Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hi, you love done too? He censure fore Wow, crazy Young.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
This is the pipe Man here on the Adventures pipe
Man W four c Y Radio. And I'm very excited
about our next guest because we were talking and he's
got some great info for you and some great supplements
that can help with that info. And I'm all about that.
I love the spirituality element of it, I love the

(00:41):
health and wellness element of it. And he's just all
around a great guest to have on the show. So
I'd like to welcome to his show. Rob Renee from
Exodus Strong. How are you?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
I am super excited to be here. Thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Oh my pleasure.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
So let's start off with your story, okay, because you
have an amazing story of what brought you to this
point of us talking today.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Yeah, it's really strange. It starts back when I was young, right.
I used to be a runner when I was young,
and I know that one of the things that really
benefited me when I was young, I read a book
called about nutrition and how it fuels your body, and
that transitioned my running career dramatically. When I started learning
how to do that, and my competition was like, what's

(01:27):
going on? Why is this guy always finished better than
we did? And I attribute that to my nutrition. You know,
my competitors reading hot dogs and hamburgers, and I'm eating
very healthy and fueling my body. I was a distance runner,
so you know, having that extra energy at the end
of the race was super important. But then, you know,
life has amazing ups and downs. And I ended up

(01:48):
getting hit by a truck while I was out on
a run in college and dramatically obviously shifted my entire
life after that. And then I went into the court
cor world. I did kind of what the world tells
you to do, and you go get a job at
a large corporation and and you know, I have a
family with the house and a white pickup fence and

(02:10):
three kids and dog, and you know, I did all
of that, and uh then when the pandemic hit, you know,
it really had a similar impact as the first truck.
I call it the second truck that hit me, because
that second truck just transitioned my entire life again kind
of like the first one did. Yet this time it
was like, oh my gosh, I need to figure out

(02:31):
how to keep my family safe. And I kind of
went back and leaned on that early idea of nutrition.
I'm like, how do how do I keep my family
safe during this pretty crazy period when we're all when
we were all trying to figure out, you know, how
dangerous it was, And and that led me down a
path that is just something I can never unsee. I
went down and did a lot of research on the

(02:52):
health industry and how, in my opinion, the our healthcare
system in the United States is really backwards. It's more
symptom focused rather than you know, curing you at the
at the root cause level. And I call it big
pharma ind or you know, medical cartel. It's kind of
how our system is set up. It's not the not

(03:14):
the individual people, but the system is wrong. And so
that's something that I just never could, you know, come
to grips with. And so I just figured out, hey,
what can I do to help the world. And during
that time of soul searching on health, I also had
a really deep soul searching on on my faith. And
so it's kind of one of those things whereas like

(03:36):
I really dived deep into the health industry and how
I can help people, but then I also dove deep
into religion and faith and now I believe I have
a wonderful relationship with God, and and he's leading, leading
my direction and where I'm going, where I'm head. It's
pretty pretty dramatic change from where I was, you know,
a number of years ago.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
So he's running the race now he is, yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
And I'm just following, and you know, it's like, yeah,
it's so incredibly different than how I always was. During
my corporate career. It was all about me, right, It's
like I need to have a better house, I need
to have a better car, I need to make more money,
I need to have this, I need to have that,
and it was it was very selfish living. And now
I'm just one hundred percent in opposite of that. I
was like, how can I help the world? How can

(04:21):
I help people? And not not? How can I help
Rob It's like I'm kind of the last in line.
It's like I really want to help and I believe
that I've had a number of near death experiences where
I really believe that God has me on this planet
for a reason that I'm not done here yet. So
He's got a plan and I've got to live out

(04:44):
that plan and I've got to make a difference. I'm
really really really striving hard to make a difference in
this world, to make a better life for other people.
And I'm really starting that kind of with their health.
I want to help people with their health. And then
if I can help them with their health, then maybe
we can have a discussion about faith, because I'm very
passionate about both.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
I think they do go hand in hand as well,
because I think having faith, no matter what your faith
is in, is healthy for the mind, true period.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Yeah, you know, you gotta have hope regardless, no.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
Doubt and that you know, that's half the battle. Okay,
even when it comes to your physical health. You know
how many people out there because of their mental health
great terrible physical health.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Like oh yeah, it's just you can just go straight
downhill in a really really fast way just because your
mind controls your body in a major way. And it's
literally provable, right, So it's it's really important. The whole
mind body spirit connection that people talk about, Yes, it's real,
and uh, it really has a major difference. So if
you can have hope and you can give people hope,

(05:50):
then all of a sudden they can transition from doom
and gloom and negativity to positivity. And and you know
I can make a difference. I can get well, I
can you know, and your you're the glass half full
versus glass half empty person. And that's so I want
to give people that just fire inside them that hey,
if you woke up today and you have breath in

(06:11):
your lungs, that God has a plan for your life.
You're not He's not done with you yet, So go
help figure out what that plan is and then go
help help society. Right then, that's that's my mission.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
And listen, when you are helping others, you in turn
don't even realize it, but you're helping Rob.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Yeah, for sure, for sure. Yeah. It gives me the
confidence and the just the mental you know, aptitude that
I'm I am making a difference and I'm trying to
help people and that you know, I'm doing a force
for good. And because you look at the world today
and man, it's a it's a real battle of good
versus evil. It's not it's not right versus left, or
or you know this this race versus that race, or

(06:55):
this color versus that color. It's literally none of that.
It's like good versus evil. And I think people are
finally starting to see that, and so man, I want
to be on the good side and I want to
help help people. And I love love other people of
all races and religions and colors, and that's my job
to love them, not not to divide and hate them.

(07:17):
So you'll know, I want to put my arms around them,
hug them, and let's let's figure out a way to
be better as as a as a human race. Right,
We're all, we all were created in the image of God.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
And you know you're on the show also because I
love your philosophy on health and wellness and the things
that you can do to help people with that. Like
I have my own journey and it started when I
was in college pre med and and learn how much
I did not like western medicine and did not become

(07:51):
a m d, which was my plan my whole life,
you know, And all the schooling I did my whole
life was in preparation to go to medical school, you know.
But you know, sometimes it just takes that one person.
And I had that one person with a professor that

(08:13):
probably doesn't even realize the impact that he had on me,
because I didn't even realize it until after college. But
basically when he sat there and he said, you know,
medicine is not an exact science. Well, first of all,
I love that because you know, people always talk about science,

(08:35):
and I'm big into science, but they they're brainwashed by
the system using that science. Okay, And the fact is
science isn't always correct. If science was always correct, Pluto
would still be a planet, right, And that's what I
look at when they change things. How could science be

(08:56):
the be all and all if you're changing the science,
maybe because you learn more about the science. But what
he also said was so you could go into a
doctor see exact opposite of what everybody thinks, and you
can have all these symptoms and it could be a
thousand different diseases. And I say, how that be an opposite?
Because if nowadays we have all the web md doctors

(09:21):
that search on their phone WebMD and they're like, oh, yeah,
I have those are my symptoms, this is what I have.
They they all seem to think that whatever symptoms they
have only lead to one disease, but it's the other
way around. And what he said next really hit me hard,
and that was and what they basically do is they

(09:43):
use the most common thing at the time and treat
that as trial and error. So if that doesn't work,
we're going to try something else. And you're basically a
guinea pig, right right. And I'm like, well that's not science,
you know, right right? And they and then I learned
about you could go to school for eight years and

(10:06):
you learn one hour of nutrition.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Yes, yes, and I mean, yeah, you're on. I love it.
Keep going.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
You learn one hour of big pharma. Now, it amazes
me how many doctors prescribe medications to people. They have
no clue what it is or what it really does.
They just go buy some hot girl that came into
their office and sold them on it, and whatever they
told them, that's what they repeat. And it's like because

(10:36):
it's you know, we're poisoning people's bodies by treating a
symptom instead of the source. And then we give them
the power because we all want this get quick thing,
you know, take the magic pill. But the way I
always look at it is you took years to poison
your body. You're not going to unpoison it with taking

(10:59):
one pill into seconds.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
Okay, instant fix, right, yeah, that's absolutely.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
And the stuff that cures you is never instant and
especially when it comes to food here, it is the
best medicine, but it doesn't happen overnight, you know, and
people don't give it a chance because they're not feeling
better right away or what have you. But I'm here
to tell you I was diagnosed with diabetes. I can't

(11:26):
even remember now. I think it's like ten years ago,
and I reversed it in six months with just food
and supplements.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Beautiful.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
Yeah, supplements were important too, which is something we're going
to talk about with you about your supplements.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Why are supplements important?

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Well, because when you have to eat a certain way
because you've poisoned your body so bad, you have to
deprive your body of anything that you enjoy eating. At
least I did, and basically just eat like very specific
things that maybe don't have everything you need nutritionally yet
because you're recycling your body, so you supplement it. That's

(12:06):
why it's called a supplement exactly, you know, and you
need certain things.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
It's super important because our bodies need to make ninety
six nutrients every day and we don't get them through
our food nowadays, especially with our food supplies, is totally
messed up, right, seventy percent of our foods are ultra
processed foods, and even our soil is depleting, so we
need to do regenitive soil development to get more nutrients

(12:32):
back into our soil. Because the apple you eat today
is not the same apple we used to eat twenty
years ago, right, because of the soil depletion, and our
air is compromised, our waters compromise, our food is compromised.
So you do have to And we are what we eat,
that's what you said, is so so important that it's
so amazing. Congratulations for doing that, because it is hard
to do to do eat the way you're supposed to eat.

(12:57):
And then but we are what we you know, we
are what we eat, and so it's super important. And
don't they don't teach that, like you mentioned, they get
one hour of you know, they some doctors, right, We'll
go to school for twelve fifteen years and they still
get that one hour. And that one hour is an elective,
so not all of them actually take that one hour.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
Right, and blows my mind. You're a doctor. You shouldn't
know about nutrition. I think that makes zero sense to me.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
Right now.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
Our bodies so incredibly wonderful, right, But he gave He
put on this earth what we what we need, and
we just need to get the right nutrients. But you
know what you said is super important because not only
do we try to get those nutrients through our food,
but it's almost impossible to do it nowadays. So you
need to supplement just to get the extra nutrients that
your body does need to function. Because if you can

(13:46):
get your body what it needs, it will do what
God created it to do. It will heal itself. It
we will start healing inside your body, so you can
start I have a podcast and I interview holistic practitioners
all the time, and they always talk about gut health.
That's you know, it starts in your gut, and inflammation
is the source of all disease. So if we can

(14:07):
reduce inflammation in our bodies, then guess what. The diseases
are going to start reducing, and you're going to start
feeling better and the organs are going to start working
the way they're supposed to work because you're giving your
body the right nutrients. And so that's that's what I'm
just super passionate about, is teaching people that it's like, hey,
we can take control of our of our bodies by

(14:27):
giving it the right nutrients. And that's where I dug
into the Bible and looked at all the nutrients in
the Bible and how what God did put on this earth,
and man, I was just searching for everything. It's like,
how can I really make a difference in the world.
And we end up creating this product called Exodus that
has got seven biblical herbs and superfoods that come from
the Bible, but it's also got this molecular hydrogen blend

(14:50):
that's just phenomenal that really helps from the cellular level regenerate.
So any woman that's over forty really needs to take
a look at Exodus. I didn't use it all the time.
I use it because it's a phenomenal for my energy levels.
But women over forty they go through menopause, their cells
start shrinking from lack of water, and they have you know,

(15:11):
sentient cells inside the body of or zombie cells, and
this product gets rid of those. Like, every woman has
five different problems that they go through when they go
through menopause, and this supplement is the only subblem I've
found that actually helps with all five of those areas.
So it's just really dramatic and it's super fun to
have a product that is helping people do what we
just talked about.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
It's pretty amazing too. And it's like, I want to
touch on a couple of things you said. First of all,
you talked about inflammation. Yeah, and you know, it's funny
that doctors using big pharma are using stuff that creates
inflammation to cure your inflammation.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, doesn't it.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
Right, I mean, and people don't think it as common sense.
And you're right, it is very hard to do. Certain
things are very hard to do, especially because of society.
Like listen to eat the way I eat, I'm kind
of a pain in them behind man, you know. And
it's like I go out with my kids, like they
don't want to go out because we gotta worry about

(16:20):
where we go and what they have or whatever. But
even when, like if you go to any restaurant, none
of that is designed for you to be healthy. And
I have to customize every meal to be healthy. And
that didn't used to be like that. There used to
be a wholesome meal. And then you know, it's interesting

(16:42):
we talk about the soil and you know, the products
nowadays it's interesting if you go around the world that
there's differences. You know, there shouldn't be differences, you know.
I found out that over in Europe people don't have
to Even people that come from here and go to
Europe don't have the gluten problems they do here. And

(17:04):
the reason being is it's not the gluten, it's the GMO.
And Europe doesn't have GMOs.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
The dwarf wheat, right, that our wheat is just totally
compromised here in the States.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
It's really all of our grains are GMO now. And
exactly some people think it's a great idea, but I'm thinking, listen,
God gave us this stuff, and there's nothing on this
earth that I've ever known of that's God made that's
bad for you. But everything that's man made.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Is yeah, okay, how do you argue with that? Right?
Really when you look down deeply right, so true and
that yeah, that's exactly why I was doing. That's why
I created Exous was because of that fact. It's like,
let's go to the source, right, let's go back and
you know, thousands of years ago and what you put
on this earth, and let's reutilize those and then then
when I looked at what molecular hydrogen does you know,

(17:56):
it's a hydrogen that's the smallest element that God created it.
He created water before anything else if you look at Genesis,
and obviously water is made up with H two O
hydrogen and the oxygen. So the hydrogen molecule is so important.
And you look at the modern research that's done on
there's thousands of research reports that showed the benefits of
hydrogen inside the body and really rejuvenates the cells and

(18:19):
gets rid of the bad stuff and helps the good
work better. And then we add the other biblical nutrients
that give you the energy that your body needs, so
you're you're getting those nutrients that you're not getting through
your food. So it's just an amazing product to help
you get what you need in this kind of broken,
broken world that we're living in, trying to trying to

(18:41):
eat healthy in a very difficult.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
Environment, no doubt.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
And so the question I have for you is is
because there's lots of people nowadays kind of like coaches,
there's lots of people putting out supplements. Yeah, you know,
and it's like I'm a certified coach. I actually have
a certification, So annoys me when people wake up in
the morning and they call themselves the coach with no
basis in that. All right, So as a listener, like

(19:11):
I'm going to speak for the listeners. Yeah, you know,
it's very hard to decipher which supplements you should take,
you know, which you should do, what works, what doesn't,
what's healthy.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
For you, what may be worse for you?

Speaker 2 (19:23):
So what sets Exodus aside besides what you've explained already? Yeah,
what could you tell people that would make them want
to go and choose Exodus as their supplements right now?

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Yeah? The big difference is even instead of taking five things,
you can take one, right, So we have seven biblical herbs.
There's organic barley grass, organic wheat grass. Let's give you
those nutrients that you're missing from most things. And it
has saffron in it, which is one of the most expensive.
It's more expensive than gold and saffron that helps with
that rejuvenation of the waters in your cells, and it

(19:57):
helps with stress reduction as well, well, So it's very
very good for that. And then alo is a really
good gut health component. And then you combine cuman, frankin
sense and mirror and those help with the inflammation response,
and so you get inflammation, you get nutrients, and then
you combine that with the molecular hydrogen component. Then it

(20:18):
amplifies all the benefits that I just mentioned and it
gets rid of the it's called a master antioxid It
gets rid of the bad cells in the body and
helps your mitochondria process work better. So you have the
energy system in your body, which is the mitochondria works better,
so you have more sustained natural energy. So you're getting nutrients,
you're getting inflammations support, you're getting stress response support, and

(20:44):
you're getting energy. So it's like that's five different things
in one, so you don't have to take five of them.
You can take one and it's a lot less expensive
and just the very dramatic help. And it's all natural, right,
It's all sourced from biblical ingredients. And then the hydrogen
is the base element that God created.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
There you go, And you mentioned something earlier that I
want to focus on too, about you know, regenerative because
when my natural path put me on the program, when
I reverse the diabetes, that's exactly what she said, We're
gonna we are going to rebuild every cell in your
pancreas because because that's what diabetes is. It's your pancreaus

(21:27):
not functioning properly. So instead of treating the glucose, which
is what they normally do, right, treat the source. That's
the problem with Western medicine. They never treat the source.
You're never going to fix anything if you don't treat
the source.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
That's right, that's right, agree and that that's uh. That's
why I'm so passionate about what I want to do
to help help people like you. Need to look at
the basics, right, we need hydration as a human. As
a as a human, our bodies need a lot of water,
and we're just not getting enough water. We're not getting
enough nutrients, right, So you need to get enough nutrients.
You need to get sun. Vitamin D is very very
important for your body. Right, And I talk about breathing

(22:06):
techniques because those are free. These are things that you
can do for free. Right. You just get water, you
drink enough water, you hydrate, you get nutrients in your
body by eating the right whole foods and maybe taking
a supplement like Exodus and or other supplements that you need.
Because I think that what you need is to find
what you're deficient in, and then supplement for what you're
deficient in. Don't just take a supplement to take a supplement, right, right,

(22:28):
And I think that's really really important. And then the
whole mind, body spirit connection thing is very very important.
That's why we include a prayer guide that goes with
every single one of our products, because we want you
to engage that your mind. Right, Your mind is very
very powerful. It literally can control your body. So if
you say these things out loud, you're declaring it. The
Bible tells us there's power in your tongue. You declare

(22:48):
it out loud, and you read it with your eyes
and you hear yourself say it, and then you use
the supplement inside your body. You're using four out of
your five God given senses to help you with they're health.
And that just gives you hope. Right. It's like, Hey,
I read that Bible verse today and I read that intention,
and I said that prayer and those three things are
going to really help me with my health. And you

(23:10):
can believe it, and it will make a big difference
in your whole overall well being.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Oh, no doubt about it. I love it, and you
know it's long lasting. That's the difference too.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
Think of all the people that are on pharmaceuticals and man,
they stopped taking all the problems come back.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
Yeah. Yeah. I did research and our seniors take on
average of fifteen different prescription medications in a year period.
So just think about that. Fifteen. That's that's an average
to us. It's just horrible, right, So we need to
get people off of those. We need to get back
to natural solutions and natural environments and getting our bodies
what it needs. And we can do that, right, we

(23:51):
literally can. We just need to educate people on how
to do it because it is hard to do with
this instant world that we live in. Right the coffee
you got instant to you know, drive through for food,
and but you just need to work out a little
bit and you can start finding whole foods, right, Look,
instead of the ingredients. You know, you look at a
package and it's got twenty five ingredients on it, that's

(24:13):
probably not very good for you to look at the
whole ingredients and try to shop on the outside of
a grocery store, you know, don't go to the inside
of the grocery store. That's where all of the processed
foods are so super important.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
It's also interesting when you read labels, because most people
don't read labels. And when I started reading labels, I
was like, oh my god, this is ridiculous. Why is
there sugar in my broccoli?

Speaker 1 (24:40):
It's like everything it's just ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Right, I mean, like I'm just thinking, why would you
even do that? And you know, even even when you
try to, like you go to Whole Foods, okay, and
there's some things that are good there that you can't
get anywhere else, but they're no different than a lot
of rest because if you go to their their GMO

(25:03):
or their gluten not gluten free section, there's a big
sign that says may contain gluten.

Speaker 3 (25:10):
I don't know. Gluten free means.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
It should not contain any gluten, you know, right, And
they're three hundred and sixty five and their three sixty
five brand it was it came out years ago. Where
you know, if you look at the label on there,
it says USD A Certified Organic and then it says

(25:36):
import from China. It is absolutely impossible to be USD
A Certified Organic and come from China.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
That's just saying yeah, just saying yep, yeah. And you know,
they got bought out by Amazon, right, and so you
know you got to really watch out for that unfortunately.
So yeah, that's why it's hard, right, You literally have
to to dig in and do a little research and
use apps like the Yuca app right to just scan
your foods and see how healthy they are. And you know,

(26:07):
but you can do it, and it's it is worthwhile
to do because you know, we are we don't have
one temple, right, God gave us one body, and you
need to take care of this one thing that you
do have. And the best way to do it is
start getting to the source. Right, you are what you eat,
and it's really really impactful. And but you if you
with a little bit of effort, you don't have to

(26:29):
boil the ocean. Right, just start doing one thing at
a time, right, and maybe this this week you're going
to focus on hydration, So focus on getting enough hydration,
and maybe next week you do a little bit hydration
as well as getting some right the right nutrient for
breakfast maybe right, and then then you just start over
over time, you can make a significant difference in your
health just by being intentional related to that. So that's

(26:51):
what I'm super passionate about and I want to want
to help people because it's important, right, And I believe
that we can get people off of the couch and healthy,
that they can go have a positive impact on this world. Right,
they can also share that same message with their children
and their grandchildren, and their their friends and their neighbors,
and and we can just start making this world a
healthy world. And we can all love each other rather

(27:12):
than hate each other, which is a.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
I think that's the part of the hate.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
I think everybody's so unhealthy, that's yeah, Because you know,
you have poison in the body, it does affect your mind.
You know, the mind affects the body. Body affects the mind.
It's a two way straight. And you know that's why
I think sometimes supplements like yours too, if nothing else,

(27:36):
they regulate your body, you know, so that you're not
having that up and down, you know, and and you're
constantly in a state of you know, a positive health.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Yeah. Like one of the things this products, you know,
excess help with is a Cicadian rhythm. Right, So when
when you're sleeping, when you when you lack sleep, when
you don't sleep well, you end up up tired and
you end up drop to you the next day, right,
So you need to That's where our bodies recover is
during sleep, so you need to have a really good rhythm,
and that really good sleeping habits are are important, and

(28:12):
that this product helps with that too. So it's just
really really cool. I don't mean to keep harping on,
but I think it's just really important that not only
can we help you with the nutrients you need during
the day, but we can help you sleep better, which
is you're gonna feel better when you wake up, and
you're gonna have more energy during the day, and it
just becomes this positive momentum rather than this negative momentum
like you mentioned, So exactly super important.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
So how do people first of all connect to you socials,
the web, everything else, and secondly how do they get
more information and check out your supplements?

Speaker 1 (28:47):
Sounds great, So, Dob, I'd love to give your audience
a free gift. If you go exodustrong dot com, so
Exodus strong dot com, forward Slash free, I give you.
You can send in a self address down Develope and
I'll send you a travel pack of Exodus for free.
It's like six capitals you can try. You want to
spend less than ten bucks. You can buy a couple
of them right, or you can buy a bottle there.

(29:08):
But it's just a really quick and easy way for
you to try it, because I think the more people
that try it, the more they're gonna like it. And
it's just a great, great benefit to people. And then
I'm on biohackingville dot com is my new community I'm
putting together. I'm really passionate about biohacking and all things
that help people with their health, and so that's good.
That's my new community. I'm just doing them. Rebranding my

(29:31):
podcast to be the Biohacking Bill podcast and a Biohacking
Build newsletter so you can subscribe to that little world,
and we're gonna have all sorts of tips and tricks
on how to do these healthy things, all right, And
so that that's my big contribution to the world is
going to be building that biohacking vill community.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
I love it, and I love what you do, but
I love even more that you walk your talk because
you've gone through the experience of these people are going
through and you found a solution and you just want
to help the world and provide them this solution.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
That's right, that's all. I'm all passionate about it, right, Like,
I really want to help people in a dramatic way.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
Right.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
I was addicted to alcohol for twenty years. You know,
I'm seven years sober. I've made a huge transition in
my life from that perspective. I was an amazing athlete
when I was younger runner, and now I'm really going
getting my body back to the way it was when
I was young. And of course I've had health issues.
All of us do. But let's let's look at what
the source is, Like you said, let's go back and

(30:31):
look at how we can solve. Like that diabetic issue
that you solved is so fantastic because you went and
solved the main problem. You didn't just try to fall
fix the aftermath, right, And so I think that's that's
core to what I want people.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
And it takes a lot of work. It takes a
lot of work. Like you gotta be willing to do
the work. You did all all the work to poison
your body, you gotta do all the work to unpoison it,
that's right, Right.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
Took decades probably for your body to get to where
it is. So don't don't you know, to go take
the the white coat is not going to give you
a pill to fix it. So let's just start peeling
back down in and just make make little little adjustments.
And you can make those little adjustments and then just
start adding them onto each other, and it just it
it's becomes addictive because you start feeling better. And once

(31:18):
you start feeling better, it gives you hope, right, that
hope we talked about earlier. You're like, hey, I do
feel a little bit better this week. You know, maybe
I should keep doing that. Maybe they should add another thing,
and you just start stacking them, right. Some people call
it bile stacking, right, So you just start doing one
thing at a time and then you just start stacking
them on top of each other, and my gosh, your
body starts making these dramatic changes and you're just like, wow,

(31:40):
I feel so much better. I'm sleeping better, I have
more energy. I can you know, just just transition, just
start thinking more logically and more positive and just become
a better person in general. So that's why I'm so
passionate about it.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
Yeah, and you know the fact that the matter is
it is you know, again a kudos to supplements. Is
when I first started on this journey that I was
talking about, I remember, you know, I wasn't there. There
wasn't a lot I was eating like before, like and

(32:15):
I wasn't craving anything, and called the natural path. I'm like,
you know, it's really weird. I'm not even hungry, and
she goes, because your body is getting everything it needs.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
You know.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
The problem is is the reason we're always hungry all
the time is you're not giving the body what it needs.
You're giving it a bunch of junk, which is not
satisfying the hunger.

Speaker 1 (32:41):
That's true. Yeah, so true. Yeah, glad, glad you said
that because it's really really important and we all end
up being that way. And I was like that for
a long time too. And it's like the sugar that's
in everything just literally if you look at the the
details of sugar, refined sugar, it's a poison tasting good.

(33:01):
You know, I'm the first person to admit that, but geez,
it just does not do your body any favors. It's
it's not good for your body. And work with a
holistic practitioner and she's like, literally she calls it a poison,
and I was like, well, I try not to say
that because people get turned off by it by that.
But if you look, it's true.

Speaker 2 (33:19):
It is true, and you know it's a drug. It's
a drug. It's more addictive than most drugs are. And
you know it's interesting too, like don't just read labels,
you know, the front of the label, because that's marketing.
Like V eight juice markets itself as healthy. If you

(33:40):
read the ingredients, it's one of the most unhealthy things, okay,
especially if you're a diabetic. So much sugar, you know,
but you don't think of that. You think, oh, it's.

Speaker 1 (33:52):
On the outside. It looks like all the vegetables you're getting.
You're like, oh, I'm getting eight vegetables.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
This is Chris is great for me, right exactly, And
I think it's it's true of a lot of it.
You know, it's we're being marketed to. Okay, But you
need to do your research people, and that's why Rob
is a person, perfect person to connect with. You know,

(34:17):
even if you're not ready for new supplements, connect with Rob.
You can learn from Rob. But check out the supplements,
try it, see what it does for you. The results
will speak for themselves and then you can make a
decision based on that. And he wouldn't be around all
this time doing this if people were not getting the

(34:38):
results that they desire.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
Right, it's so exciting because we're getting so many good
reports back from people and they're loving the product and
they're super excited about the transitions they're making. I literally,
he's got a text like thirty minutes ago and this
woman's like, I need some more product. So I've been
swimming and I can actually breathe better with my swimming
and seas it's amazing. I'm gett an extra lap that
she hasn't been able to do for She's like, it's

(35:00):
the only reason. The only thing I've changed is your supplement.
So it's just fun to see that, you know, when
you're helping people, just really makes you feel.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
Good, no doubt.

Speaker 2 (35:09):
Is there any final words you want to share with
our listeners that we haven't covered yet.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
No, I just want to give people hope, right. I
want you to know that you do have breath in
your lungs today and that God has a plan for
your life. So let's just accept that and then go
start trying to figure out what that plan is. And
and try to do good things in the world. Right,
that's what that's why I want for you. And I
call myself a faith and health warrior, and I want
to I want to help you with your health. And
if I can help you with your health, then let's

(35:34):
have a faith discussion if you're open to it.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Right.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
So, I never want to push myself on anybody, but
I do want to let people know that, you know,
I believe that Jesus died on the cross for me
and that I have a direct relationship with him, and
that gives me hope every single day, and I want
to give other people that same hope.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
Hope is the key to health.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
Amen.

Speaker 3 (35:55):
Amen to that.

Speaker 2 (35:56):
Well, thank you for all that you do to help people,
and thanks for being on the Adventures of Pipe Man.

Speaker 1 (36:01):
Is so exciting. I appreciate it. Thank you for listening
to the Adventures of Pipemin on w for c u
