D'Arcy Waldegrave: Sportstalk host on the Runit Championship League moving final venue from Auckland to Dubai

The final of a controversial 'run it straight' event offering $200,000 to the winner has been shifted from Auckland to the Middle East amid calls for it to be banned.

Australian-based Runit Championship League held two trial events at Trusts Arena last month - but the West Auckland venue pulled out of hosting the final, citing safety concerns.

Now, the organisation has announced the final will be held in Dubai this month, with the date yet to be confirmed.

slid off. The greens. That bad, They're so so hard.
Ardol Palmers said, you get hurt all seventy two greens
and regulation and still won't company, not even close to victory.

It's that tough. It's nasty.

And it's not only the rough which strangles the clubhead
when you're trying to chip out of it, so it
basically goes square if you get it wrong. But the
greens are glass, so if there's no relief, there's some
skinny fairways. You just cannot relax at any stage. So
Cheffler's favorite, but who knows. Fox of the Ryan variety

at nine consecutive cuts in majors. He's third on the
list at the moment, behind Shuffley and Cheffler.
