Labour has accused National of misleading voters with their proposed tax plan.
An analysis from Council of Trade Unions (CTU) shows just 3000 households would receive the $250 per fortnight relief National promised.
National's Nicola Willis defended these figures saying the claim came with the 'up to' caveat- but admitted the 3000 figure was correct.
