All Blacks coach Scott Robertson has made some line-up changes ahead of this weekend's Bledisloe Cup opener in Sydney.

Beauden Barrett returns to fullback, Will Jordan moves to the right wing, and Ethan de Groot and Caleb Clarke make their return after recovering from injuries.

All Blacks prop Tyrel Lomax hopes the team can turn their luck around after the two recent defeats in Cape Town.

He expressed his disappointment with how the last couple of games went for the team - especially towards the end.

the scrub? I guess yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:43):

and changing. Just whoever's there you're going to make it work.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
I just try to keep it simple for myself.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Yeah, fair enough. You're feeling confident. I mean you've got
to be feeling confident mate. It's it's the Wallabies, right,
they suck.

You trying to give me a bite. Now if we've
had a good week, now we had a been some
awsome with over here in Sydney. They were up disappointed
in those last two tests. It's I guess putting together
performance here.

pretty confident you're going to be able to run this
one in.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Yeah, yeah, I guess we'll look at that. I guess
that first twenty minutes putting inside and they're up three.
So that's the side that we're preparing for. I guess
the one that can come out and playing them in
their backyard. They want to come out and put good
boards together as well.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
And so how are you guys feeling about having gone
down to the box twos that be feeling a bit bruised.

Speaker 2 (02:22):

way those games sort of panned out, I guess towards
the you know, last twenty minutes of both of those games,
I put my hand up that last is made a sillier.
I gave them a chance to score a try and
for the game.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
I guess to be fair to you, though, mate, you
were on for a really long time, like probably actually
too long, don't you think?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Long than I normally play? I guess yeah, but you
just try and go for as long as you can
until you get pulled off.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Were you feeling a bit naked?

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yeah? Given two minutes and test match yep, yeah and
actually times yeah.
