Two Winemaking Families in AOC Graves: Old & New

Many producers in AOC Graves are family run, some for centuries and newer producers who appreciate its signature “Gravas de Bordeaux” gravelly soils, ideal for making exceptional white and red wines. Caroline and Xavier Perromat represent the ninth-generation family at Château de Cérons, a 17th century estate.
