Aviation experts have issued warnings about the latest crop of Air New Zealand baggage issues.
65 bags had to be unloaded from a direct flight from NZ to New York so the plane could avoid a cyclone. The affected passengers were not informed of this.
Experts are concerned that this may happen again. Irene King, aviation commentator, is one of them and she's here to talk about it.
