
(09:31):
to fully love and take care of. Yourself and through
the fifteen chapters in my, BOOK i talk about many
different steps that you can, take, including you, know focusing
on the power of your mind by doing some specific.
Speaker 8 (09:47):
EXERCISES i talk a lot too about emotional, intelligence AND
i talk about this concept of super natural, leadership and
that might st own.
Speaker 7 (10:01):
Or but it's supernatural leadership is.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
All about being real and loving yourself. First uh so
it's really leading with. Authenticity SO i wrote this book, first,
uh you, know for business. Purposes but AS i was writing,
it it just became much. BIGGER i wasn't expecting to you,
know tap into topics like you, know the power of the.
(10:25):
Mind so this book now is a good, READ i
think for anyone that wants to self improve and really
realize their full.
Speaker 7 (10:36):
Purpose.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
Wow now you also emphasize heart led. Leadership what does
that look like in practice compared to traditional leadership.
Speaker 5 (10:48):
Models, well heart.
Speaker 4 (10:51):
Led leadership is about you know a lot of, leaders
thankfully not all of. Them they lead from a place of,
power and leadership is.
Speaker 7 (11:02):
Really about serving. Others so.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
You, know WHEN i had a team reporting to, ME
i would wake up every morning And i'm, like how
CAN i service my team? Today And i've always said
the best thing that could happen is that one of
my team member, eventually you, know gets my, position Because
i've always wanted to push them. Forward so, yeah heart
(11:28):
led leadership is about serving other and then THERE'S i
talk about it a lot in the. Book it's also
about you, know many other, principles such as using emotional,
intelligence the power of, listening the power of feedback sometimes
whether it's positive feedback or negative, feedback but delivered in
(11:51):
a very respectful way so that the employee can really
rise and learn from the.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
Experience well, okay, now, also too many women in executive,
roles they still shoulder the majority of household. Responsibilities how
did you or how were you able to navigate? That
and what lessons do you share with others that's in similar.
Speaker 4 (12:19):
Positions, yeah AND i think it's you, know AS i
mentioned at the, BEGINNING i got a, divorced but it
was the case prior to my divorce as.
Speaker 7 (12:30):
Well like most, women.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
Whether they're in a relationship or, not they do carry
a lot of the responsibilities of you, know whether it's
the work to be done at home or just managing everyone's.
Schedule and for, ME i was traveling, constantly so it
became to be a lot BECAUSE i would get back
from a business trip and just catch up on so
(12:52):
much work at. Home SO i think women need to
really learn again to listen to their inner voice and
don't be afraid to ask for help if they have a,
partner you, KNOW i think we need to have open
communications about and reaching out for, help whether you know
(13:13):
it's mental help or just physical help with task at.
Home AND i know kids can can help, Too so
that that's WHAT i would recommend for all women out,
there and take the steps to really take care of
your mental, health whether it's something like a, meditation exercise
(13:34):
or you, know positive, affirmations but really love yourself and
take care of yourself.
Speaker 3 (13:42):
Now and that brings me to my next, question because
you said the mind is often not kind to, Us
so what techniques do you think help people refrain their inner.
Speaker 5 (13:55):
Dialogue, yes.
Speaker 7 (14:00):
The technique THAT i recommend in my.
Speaker 4 (14:01):
Book, first for, me meditation has been a game changer
BECAUSE i think most of us are like.
Speaker 7 (14:08):
This but, yeah the noise in my head was just,
constant and as you, said that noise is not kind to.
Speaker 4 (14:15):
Anyone SO i would walk into a meeting and then
think someone is judging me OR i said something it was.
Wrong so meditation allows me to really recenter myself and
really clear that noise in my. Head AND i do
it for a good thirty minutes in the, morning but
then throughout the, day WHEN i find myself thinking about negative,
(14:39):
things THEN i just recenter, myself take some deep, breath
and sometimes it's just focusing on an, object whether it's
a cup of tea or.
Speaker 7 (14:47):
Coffee so that's one of the things THAT i.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
Do but another THING i do is really using positive.
AFFIRMATION i listen to my positive informations at.
Speaker 5 (14:59):
Night for some.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
People it might be a little too, much because you,
KNOW i might prevent them from sleeping or disturbing their.
Partner BUT i like to do it at night because
this is when you're, subconscious is really listening and the
other thing.
Speaker 7 (15:14):
THAT i do to really help me WITH i guess
my mindset is. Gratitude SO i have a beautiful dog in.
Speaker 4 (15:24):
The, MORNING i take him for a walk every morning
and THEN i go through the fifty things THAT i am
the most grateful. For and you, know gratitude just brings,
happiness and it's also the ultimate state of receiver. Ship
SO i think gratitude will always help you have a
more positive. Mind you, know just try taking a walk
(15:47):
and just saying thank you at every, step and you'll
see you'll start being happy because the word thank you
as a gratitude, word and it just brings you more.
Speaker 5 (15:57):
Happiness, yeah that's.
Speaker 3 (16:01):
True this is sort of like smiling, people you, know
like they, said with, smiling it's it's. Contagious you, know
if you, smile and you, know if you smile at some,
somebody most people they'll smile. Back they don't know, why
but they'll smile back at, you you. Know so but,
yeah because it's it's it's one of those things like you,
say it's the mind that will direct you in that
(16:23):
in that. Area so if your mind is always going
down that negative, path then that's where it's gonna you
know that's where you're gonna.
Speaker 5 (16:32):
Stay so tell us.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
What signs show a leader is caught in hustle culture
and how can they start to shift out.
Speaker 5 (16:43):
Of that type of.
Speaker 4 (16:44):
Culture, yeah you, know sometimes that one is A it
can be a tough one because.
Speaker 7 (16:52):
From my, EXPERIENCE i, KNEW.
Speaker 4 (16:57):
I guess probably a couple of months prior to you finally,
admitting you, KNOW i am not, WELL i need to.
Stop BUT i had talking TO, HR i had spoken
with my, bosses LIKE i wasn't quiet about it BECAUSE
i knew it was just getting.
Speaker 7 (17:15):
Worse and, worse AND i was asking for help for them.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
To hire someone to help me BECAUSE i was doing
two different high executive positions at the same time and
that did not do. Anything SO i wasn't listened. To
so my recommendation for anyone that goes through you, know
this stress and burnout or anxiety would be to talk
(17:39):
to work about, it but maybe get some external help as.
Speaker 7 (17:44):
Well and the thing with burnout really is that it
doesn't it's not like a light, switch and it just
happens like, this like it creeps in.
Speaker 4 (17:52):
Slowly and if you're like most, women you're high, achievers
so you just brush it off as you, know or you're,
tiring you, know sleep good last, Night, yeah you just.
Speaker 7 (18:04):
Tired, yeah, yeah so you need to really you. Know
That the sign for me WHEN i KNEW i couldn't.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
Do it, anymore AS i was sitting in front of
my computer AND i was trying to draft an.
Speaker 7 (18:16):
Email like in just a few lines in. Email well
that took me forty five. Minutes SO i, said, YEAH
i think there's a problem with. Me SO i went
to see the.
Speaker 4 (18:25):
Doctor and then often burn out comes with, depression SO i.
Speaker 7 (18:29):
Was also more emotional than.
Speaker 4 (18:31):
Usual BUT i would say to, women you, know if
you're feeling, exhausted feeling, anxiety burnt, out talk to someone about.
It if work is not, listening talk you, know to
anyone you know that's in your. Network AND i think
for sure somebody will be able to support you and
(18:52):
help you.
Speaker 3 (18:52):
Out. Wow and you know it's, unfortunate like you, said
you went TO hr and they just. Didn't but you,
know the thing ABOUT i think WITH hr is that
the mindset of that's not the mindset OF hr to
help you through any type of emotional you, know setback
or anything that you might be.
Speaker 5 (19:13):
FEELING i.
Speaker 3 (19:14):
DON'T i really don't think they know how to deal
with that at, all and so that's probably why you
did not get any type of you, know help or
support when you went to.
Speaker 5 (19:26):
Them.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
YEAH i think a lot of companies have to maybe
create just a specific group or maybe department or something
that can deal with that and handle that and help
people through that in order for their employees to you,
know not to experience what you went.
Speaker 4 (19:48):
Through, yeah AND i think corporation they really need to
stop celebrating the hustle. Culture as you, said you, know
creating a group that would help your employees with mental.
Speaker 7 (20:00):
Health that's a good thing to, do but it's also
creating boundaries for the.
Speaker 4 (20:04):
EMPLOYEES i know In canada and some provinces they now
have the loss that you can't, receive.
Speaker 7 (20:09):
You, know an email after five.
Speaker 4 (20:11):
Pm and that's a good thing because you can never
you can never, disconnect LIKE i would get emails from
my boss at six o'clock in the, morning, MIDNIGHT i
would they would reach out to me for a report
on the. Weekend so when you can never disconnect and
take care of your mental health that you, know this
burnout is, uh you, know in the horizon when that.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
Oppens it's you're exactly, right BECAUSE i remember there was
a position THAT i was in and we were they
gave you, know issued that was just this was during
the time when they still had the, beepers and we
were issued, beepers which meant that when they beated, you
you had so much time to respond back to them
(20:55):
for whatever reason or what might be going, on so
you could find out if you needed to come, in
if you weren't already there in the, building if you
needed to come in and handle something or what have.
You and at some, point like, YOU i got to
the point, where, well wait a, Minute i'm not giving
you twenty four seven like, that this is this doesn't.
Speaker 5 (21:16):
Work for, me you. Know, yeah that that just stopped
working for.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
Me AND i did that MAYBE i did that probably
for about three or four, years and then after THAT
i was, like, Nah i'm not doing this. Anymore SO
i had to move, to you, know into something. Else
and SO i can understand where you're coming from when
you when you talk about these, THINGS i tell, you
so tell us what was it like, though to reinvent
(21:44):
yourself at forty seven years old and what advice would
you give to professionals who feel stuck mid.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
Career, yeah it.
Speaker 4 (21:56):
Was if, anything it was very. Empowering and WHEN i stopped.
Working at the, BEGINNING i didn't KNOW i was.
Speaker 7 (22:04):
Going to write a, book But i've always wanted to
write a.
Speaker 4 (22:06):
Book BUT i was so busy working eighty hours a
week THAT i didn't write the. Book but one, MORNING
i just from all the learnings you, know, PODCASTS i
was listening to, BOOKS i was, reading you, know, therapy.
Meditation THEN i, DECIDED i, said, WELL i need to
share What i've gone through in my experience with the.
(22:28):
World so this is you, know it just became very
clear to. Me WHAT i would recommend for people that
want to reinvent themselves is to choose love over. Fear you,
know fear is the biggest obstacle to, uh to anything
(22:51):
because you, KNOW i just mentioned a few different projects
and things That i've just. Launched, well does it feel
scary Some, yeah it's it's hard to be, uh you,
know to be self. Employed you don't have a guaranteed.
Paycheck but you can either choose fear or. Love SO
i would, say don't be afraid to take, risks but
(23:13):
you just have to believe in, Yourself LIKE i think
people don't have.
Speaker 7 (23:17):
Big enough Dream they need to dream bigger and truly
believe in.
Speaker 4 (23:23):
It and you, know if people like the concept of,
MANIFESTATION i believe in that.
Speaker 7 (23:30):
Too but the first, step, yes it's to choose love over.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
Fear and after, THAT i would, say, uh you, know
it wasn't clear for, me like what COMPANY i wanted
to start and what SERVICES i was going to, Offer
BUT i REALLY i love journaling and IT'S i think
it's good for.
Speaker 7 (23:50):
Most women to do. IT i wrote down my goals
and THEN i did my pros.
Speaker 4 (23:55):
And cons of doing this versus, this and and THEN
i just listened to my.
Speaker 7 (23:59):
Heart you, know it's spoke to.
Speaker 4 (24:00):
ME i would really, love for, instance to coach, people help, People.
Speaker 7 (24:06):
SO i would say doing a journaling would, be you,
know very.
Speaker 4 (24:11):
Helpful and then if you, know doing pros and cons
still don't help. YOU i don't want to talk about you, KNOW,
ai but it could help you in really having a
more of a scientific way of analyzing what you or
your input is because sometimes we're too close to you,
(24:31):
know our goals and what we like or don't like
to really decide what would make sense you know to,
create but, uh we're we're.
Speaker 7 (24:39):
All human beings born with.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
Unlimited uh power and, strengths so we we are we
are all.
Speaker 7 (24:48):
Creators so don't be afraid if you're not happy at.
Work life is short and we spend so many hours at.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
Work just, uh you, know find another job or really
think about what would really drive, you uh you, know
because life it's. Short you should love your, work love
what you.
Speaker 6 (25:09):
Do.
Speaker 5 (25:10):
Yea, yeah.
Speaker 3 (25:11):
Exactly if you get up in the, morning you wake
up in the morning and you think, about, OH i
got to go to this job again, TODAY i don't
want to be. There, yeah you need to start looking
for something else because it's, yeah that's just that's just
not healthy for one thing to know instantly go through
(25:32):
that on a daily.
Speaker 5 (25:33):
Basis that's not healthy at, all it really.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
Is so now you're fluent in both corporate marketing strategy
and personal, Growth so how do you bridge those two
worlds when you're speaking to your.
Speaker 4 (25:49):
Audience WHEN i speak to people and through my, Coaching
i'm not gonna talk too much about marketing strategies because
WHAT i want to empower people with is really having
(26:09):
control over your mind and really.
Speaker 7 (26:12):
Believing in themselves and their full.
Speaker 4 (26:14):
Potential SO i really want to empower women and especially
the ones that you. KNOW i want them to rise
from burnout and fatigue and. Stress my marketing Skills i've,
used you know in my consulting, business and of COURSE
i use them to.
Speaker 7 (26:32):
Help.
Speaker 4 (26:34):
You, know get my message out about my book platform
and really help people through my my social. MEDIA i
started doing you, know daily clips with, tips so that's
HOW i use my. Marketing but for, speaking engagement and,
COACHING i want to really focus on the people and
HOW i can help them rise a little.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
Higher good and most of your, art your audience or your.
Clients you work mostly with women or do you work
both with men and.
Speaker 4 (27:06):
WOMEN i focus mainly on, women But i'm NOT i
guess against working with men in the.
Speaker 7 (27:15):
Future it's just.
Speaker 4 (27:16):
A natural fit with What i've gone, through, Right but you,
KNOW i should explore getting.
Speaker 7 (27:24):
A couple of clients that are. Men i'm SURE i
could support and help them as.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
Well.
Speaker 3 (27:29):
Right, YEAH i mean that's one of the reasons WHY
i tend to work mainly with women, too because it's
like you kind of want to keep them, from you,
know going through what you've gone. Through kind of keep
them from making some of the mistakes or what have.
You so, yeah it's just EASIER i think to do.
That and even with the show, here maybe the majority
(27:51):
of my guests of, women BUT i do bring on
men too because the information they share can also be
valuable to. Women they could get something out of, It
so it. Does sometimes they do come into play for
some of the things that we're trying to do as
far as when we're trying to help.
Speaker 5 (28:10):
Women SO i get. That and since we're.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
Trying to reach that million plus, women we have to
get all the resources we can to be able to
help them and to be able to do that. Absolutely
so can you share a moment with us when meditation
or mindset practice made the biggest difference in your own?
Speaker 5 (28:34):
LEADERSHIP i, MEAN i GUESS i could share A.
Speaker 7 (28:47):
I would, SAY i don't know if there's one moment in.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
Particular for, me it's every day because every DAY.
Speaker 7 (28:54):
I don't let. Myself, well some people say you should
get out of.
Speaker 4 (28:57):
It they're not meditate in Your baptist people fall back and,
Sleep BUT i meditate in bed in the morning AND
i don't get out on my bed UNTIL i do
a thirty minute.
Speaker 7 (29:07):
Meditation but it's the way to.
Speaker 4 (29:11):
Plan my day as. Well right in my, HEAD i
go into well nothing and pure. Silence BUT i also
think about WHAT i want in my, Life SO i
go through my.
Speaker 7 (29:26):
Goals you, know IF i, want for, instance you, know
positively impacting the life of a million.
Speaker 4 (29:33):
PEOPLE i believe that you, know your energy will create your.
Life so what you think about you bring. About so
IF i really want to achieve that goal of one million,
PEOPLE i just have to keep reminding. Myself so and
not only included in my meditation in the, morning BUT
i you, KNOW i have like papers posted on the.
Speaker 7 (29:57):
Walls or in the bathroom with my.
Speaker 4 (29:59):
Goals to remind me of my goals, daily because if
you forget about it that you know it may not.
Speaker 7 (30:05):
Happen because you create the life you.
Speaker 5 (30:08):
Want you want and you're like you sound like.
Speaker 3 (30:11):
ME i Have i'm, ALWAYS i have, PIN i have,
PAPER i have, THERE i have all over the. House
and because when an idea, COME i want to be
able to jot it, down you, know or or what have.
YOU i don't want To, OH i got to go
run downstairs and get a piece of. Paper, NO i
GOTTA i got paper.
Speaker 5 (30:29):
Pins so, Yeah i'm like. That i'm the same.
Speaker 3 (30:32):
WAY i even in my, car you, know Because i'll
be driving along sometimes and you, know something like OH
i can do, this you, know and but by the
TIME i get, HOME i may not fully remember what
that idea. Was SO i could just jot it down
right then and, there you, know, uh While i'm in the.
Car SO i even keep paper and pencil in the
(30:54):
car and pen in the car too to be able
to do. That AND i find that it it does
help because, that's like you, say that keeps you focused
on your goal and what you're trying to. Do and
if we're trying to, again you, know get to a
million plus, people you don't do that by just sitting
(31:18):
down looking at the, wall paint peeling on the wall
or anything like. That you have to you have to
be doing something keeping your mind creative so that you
could come up with these ways to be able to do.
Speaker 4 (31:30):
That so, yeah, ABSOLUTELY i think the biggest thing to you,
know manifestation is that you have to take, action like you.
Can't you, KNOW i THINK i manifested my, book BUT
i certainly have to take actions and write it.
Speaker 7 (31:46):
Right and it's not. Magic you need to work towards your.
Speaker 3 (31:51):
Goal, absolutely so from your experience leading some of the
world's biggest eyewear, brand and what can other industries learn
about customer engagement and.
Speaker 7 (32:05):
Loyalty, WELL i Think i'm going to bring it back to.
Speaker 4 (32:11):
SERVICE i built my success in marketing and cells really
on building strong, relationships AND i have a chapter in
my book that talks about. THIS i, mean you can't
underestimate the power of strong. Relationship you, know you never
know what that relationship with one person can bring in your,
(32:35):
life you. Know SO i had amazing relationships with my,
customers my, team most of.
Speaker 7 (32:45):
The other, leaders and those, relationships you, know they just
paid forward all the.
Speaker 4 (32:54):
Time SO i would say that that's one. Thing of,
course we all need To we need to have engaging
objectives as, well SO i talk about those in my.
Book in the corporate, world you, know you need to
have really a vision for your team and have, goals
and when, possible don't necessarily decide exactly the goals for
(33:18):
your team, members like you need to engage them in
that process so that they're really part of. It and
THEN i would say that emotional intelligence becomes key in
that entire.
Speaker 7 (33:34):
Process as.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
Well so if you had one piece of advice to
lead with our, viewers what would that advice.
Speaker 4 (33:47):
BE i would say that leading with love is the
most courageous way to transfer form your.
Speaker 7 (34:01):
Results and, again do not choose fear over.
Speaker 4 (34:07):
Love always choose love and trust that you're an unlimited
human being capable of amazing.
Speaker 7 (34:17):
Things and always love yourself.
Speaker 4 (34:20):
First and the love for others and the love for
you from others welcome from that.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
