Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome back to the family of Helena Hutchins, the late
cinematographer who was tragically killed on the set of Rust,
has spoken out following the film's release.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Yeah for more, Peter Ford joins us again, Pete. What
does the family of Vilena had to.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
Say, Well, her mum and her sister g it must
be a very bittersweet time for them because Rust has
now been released in the States, But basically saying please
go and see it. She was our daughter, our sister,
Her work was wonderful. The end result was great. Uring
of course that she didn't actually finish the movie. Another
DP had to come in to finish it after Helena's death.
(00:35):
But it's not selling tickets at all. It was released
in one hundred and fifteen cinemas over the weekend in
the States. It took a total of twenty five thousand dollars.
So if you break that down, yeah, that's two hundred
and seventeen dollars per theater. Divide that by say ten sessions,
you know, twenty one dollars or whatever possession. So no
(00:57):
one's going to it. And movies that have a history
like this where something horrible has happened on the set
almost always tank. People just feel creepy about going to
see it, even though the reviews, the professional reviews for
it have been pretty good. And certainly, as I mentioned,
her mum and her sister are saying, we're so proud
of her work.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
Do what, Pete. I wouldn't have seen it out of
respect for her. But if her mom and her sister
are saying, please go and see it, it actually makes
me want to go and see it.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
Exactly.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yeah, you can see. It's like to please don't see
this work that might, you know, like makes it seem
less in.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Vain totally they stand correct.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
Yeah, all right, let's move on. Pete and Marty Cyrus
has treated fast to some brand new music.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
She certainly has, and you know, whenever she brings out
new music, it's exciting. It's also a bit terrifying for her,
I'm sure, because she's kind of set the bar so
high in terms of sales with Flowers. But over the
weekend she got up and performed. Now her album is
coming out. This is the first single. It's called More
to Lose, and this is not the fully produced record
(02:01):
that's going to be released, so that sounds great. And
she's from fine voice and something Beautiful is the name
of the album. And more to lose was that little
sampling of the single.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
Looking like a movie starting a worn out coat Elizabeth
Hurley perhaps yeah, well possibly yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
I'm just saying that's moving into this next section. Isn't
a Hollywood couple has made their relationship Instagram official?
Speaker 3 (02:22):
No? Yeah? They have gg had did oh no? Yeah,
and Bradley Cooper have, as we say, made an Instagram
official after two years. They finally you know that she's
put that picture up. That's not a PAP pic. She's
put it up herself as a result of her thirtieth
birthday party. Bradley is fifty years old, and we've known
about them being together. Hasn't been a lot of evidence,
(02:44):
but that certainly is evidence. So good luck to them.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
By Thank you, Pete. Back to again a bit later,
Thank you by
