She had to adjust her work life due to battling breast cancer. She was Lyft driver and due to chemotherapy and radiation the oncologist did not want her doing that anymore due to the risks of being exposed to people with a compromised immune system. She has always loved animals and saw there was something that families who were moving needed. People that move sometimes need their pets transported. Unfortunately, there are not many that do it in the caring way that a lover of animals like Christine would. She discusses the type of service she provides to the animals on the trip like she is their best friend. She also understands how much people care about their pets which is why she keeps in constant contact with the owners to keep their mind at ease knowing their pets are in good hands and provides updates every step of the way till the pets are safely in their new homes with their family.
