Many businesses are unhappy with the Government’s latest announcement.
The Government has introduced its Fair Pay Agreements bill, which it aims to pass into law next year.
It would create a new system for collective bargaining which they argue would lead to higher wages and better conditions across all sectors.
Businesses would then be forced to bargain with a union or accept the ruling of the ERA if they won't negotiate.
