lot about social media, and myguest is Sean Dodd. Let me just
give you a little bit background onseandac Sean is known as iron Ranger zero

social media marketing agency where he promotesbrands and individuals, consults on social media
strategies, and helps you be seenin the social media sphere of influence.

us to know about Sean dot Well. I think the first thing that resonated
with me when I was reached outby your show was just you're a veteran
yourself, so you understand the difficultiesand the awesomeness as well that go with
that title. And coming out ofthe military was one of the craziest times
in my life, trying to figureout this new world outside of the military.

So for me, it was ayou know, it was starting from
scratch all over again. I madea name for myself in the military and
moved on from there. So abouta little over two years ago, I
started the social media journey and Icalled myself the Iron Ranger because of my
commander in Iraq in two thousand andthree gave me the call sign Iron Ranger.

At the time, I had amechanized infantry background and an army ranger
background, and I had expertise inboth certifications, so not a lot of
people had that, and so itwas it was a cool call sign.
And he was killed in Iraq theday I left Iraq, and I then
took him to his final resting placefrom Germany on. And so I've dedicated
(05:48):
myself to helping others and being apart of growth of other people. And
that's why I use Iron Ranger becauseI feel such a powerful name and at
the same time, it's very dedicatedto an amazing individual, Captain Bryant Fonts.
So when I started the social mediajourney, I had no idea it
was going to blow up. Idid it to be a good parent.

And my kid said, Dad,I'm gonna do TikTok And they said,
there's no way I'm doing that fantsything, right, I'm just not going
to do it. And he says, Dad, come on. And I
realized I had to really kind ofdive into something uncomfortable to learn it and
to be a good, good parentto my kid. Wow, we did
it. No idea what was goingto happen. But it blew up.

You You when you talk about youknow, being in the social media in
that whole realm. But you werea business consultant, right, you were,
you know, consulting with businesses,So what what exactly made you?
That's that's a big transition, youknow, going from consulting businesses to going
(06:56):
into the social being a social mediaconsultant. So why social media? I
mean, you know, I lovethe question. Thank you. You know,
I think the biggest thing for methe transition is because I see,
if you could go back in timeand look at Apple, and you could
put all your money into Apple andknow that it was there, and everybody
just laughed at this Apple. Justbite out of this this comput Apple computer.

What is that? All your money? Your money? And the thing
is with that is That's what Isee happening in social media right now.
Two and ten billion dollars just thisyear alone in AD revenue through social media.
Over three billion users are on Facebook, over three billion users have activated
(07:39):
TikTok, and it just keeps goingup two hundred and fifteen million users a
year on average. So it's likeI see the trends, I see the
trajectories, and I see the moneyflowing. And then as I'm in these
you know, I'm in these businessconsulting meetings with all these massive marketers,
they're saying to me, hey,eighty five percent of all AD revenue is
(07:59):
going to to be on social mediain just three to five years. And
that to me says I need toget on the ground floor. I need
to establish a presence, I needto create a business. I'm something.
I love doing that. Really,I just started with my kid of all
things to make be a good parent, and now now we've got this conglomerate.
So I just see things happening andI want to be a part of
(08:20):
that and be someone who's impactful toothers and do it the right way.
Wow. Now, I know socialmedia is important for businesses and individuals,
but why, I mean, doyou think that without it? Can a
business still make you know, profitsor still be visible without being on social
(08:41):
media? Sure, yeah, theyabsolutely can, and they are right now.
But what's happening right now is theshift that is happening towards social media.
It used to be individuals going towardsbrands and asking brands to do stuff
for them. Now it's the otherway around. Brands are going towards individual
And why is that Because the consumeris changing to an to emotional buying.

They want to feel connected to theproduct or the service that they're getting.
If they're not connected, they're notbuying anymore. And so it's on the
angst of a brand to figure outhow to do that, and they can't
do that without having individuals that arealready tied in to a community. So
gone are the days where people arerunning to brands. Brands are running to
individuals now saying to please help usbecause they want to have that influence and

they want to have that emotional connectionto their to their brand. Wow,
But they still have people that theyreach out to to, like I guess,
I don't know, test market stuffand give their opinions on it and
different things like that. So howdo they do that? Is it?
Because like, for example, youyou have over eight hundred and fifty thousand
(09:52):
followers. Would that catch that?Is that what catches their attention to want
make you know, make them wantto reach out to you to say,
hey, we want you to takea look at our product because you have
so much of an influence or abig circle. Is that what it is?
It helps now, But originally Ididn't have that many followers and I
(10:13):
was being reached out too. Sowhy was I being reached out to Is
because I was resonating with the typeof community that that brand wanted to resonate
with. So as you'll see theseinfluencers, so called influencers, it's starting
to become a dirty word now,but you see these influencers out there who
are our niche down. You haveyour makeup influencers and they're just doing beauty.
(10:33):
You have your fashion influencers and they'rejust wearing nice clothes. Those are
the brands are going after those peoplefor their engagement, and they can see
engagement levels. So gone are thedays of I know people have three million
followers, but their engagement is justhorrible. And so when I look at
my engagement, I've got yes,I've got one hundred and fifty thousand followers
now, but my engagement's always beenaround thirteen fourteen fifteen percent of my audience,
(10:58):
whereas like Dustin Bieber can only getlike two and a half percent,
Kim Kardashian two and a half percent. And so it really just goes to
show you that engagement is really what'smore important than the sheer numbers of followers.
Wow, now, how does oneyou may have already answered this,
how does one get that many followers? I mean, dude, I mean,
(11:24):
okay, I'm on Facebook and Ipost. I'm on you know a
lot of the social media platforms andI post. But it's like, what
is it do I have to geton there and flip upside down and do
a dance on my head for myvideo to go viral or something like that.
That is what people think you haveto do, and that's what I
(11:46):
thought I had to do when Ifirst started TikTok, Like literally the first
videos I have or me me chasingmy kid in an inflatable dinosaur outfit,
right and those are some of myfavorite videos because those are the most rawst.
But right now, no, no, what it is is you just
There's two things I always tell peopleif they're starting a social media journey.
The first one is whether your brand, business or individual be authentic. Be
(12:07):
you, be exactly what you sayyou are and always live by that.
You do not have to put ona show. And the audience that you
will attract are the people you wantto attract, the people who like you
for you. They're the people whowant you want to hear what you have
to say next because it resonates withthem. Look, there's eight billion people
in this world, and seventy fivepercent of them are on social media.
(12:31):
So you're going to find a groupof people that resonate with you for you,
and so gone or the day isof that. The other thing I
tell people is is the content youcreate needs to be thoughtful and not just
just something thrown out there. Thinkabout who you are and what you're trying
to accomplish within that and give youraudience something to want to go to in
(12:54):
order in order to see you.So that's there's some things you see people
a lot of these brands, thispost, these commercial type videos. Well,
people are leaving television, they're notwatching television, and how many of
us actually watch commercials when we're watchingtelevision to begin with, the last thing
we do want to do is goon social media and watch another commercial.
What we want to see is anengaging ad that makes us connected emotionally to
(13:16):
a product, and that is whatwe need to be moving towards. Wow.
Now I have heard that some people, because you mentioned TikTok earlier,
that some people are leery of TikTok. What do you think of this platform
for helping individuals and businesses? Isit a good platform to be you know,
(13:37):
on to be visible or is theconcern valid? Do you think no?
The studies I've done myself and I'vedone the same thing. I tried
to take a very neutral stance onthis because I wanted to make sure I
understood it before I was ever askedthis question. I knew these questions were
coming, So what I looked atit is first TikTok is amazing aspect of
(14:01):
to use for your business. Threebillion users have downloaded it just this year.
Loan one point eight billion users amonth are on this this platform.
If you're not using TikTok, youare missing out. But because of the
scared scarcity of it, that's wherethings come now. A lot of massive
people with a lot of money haveinvestments into television, into that type of
(14:24):
media, and so that's where theyhave all their money into it. And
then here comes someone like me whodoesn't have an investment in anything, and
I'm pulling away from their audience forfree. I'm not paying any money.
And and so it's scaring people thatthis huge take that TikTok is going like
this so quickly, and the otherplatforms are just kind of keeping their normal
(14:46):
numbers where they see TikTok going up. So there's a lot of money that
had to be needs to be shifted, and frankly, people are scared of
it. I if you're a businessowner, you're not on TikTok, you
are going to miss out on thebiggest bubble ever to capture viewers. And
one more statistic I'll give you behindthat it takes about fifty cents on an
ad for ad revenue per engaged followerthat you'll capture on TikTok for a business.

In just three years, I expectthat to go to close to ten
dollars a follower for that same forthat same ad revenue. So you got
to think about how important it isto jump on it now while it's still
resonating. Why people are still learningabout it? Right right? You know?
Now? I read your article whereyou talked about social media taking over
(15:33):
advertising. Tell us about that andit do you think that? Is that
a good thing? That social mediais taking over advertising? Well, the
reason why it's taking over advertising ismuch like we said before, it's it's
concerned. It's all about the individualand emotional connection to what's happening. And
the thing is is I can watcha television show and I can see a
(15:56):
really good commercial and it may notwant me to buy that. If it's
funny or something, I might thinkabout it, talk about it with my
friends. But what the advertising isheading towards is someone actually doing something with
it. If I'm out there actuallyon a run and I'm doing my run,
I have this water bottle that's attachedto my hand as I'm running,
and I'm using it and I actuallylove it, and they can see me
(16:18):
using it. They can see meactually loving it. They know I'm being
authentic. I'm not just some paidperson using the water bottle that connects them
immediately to the trusting that brand.I can trust that water bottle because the
guy I've talked to on Lives,I've seen him on Lives, I've seen
him on his videos. I knowhe's an authentic human being. I can
trust him, and I'm going togo purchase from that. And so you
(16:41):
know, that's why I think theadvertising dollars are being shifted so quickly because
the people are buying immediately. That'swhy TikTok is in Instagram or running towards
building shops because they know that peoplewant to buy and they want it to
instead of getting an external link andgoing to Amazon or these other big comples
they wanted on their platform. Nowthere are so many social media platforms though,
(17:08):
and I know you you keep talkingabout TikTok. If you're not on
there, then you're losing out.But what social media platform do you feel
is the best use of your timefor marketing? Say your business or you
as an individual, if you're tryingto brand yourself. I love Instagram,
Love love love Instagram, and I'vecreated a really amazing community of brands and
(17:33):
businesses and Instagram. What I've donedifferently, for example, is as an
influencer slash digital content creator, Iwould most of the time they say,
hey, if you're going to sellme this, I'm gonna let you have
my pen and I'm gonna pay youone hundred bucks to promote my pen on
Instagram. And I would. Iwould do that, but then I felt
thirty when they gave me the money, I got the pen, and then
(17:56):
I gave them one video and thenthey walked away and never talked to them
again. So what I differently fromthe others is I create. I said,
hey, why don't you jump ina group with me and let's help
each other out. Let me justI'll reply to all your posts, I'll
comment on everything. Let's just helpboost you in the algorithm. We did
this for over one hundred and fiftybrands now at this point in this group,
(18:17):
and I have a group that literallyruns on its own where they one
person will post one group of onelet's say the pen company posts their pen
product in the group for the day, and now you have up to one
hundred and fifty people in that groupwill go go to that post, will
comment on it, will like it, and then the algorithm will boost it
automatically, so instead of one hundredor two hundred, that could be seen
(18:38):
by potentially thousands of viewers which theywouldn't have had before. And the other
thing it does that I think isextremely important for anybody listening to understand is
there's one of two things happening.When people want to find out about your
business or your individual individual self,they're either going to Google you or they're
going to look you up on socialmedia. Right, sixty percent of millennials
(19:02):
go to social media before they goto Google. Eighty percent of gen Zers
go to social media before they goto Google. Does everybody see the trend?
So you have to have a solidsocial presence. And it didn't hit
me to this and until I gotinto I was with them friends and one
of my friends says, hey,Sean, let's go out to eat.
And I said, well, wheredo you want to eat? And he
(19:22):
goes, well, let's try thisplace. And he goes, wait,
let me look, and he goeson their Instagram reading the actual comments from
people. It's like, no,we're not going there, and I go,
why didn't you use yelp? Hegoes, cause I'm going to get
good looking at the actual pictures andactual comments on Instagram from people who tagged
this place. And I was like, I blew my mind and it made
me dive into studies around it.And that's what I found out that there's
(19:45):
you have these conglomerates like TikTok,Facebook and Instagram. But for me,
when I was able to bring inthis group of individuals and brands to this
group, oh man, Instagram.I love Instagram because of that you mentioned
about the likes and the views.I was talking to someone actually just this
week and she's, uh, youknow, kind of into marketing and uh,
(20:10):
basically for herself. But she wastrying to explain to me how about
the like you were mentioned in thelikes and the views. She says,
sometimes she just sits and she mayjust like or do a short comment on
She may just take some time.Uh she said, at night, she'll
do it, you know, likeat night and do this because according to
(20:36):
her, if I'm if I'm understandingher correctly. You get you get more.
I guess you get more by doingit like that, you get a
little more uh like you. Iguess you were saying it boosts your uh
the algorithms or what have you.But she also was telling me that most
(20:59):
places they have people that will justsit and comment on one specific thing on
a post or and then they'll haveanother person that's commenting on this specific thing
on a post. And I'm thinking, wow, I didn't know that.
You know, they split it uplike that, or you have to sit
there and because I know, forexample, if you look at LinkedIn,
(21:22):
sometimes you might post something and youhave all these people that have viewed it,
right, but you don't get alot of likes. So I know
that people get hung up on likesand views and different things like that.
What's the benefit of that, Imean, is it better to have more
likes or is it better to havemore views? Or do you need a
(21:45):
kind of a balance of both.Well, let me help you with that.
Let's let's let's just blank slate andimagine if you will, the best
way to explain the algorithm, becausepeople asking us all the time, tell
me about the algorithm. The wayI just figured it out is I created
a fake and it's fake, okay, but but it's an idea. It
gives you an idea of a pointsystem that works for the algorithm. So
imagine someone watches your video from startto finish all the way through. That's
(22:08):
five points. If they only watchit a third of the way through,
the points go down based on howthe length of time they watch it.
Okay. So now let's say theywatch it all the way through. That's
five points. Okay, Now theycomment that's three points. They like it,
that's one point. So now thatthen they take this sample size.
They'll shoot your video out or yourpost out to a sample size of one
(22:30):
hundred people, maybe a thousand,depending on how large you are as an
account. And then then they say, okay, how many points did they
gather from that? And if theyreach that certain amount of that threshold,
they say, well, okay,now we can shoot it out to the
next level. Now you get onethousand people they're going to shoot it out
to, or two thousand or fivethousand, and so the points accumulate.
(22:51):
Now if the videos watched twice,it's not just five points anymore. Or
it's not just ten points. Whenit's watched twice, its actually goes up.
It's like fifteen points. So nowit's watched the third time, it's
thirty points, and so on andso forth. I literally, after I
told this to one of my friends, he's literally he says, when I
go take a shower, I puton one of your videos and I just
let it roll. He says,I'm giving you the points, man.

But no matter if it's the sameperson watching it three times, that's still
you still get those points exactly.Now check this out. You go watch
my post, Madeline, and yousay, hey, I love this post,

if I'm wise as a you're notgoing to come back to that post more
than likely unless you have a reasonto. Well, how are you?

What's what's the reason I reply toyour comment with something thoughtful, not just
an emoji? People, because thisis what everybody does. I replied,

day? I posted similar? Andyou're gonna go, whoa wait a second?
Let me and so you are asyou're back commenting on that or reading
that comment. The video is playing, or the post has already been re

engaged and you've gone to it nowtwice or more. OK, to just
go back to that comment. Sonow my algorithm is boosting because I did
my due diligence and reply to yourcomment was something thoughtful. Wow, And
if I'm smart, I'm bringing themto a product or a pay back to
my profile page because I want youto see more. An example would be
like if let's say I have thisblazer on right now. I like my
(24:18):
blazer, and you say, Sean, I really like that blazer. I
think it would look good on myfriend. And I'm like, oh,
you know, I think you shouldcheck out also my blue blazer as well,
and here's the link for it.And so now you like this one,
and I'm trying to upsell you ona blue blazer. But this is
what a lot of businesses are failingto do right now out there with their
(24:41):
algorithm, is push themselves out therethe way they deserve to be. So
a lot of training that goes intoa lot of studying I had to do.
Wow, that is that is sointeresting. I guess I well,
I didn't know that because a lotof people don't video like you said,
all the way through, then yeah, that would give it a point or
(25:04):
however many points. But then ifI decided to watch it again, I
thought they would know that it's thesame person watching it. So that's not
going to give you any more pointsbecause it's the same person watching it.
That's what I It actually gives youmore. Yeah, it's surprisingly more.
Wow, that is so interesting.That's that's that's a success, success nugget.

I have to make sure I gotThat's why I'm here today. Oh
wow, that is thank you forthat one. I really do. Now
here's the thing too. A lotof people hate, hate with a passion
doing the videos. But I understandvideos are like one of the best things
(25:47):
you could probably post, uh,you know, or put out there.
But is that important for your marketing? Tell us about that. Do you
think that you should do more videosor you know, or maybe put more
articles out there, a newsletter orwhat have you out there? Well,
let's talk about that. Each platformis going to be very unique and different.
When it comes to that LinkedIn,you do want to have more articles,
(26:11):
but videos are what's resonating to themillennial crowd and younger, right,
So you have to think about youraudience. Are you trying to capture boomers
or gen Xers? Are you tryingto capture millennials? And so Boomers eighty
percent of them are doing traditional marketing, could care less about a video whatever.
Gen Xers are more around the sixtyto seventy percent. But then you've
(26:32):
hit the millennials, and the millennialswant to see more videos than they do
read anything. They want it theeasy button. Gen zs are even worse.
They want to have everything at thetip of their fingers. They want
it within two or three seconds.And so for me, the way I
look at videos is, yes,you have to have a very strong video
concept. In fact, the wayI've delved into this with my clients is
(26:52):
you have about fifty seven percent ofyour followers are going to come from videos
on average, and then you haveto create stories. So that's another about
anywhere between fifteen to twenty percent.Then the other twenty percent you're going to
get roughly that's left a little bitmore I will need to come from knowing
you. How do they get toknow you? You need to go live
(27:14):
and a lot of people it blowstheir mind. I tell me to go
alive, but what ends up happeningis something extremely significant can change within your
business. I can worked with ahair company at one point and I told
them they need to go live andthey're like, Nope, we're not going
live. I cannot do it.And I said, you do not have
to. Let we were talking andthe packing girl who was so vibrant and
(27:37):
she was so much fun and she'sjust packing stuff and shipping it out to
customers, these hair products, andI said, put a camera on her
why she packs and watch what happens. And what happens now to this day
is though this gal is on there, she has a camera. She's just
doing her job and she's just talkingand she does it. Hey guys,
Oh look, Jane, do yougot this hair clip? I'm giving you
(28:00):
this hairclip right now. It's comingto you. Girl. I can't wait
to see you and I can't onthe way I put. I put an
electra bubble wrap in it so itdoesn't get messed up. But you know
something, and she's just having funwith it. She's just doing her job.
They have no less than one anda half thousand people at one time
on that live. They quadruple theircells, aren't because of that live because
they want to see their product bepicked by this girl and shipped to them
(28:25):
all. Is that another gal Iworked with with a makeup brand. All
she does is go live during themorning while she's putting on her makeup.
Incredible. She's for forty five minutessaying yeah, this is what I'm putting
on, this is how I'm doingit, and just explaining it. And
she sells more makeup now than sheever did just because she spent that time
on it. And it doesn't haveto be hurt. Now. Look,
(28:48):
a lot of people are camera shyand understand that there are there is people
that do faceless content. But thepiece that I want to recommend everybody is
if you are not finding a wayto emotionally engage or educate your audience,
then you're missing out because that's thetwo areas that people want. They want
to feel emotionally connected to what you'redoing, or they want to be educated
(29:08):
and you want to be taught.If you can give them one of those
two, you're in the top.You're in the top percentage of videos or
explanations that you're doing. Wow.So if you're in a business from I
think what I'm getting here is thatyou there are a couple of things that
you can have. One and nobeing the video, so you can go
(29:33):
live and depending on what your businessdoes or what you do, you would
say articles, putting articles out there, maybe even having a show, a
podcast, Uh yeah, something likethis, and then there's uh, I'm
trying to think what else there isout there too? Uh let them know
(29:56):
that you know, these are somethings that now these things, do you
get different points for that for havingthese or it's just the fact that you
have them, and it just putsyou out there a little further. Look
again, it puts you out therefurther. Having diverse content like that will
get will will create different audiences.And I always recommend this to people because
(30:18):
there's some people who are just grollingfor entertaining content, and if it's in
an ad, they'll watch the adif it's entertaining. I can't tell you
how many ads I've watched recently.They're just entertaining. But the other piece
to it is, like you said, there's some people who just want to
read articles and learn, and thenthey're really into the reading aspects, so
they need that that aspect for thatgroup of people. There's some people who
(30:40):
want to have an educational videos havethe same article but in a video format
that makes sense that resonates to them. And so you have a wide variety
of things that I recommend to people. And the other the one thing I
got to tell brands and businesses outthere though, if I mean anybody who's
in the brands and business, ifyou are not doing the trend they say,
(31:00):
hey, trending sounds for example,or trending videos, like someone when
they did remember if you remember theice bucket challenge forever ago, people were
everybody was doing that video right,but there there were brands that refused and
I will not do it as abrand, I'm not going to do it.
But they missed out on a chancefor thousands of viewers because they're into
(31:21):
that viewership. Because people are literallylooking for people doing the ice bucket challenge.
And it's just an example that weall resonate with because we know it
so well. But these trends arehappening and changing every week, and these
sounds, it just can be asound. An example. I worked with
a client the other day. Isaid, just put the sound in the
background, in the background, doyour normal video, have the sound in
the background. He goes, well, what's it going to do? I
(31:42):
go just do a normal video.And so we did the normal video and
he put the sound in the backgroundand he got three times of views and
he would have seen before because ofthat sound and that sound alone, that's
the only thing we changed. Wow, that is That's incredible. I mean,
it's there's so much, so many, I guess, so many parts
(32:05):
to marketing and we now we've talkeda lot about the social media aspect of
it. In the marketing we kindof touched on branding, but the branding
part when you're when you get intothe branding part, what is wou would
you say the number one thing thatyou would need to do? For example,
(32:27):
you said you you're branded as youknow Iron Ranger zero two three.
What is do you think is likethe number one thing that you should do
to brand yourself and that brand?You know, if some if someone says
Iron Ranger zero two three, they'reautomatically going to think of you, how
(32:50):
do you do that? How doyou mane? When I when I started
Iron Ranger zero two three gain,it was as a tribute, but now
it's so much more and when peopleask me about it or a part of
it, they have to hear itfrom me in a lot of ways or
someone that knows me. And that'sthe beautiful thing. When you have a
community that you build on social media, they'll do it for you. Someone
(33:12):
goes, what's iron Ranger two three? Ten comments below it from my community
explaining that people heard it from youbefore. So how do you build that
brand though? Is you got tobuild that trust. So for me,
an example is iron Ranger two threeis more than just a brand. It's
a it's a suit of armor.When you're wearing Iron Ranger two three gear
or you're thinking of Iron Ranger twothree, you are being empowered to achieve
(33:35):
excellence. Your job it now isto do nothing but to focus on yourself
and make sure you're the best versionof yourself. And as your cup overflows,
you water other people with that.You help them with that overflow.
Because if you can't get you can'tkeep giving from your the same bucket without
it flowing in. You got tohave constant flow. So when people think
of that, I want to thinkof a suit of armor of acceptance that
(33:59):
they know there with Iron Ranger zerotwo three brand, they're automatically accepted for
who they are and they're loved andthey're they're there to make a difference for
themselves first and then others will comethrough. And that's my branding. Now.
When I talk to another brand,it's about where is the heartstrings behind
it? How are you helping people? Is what makes someone want to go
(34:21):
by your supplement and it can be, you know, whatever it may be.
And that is how I think youneed to focus on branding and only
visually doesn't need to look great andaesthetic if that has to happen for that,
but the messaging around it, whensomeone thinks of your brand of thinking
is tying into an emotional connection somewhere, and that emotional connection could be I'm
(34:44):
gonna I know, every time Igo to that brand, I'm gonna learn
because it's a technology company, They'regoing to make my life easier. There's
a weight off my shoulders. Ifeel lighter because I have this tech company
now that has my back right.Or I'm gonna look better today because I'm
putting on this great blazer, agreat you know that great pair of glasses
look awesome today, And because Ilook awesome and I feel awesome because of
(35:07):
that. But that's again, feelingis the capture, the thing to capture
with brands right now. Wow,So it makes you wonder, how did
they come up with just the littleswish and you automatically think of Nike?
Easy? Yeah, I mean see, and that you automatically got to think
(35:30):
of you know, yeah, yeah, It's just it's just something you can
resonate with and be a part ofit and be like, Okay, the
swish is there, but everybody nowknows it as just do it or everybody
knows it as Jordan or whatever itcould be, right exactly exactly. Wow.
So tell us, I know youmentioned earlier you had I think you
said you had some things that's comingup on the horizon. Uh, anything
(35:52):
you want to let us know aboutany any new books or new training programs,
whatever you want to tell us aboutout Let's just give it all to
us. Sure, you got it. You know, I have a big
speech tomorrow with the Royal Influencers groupand doing a keynote speech and roughly twenty
four hours. A little bit moreon that, so you can guys can
(36:14):
go to Royal Influencers and check themout. They're amazing, But really for
me right now, one of thethings I'm focused on is I've been traveling
a lot helping a lot of brandsand businesses out. I do a lot.
I do everything from promoting them withmy influence to what I really enjoy
is being able to help teach brands, businesses, and individuals how to use
social media the right way. Everybodythinks they know. My favorite line is,
(36:37):
well, I got a millennial overhere. They know how to do
it. They do not, Ipromise. They just know how to scroll
it. They know how to makea cool video. But there's a lot
of things that go on, likewe talked about today, there's a lot
of learnings that are really deep delvedinto it. And so I like to
teach brands, businesses, and individualshow to move your company or your presence
(36:58):
on social media to work for youyou and so I do a lot of
consulting on that, and I alsohave this social media marketing agency backed by
a great group of people who aredetermined to help brands and business and be
successful. Look, there's a lotof gen xers, and we just talked
about on boomers that have great businessesthat want nothing to do with social media
that they're going to want to bein business the next ten years, they
need to embrace it now, andwe end up going into them, going
(37:22):
into the brands and businesses, takingover their accounts for them and then putting
out all social content that they deserveand we do all the work for them.
So I've got a lot of differentcategories that we do and it just
depends. The beautiful thing is withaia motivation as the company name we have,
that's the Umbrella Company, but wealso help with mindset theories and being
(37:45):
able to help release a lot ofthese traumas that people go through a lot
of these issues. So don mypartner, is known as the Spiritual Alignenness,
and that's what she does all daylong, and she just helps helps
brands into viduals, find their trueself and the empowers themselves. And she's
going to go, well, youshould have said this later because she wants
(38:06):
me to make sure I'm doing itright. But she is probably the most
amazing person I've ever met in mylife helping people are on mindset and finding
their true strength. And what Ido with that is just take them to
the next level and know to learnhow to market it and learn how to
show it to the world within thatstrength. And so there's a lot of
beautiful things that we can do forcompanies and individuals. But we've got a
(38:29):
ton of different places we're going tobe going and an around the nation and
we're very excited to help a lotof people in the process. Wow.
Yeah, Well, we're going tohave to get her on the show too
to talk to us about mindset.Definitely will important, especially when you're trying
to succeed in something, you gotto have that right mindset to do it,
that that feel that way. Yeah, So tell us if our viewers,
