Radius Care Managing Director Brian Cree says the industry is full of hard-working people.
He told Mike Hosking they're dealing with systemic issues.
“It’s chronically underfunded. We can’t get enough nurses into the country, we can’t pay them the same as the DHBs because we’re not funded enough.”
