Good morning Ali. And I also want my listeners to know,
especially my faithful followers, I hope some of you are
here or will be joining, and that I have the
questions from last live show, which was in December. It

was already a few weeks ago. I can't believe it.
Time is flying. So let's talk about what your heart
is calling you to do and how you can hear
your heart. What is it that you need to do

(04:01):
to listen to your heart. And I'm going to start
by talking about my psych one oh one lesson and
that is your conscious mind decided to join us today.
So thank you conscious mind of yours and your then

(04:25):
your subconscious mind is the part of you that has
recorded every moment that you have been alive, from the
moment that you were conceived to present time. And we're
also going to be talking about your subconscious mind can

(04:49):
also also has the information from your ancestors and even
your past lives. And so learning to tap into your
subconscious mind and know what is it that you believe
on the deepest level, so that you can clear those

(05:13):
limiting beliefs and emotions that would keep you from manifesting
your dreams in twenty twenty five and beyond. And then
you have your super conscious mind. And your super conscious
mind is the universe. It is all your angels and guides,

(05:37):
and it is the higher aspects of your being, your
higher self and your soul. And your higher self is
this wise, unconditionally loving part of you. And so tapping

(05:59):
into these higher aspects of self and working with the
universe is the way that you will more quickly have
this happen. And I see Misty, Misty ask when is
the move happening? It's actually this is my last Thank

So so talking about what and being able to really
tap in to those higher aspects of self is a
life changer.

It's life changing. So let me go back to some
questions that came from last week Live last live show,
and NICKI asked, what if you come into awareness but

(08:05):
you don't know where to go from here. So when
you're working on manifesting your dreams in twenty twenty five, okay,
you want to be able to come into the awareness
of what you are truly will truly be there, like

(08:29):
to really be able to hear and feel and sense
and know, And Micky says, we'll certainly try to be there.
Thank you, Micky, all right, And I'm answering your question
from a few weeks ago. So coming into that awareness
is actually it's learning to become conscious of what you

(08:55):
may have been have been in the subconscious mind. And
so what learning to come into more awareness means that
you start tuning in even more to what you're feeling,
what you're thinking, what are your desires, what are your

(09:17):
truly your wants on the deepest level, because your heart
is your soul guiding you to your highest and greatest life,
and learning how to tap into and listen is through

(09:37):
the awareness. And so if you don't know what to do,
because your question was what do you do when you
come into awareness? First thing that you want to do
when you come into awareness is perhaps start asking questions.

(10:01):
Start asking questions of your higher self or your soul, like,
for example, what what is it that you want me
to manifest for my highest and greatest good in twenty
twenty five? What is it that's going to be the most.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Important thing that will be able to have me manifest?
So you ask what kind of questions NIGGI, So asking
questions like, what is it that is for my highest good?

(10:47):
Just say highest good. You can say highest and greatest,
but if you don't remember that, just say, ask what's
for my highest good?

Speaker 2 (10:55):
What is it that will light me up this year? Now,
it may be personal goals, it may be professional goals,
it may be goals around your business, It may be
goals around your personal life, your relationships, or it may

(11:15):
be your health, or it may be prosperity. Really tune
in and that's where the awareness comes in. And once
you have the awareness, then you can really ask those
questions that will lead you to the next step in

(11:43):
the manifesting process. So the first step is to listen
to your heart's calling. What is it that you're being
called to do or guided to do, or would love
to do? Because any of those answering any of those
what are you feeling called to do? What are you

(12:06):
feeling guided to do? What would you love to do?
Because I want you all to know that your higher
self is guiding you and wants to guide you. And
when you ask the questions, then you can get even
more clear guidance. What is the next step, like to

(12:32):
really understand what you need to do to move forward
in your life that will bring you joy. Okay, So
I see Anastasia asked a question, and I will get
to your question in a moment. Okay. So I just

(12:54):
want to make sure that I finish talking about the questions.
So when you are becoming aware, the next step is
asking the question, okay, and asking the questions of what
will bring you joy? Because when your soul and your

(13:20):
higher self and the universe want you to have joy.
So that is what I really want to support you
in this year to thinking what is it that you
would love? What is it that brings you joy? That
will guide you and lead you to the next steps. Okay.

(13:41):
So Anastasia asks, how would we know what if we
tune into the wrong signal? Do we have things that
lead us off the pack? Okay? So as yes and no?

(14:02):
All right, So here's the yes. If you get steered
by your ego and learning whether it's your ego or
your soul is a whole journey. But that awareness is
part of the process, and you can even ask the

(14:24):
questions of your higher self. So ask the question, is
this my ego or is this my higher self. You
can ask your higher self or your soul. You can
ask the universe, your guides, angels. You want to ask

(14:44):
the question so that you are more clearly. The other
way is to follow the path of peace or joy
or love. When you are in those emotions of peace,
something feels. And here's the thing. I also want you

(15:07):
to know that fear. You can still have fear at
the top. I want you to imagine the ocean, all right,
and you're gonna imagine the ocean, and underneath, underneath the
ocean is the is. The quietness is the is you,

(15:29):
the higher aspects, your higher self, your soul, and the
universal wisdom that's within you. And when you want to
be tapping into that piece, the love and the joy.
Now on the top, maybe fears or anxiety or anger

(15:51):
or frustration or all those other emotions. That's the waves
that come and go, but they are not your truth.
And so it's learning to be in that awareness, asking
the questions, and learning to be quieter and stiller. Now

(16:13):
I don't know if stiller is a word, but that
more still. Anyway, it's learning to quiet yourself and be
in the stillness. That's it. Stillness, Okay, to be in
the stillness so that you can hear or feel or

(16:37):
sense or know what you're being guided and that comes
with that awareness. That's why that awareness is so important.
So so know that if you're following the feelings of
peace or love or joy and it's coming from that

(17:00):
deeper place in you, then you're on the right track. Now,
I also want you all to know that there is
a possibility you may manifest something and then you're like, oh,
I thought I wanted it, but that's not really what
I want. Now, know that life is a journey and

(17:22):
full of lessons, and it's okay if you manifest something
and then you're like, then it helps you get clearer,
Oh that's not what I want. Like when you have
a health challenge, or when you have you manifest a relationship,

(17:42):
or you manifest something that you do not want because
you aren't clear or you weren't whatever, Well it was
what you thought you wanted. So the most important thing
is you can never get it wrong. Okay, So Anestasia,
I really want you to know that ultimately, and all

(18:06):
of you, I really want you to know you're never
getting your wrong because everything, even the most challenging moments
will always be opportunities for your growth and for your
learning and for understanding moving forward. Okay, So so Country

(18:42):
Corners Gazette last time asked, do the states of mind
ever struggle? Which one is going to be in control
of different situations? And how can we switch the power
to make things better? So, and I see your questioned, Charles,
and make I see you have questions coming in, so

(19:02):
I'm going to get to them. So what I all
want you to know is is that ultimately your consciousness,
whether it's your conscious mind which empowers you to make
those conscious decisions, it is your conscious mind that helps
you come into that aware state so that you can

(19:23):
hear or feel or sense or know what you truly
want to manifest. And your sub conscious mind runs on automatic.
It's your programming, it's your default programming, and the subconscious
mind just does. It's a powerful part of you, and

(19:44):
it just does. But I also want you to know
that your conscious mind and your super conscious mind, your
higher self, your soul in the universe are here to
guide you, to help you, to support you, support your
subconscious mind and steering in the right direction. And so

(20:05):
what I mean, so let me give you another example
that you can visualize. So if you can imagine a
target a bullseye, okay, and what you want your manifestation
is the bullseye, and that is what you consciously want
to create, and then what happens is your If you're

(20:31):
not manifesting what you consciously want to create, it's because
your subconscious mind is veering over all the way to
Let's say the target is straight ahead, the bullseye straight ahead,
and your subconscious mind is all the way to the left.

(20:53):
You're not in alignment. There's limiting beliefs and emotions that
are keeping you from being able to manifest your goal,
your target, okay. And so your job is to discover
those limiting beliefs and emotions so that you can start

(21:16):
healing and clearing. Now. It may be an easy few
or it may be a journey. Okay. I want you
to know that I'm still working on manifesting some of
my dreams and it's been years. But I also want
you to know now that things are speeding up energetically,
and so it may be easier. The clearer you are,

(21:40):
the better it is. So then what ultimately, as you
clear the limiting beliefs and emotions, you line up, you
line up with your target, and boom manifest. So it
is a process. It is a journey. And know that
a lot of what's going on is all part of

(22:04):
the journey. Okay, so let's go to some of those questions.
So Charles asked, what if you don't know your dreams?
What if you think you are living the life for you?
So Charles, what I invite you to do is to
ask those questions. If if you what I want to

(22:28):
ask you is are you enjoying your life? If you're
enjoying your life and it's bringing your fun and joy
and peace and happiness and prosperity, because those are all
the energies of your higher self and your soul, that's
what your higher self and soul want for you. Peace, love, joy, happiness, prosperity, health.

(22:56):
Those are the things that your soul really wants for you. Now,
if you think that you're living the life for you,
what I want you to start asking is this the
life that I love? If it is, go for it.

(23:16):
If and if to find out your dreams, like, ask yourself,
what would if you're not feeling peace or love or joy,
ask yourself what would bring me to peace, what would
bring me to joy? What would bring me to feeling

(23:39):
that I am loving my life, not just living it,
because this is what I think I'd have to do.
It's learning to say I love my life so that
you're living and inspired an empowered life. That's what I
want for you, So that you're living that inspired and

(24:00):
empowered life that brings you joy and peace and prosperity
and help and loving relationships and amazing things that will
really move you in the direction. And so I invite

(24:21):
you this year, Charles, to ask yourself, what are my dreams?
If I can imagine and dream anything I want, what
would it be? Now for all of you, this is
taking time to be quiet and to listen, and that's important.

(24:41):
That takes that conscious commitment, dedication, discipline, and awareness. And
again that may not always be an easy peace, but
it's part of the journey. And I really want to
support you starting out twenty twenty five being able to

(25:02):
really bring in more of your consciousness by being in
that quietness and the awareness. I want you to know,
Tony five is your year to thrive. That's my motto.
Twenty twenty five is the year to thrive. Okay, so
hopefully Charles that help. Is this a lifelong journey? Yep,

(25:24):
usually it is. I will tell you Charles, it's usually
a lifelong journey. And you know what, it makes it
life more exciting because you may not have the same
dreams and goals you had when you were younger, in
your twenties or thirties. I don't know how old you are,
but if you know, depending on where you are, your

(25:46):
dreams may change according to where you are, or you
may go back to child and say, hey, I dreamed
of doing this, and you know what, I'm going to
do it. So you never know, Oh, you never know. Look,
I used to daydream about speaking, and now I love speaking.

(26:08):
But there wasn't always and I told you this story,
there wasn't always a time. There wasn't always a time
where I was able to speak. I was in college,
I took public speaking, and I couldn't even do it
because I was so scared. But as I got older,
it started happening. So no that it can happen at

(26:35):
any time any age. I was just listening. I've been
listening to a mentor who's eighty five years old, and
he started doing his thing in the seventies in his seventies. Okay,
so we're never too old. So yes, it is a
lifelong journey. Might as well enjoy your life in this

(26:57):
lifelong journey. Okay, that's what I want for you, all
of you. So Mickey says, does that fall into be
careful what you wish for? Category? So I know I
was talking about manifesting and does it fall into what
you wish for? Category? So yeah, be careful what you

(27:21):
wish for, because yes, you can't if you manifest it
and then you're like, oh, I thought that was what
I wanted. But he is the thing, Like I said before,
even if you manifest something that you thought you wanted
but you really don't want or it's not what you

(27:41):
thought you wanted, you can always adjust course. So I
know Anastasia said, so we need to adjust as we go. Yes,
adjusting as we go. It's being in the moment, being
in that conscious state of awareness so that you're tuning
in in to what it is you really want in

(28:05):
this time period, in this moment, and it is part
of the journey learning how to tune in more deeply,
more powerfully. So I am going to get to Misty's
question and the others in this moment, I want to
just take this time for those of you who just

(28:28):
may be tuned in late. I want you all to
know this is an important, big announcement. Okay, the show

Misty said, asked the problem is the problem is what
if we manifest something thinking we are following the right path,
but it turns out not to be the one having
have we caused more conflict? And how do we know

(31:33):
when to correct course? Okay, so Misty, like I said,
even if you think you're following your path and the course,
but there then you manifest it and you're not feeling it,
and like it may be you thought you wanted this

(31:53):
job and then it's not really what you want. It's
not working out the best way to tell if it
feels right? And remember I was talking about those feelings
of peace and love and joy and happiness and all
the other feelings underneath. That's the feelings of your soul now.

(32:19):
And those feelings on top, like the fear or anger
or frustration, those are the waves on top now if
you're feeling fear or anger or frustration, like, ah, I
don't know if I really want this. What I am

(32:42):
going to support you in doing is tuning in, tuning in,
tuning in two What it is? What do you feel?
What are you feeling? Okay? And so it's about really

(33:06):
learning how to tune into the feelings, your feelings. Now
if you manifest something and it feels good, or you
feel and you may feel fear, but underneath the fear
is this this feels great. There's there's a rightness to it,
like for example, Okay, so I what happened? What the

(33:33):
reason why I'm changing the time of the show, And
Charles asked when it's going to be Thursdays at five
pm Eastern starting next week five pm Eastern on Thursday evenings. Okay,
So what happened was I love doing this show and
I love supporting you and helping you hopefully to move

(33:57):
towards your inspired in a powered life. And what happened
was a situation came up where there was a conflict
of time. Now I needed to make choices. I could
either choose to stay had the show at the same time,
or I could choose to be in this group that

(34:20):
I wanted to be a part of to help me
manifest my goals and dreams. And I sat with it,
and I really duck clear that I needed to move
the time of the show that I needed to be
in this group, which was this opportunity that I felt
was going to be really important for me. And so

(34:44):
I decided to change the time of the show because
I felt like, Okay, let's change things up now. Can
I be wrong? Maybe, But all I know is that
I'm I'm going with my intuition. I'm going with what
felt right at that moment. And so we're doing the

(35:07):
time change Thursdays at five pm Eastern, and again, I'm
hoping all of you can join us and that we
will still be able to answer your question because that's
what I want. So now have it? Will it cause

(35:29):
more conflict? It depends on what you manifest and how
you perceive it. Okay, so if you perceive this manifestation
that maybe what you thought you wanted but isn't. Or
you thought you were on the right path but it wasn't.
And now if you perceive it and say, oh my god,

(35:52):
I can't believe I did this. I really messed up.
Da da da da, and you beat yourself up. Not
a good thing. If you say, okay, so this is
where I'm at, maybe it's already something you manifested. This
is where I'm at. I thought I wanted it, but

(36:15):
it's not really what I want. And this is where
the tuning incomes in, and ask what do I want?
What do I want instead? And you can also ask
what would be the next step to move forward from
where I am? So if you were in a situation

(36:38):
where you already manifested something you thought you wanted but
you didn't, you can ask what do I do to
move forward from where I am? Now? If you're not sure,
this is about taking that time and being quiet and listening.
So most important, it's the listening is crucial. Listening to

(37:03):
your heart, which is your soul and your higher self,
listening to your feelings, listening to your gut, listening to yourself,
and the signs will come. You may get the feelings

(37:23):
you may get senses, you may get a vision, You
may get messages. You may get messages from a book,
from a TV show. Maybe I'm giving you the message.
You may get the guidance from another person, somebody may
say something. That's why that awareness is so crucial because

(37:49):
it will be your tool, because it really is a
duo to the next steps. You can't know the next
step or steps if you're not tuning in and being
aware to where you are now, what you're feel and

(38:11):
what you truly desire, and if you're not sure now,
and that includes if you've already manifested something. So Abraham
and Esther Hicks they talk about contrast, and the contrast

(38:31):
is you when you manifest something and you realize it's
not what you want, it's a good thing. And again
remember it's how you perceive it. How can I use
this contrast or use this thing I manifested or this
life experience that I'm manifested and change it to what

(38:52):
I do want, and change it to what I do want.
And I really want to support you and knowing this
is the year to thrive, this is it, Like I
really believe in all of you that you can start
moving more to you towards your inspired and empowered life.

(39:15):
I believe in you. No, hopefully that answered your question.
Misty Anna Sayesa asked, how do we know we are
even capable of manifesting anything? So Anastasia, guess what, all
of us we are so much more powerful than we realize.

(39:36):
And all of us are manifestors. Okay, we are manifesting
all the time. But what happens is that you're manifesting
unconsciously or subconsciously. Everything around you is a manifestation of
your consciousness. Now, what I'm supporting you and doing is

(39:58):
to be a conscious manifestor and to consciously manifest the
life and the dreams that you really want, the ones
that feel exciting and give you peace and love and joy.
That's what I'm supporting you and doing so. And Misty says,

(40:30):
leading by example, Mickey says, how long is the turn
tuning time? How long is the tuning time? The tuning
time can be It could be, you know, like I've
learned to tune in. Sometimes I can tune in a
few minutes sometimes and maybe longer. What I do in

(40:51):
the mornings is I pay time where I'm quiet and
listening or what my guidance is or what my day
needs to be. I mean, I have my list of
what I want to accomplish, but sometimes I'm I'm like
really tuning in to what needs to happen today that
I may not have written down or that is priority.

(41:13):
So tuning in time can be a few minutes, or
it depends on how quickly you can quiet yourself and
tune in. If it takes you time to quiet your mind,
then it may take longer. And that's okay. Learning to
tune in, learning to give yourself that quiet time is

(41:35):
really important and really powerful, really powerful important. So Micky asked,
our feelings really a safe way to follow? So okay,
So it depends on the feeling. Okay, if your following

(41:58):
feelings of anger, no, no, no, no, it's not a
safe way to go. And remember I always say, you
want to feel your feelings, but in a healthy, appropriate way.
You do not want to act out feelings of anger
or frustration in unhealthy ways, or fear in unhealthy ways

(42:19):
where you're hurting yourself, somebody else or the environment. And
so your feelings, the feelings of peace, of love, of joy,
and not over joy, not like oh it comes from
a more grounded and centered place, a place where there

(42:46):
is this joy radiating from within. And so it's following
those feelings of the soul of your soul, and it's
learned need to tune in to listen or feel the feelings. Now,
you're not wanting to follow the feelings of fear, anger, grief, guilt, shame,

(43:13):
those feelings, no, except guilt. I will tell you if
you have to make amends, okay, But unhealthy guilt you're
not following. Okay. Healthy guilt is when you know that
you've done something wrong, but you want to and you
need to make amends so that and then what happens

(43:36):
is when you do that, it turns you around so
that you come into more peace, love and joy. That's
what you're going for the feelings of your soul, okay.
And so again this is about learning. This is a journey.

(43:56):
It's not a destination. It is a lifelong journe and
I really want to support all of you and being
in the journey of having a lot of inspired, empowered
life and to tune in to I hope you can
