Well, singer Sea has had a huge breakthrough in her
custody battle with a strange husband.

won this battle, so the adine month old, whose name

is Somersault, will be staying with Sea.

She has sole custody of the child.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Now, what happened yesterday as we talked about Daniel Bernard,
who was the now ex husband, was accusing Sea of
drunk drug usage and theirthel was not capable of looking
after a child. She in turn was publicly saying he
was under investigation for child pawn and therefore the child
was at risk.

So let's be very clear.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
What has happened now is the judge has said yes, Sea,
you keep the kid. But it is now confirmed that
Sea has had drug usage problems. She's being sober now
for six months and if actually says her sobrieties is now.

The cornerstone of her life.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
And we also should make it clear that Daniel's investigation
with regards child porn and he accused Sea of planting
evidence on his computer, that investigation has now ended with
no charges being laid at all.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
All right, let's move on.

Pete and a royal biographer has made a huge claim
about the future of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Yes, so this rolls on, And of course a lot
of the focus has been on the living arrangements. Who's
going to go to which cottage? How's that going to
work out? Is Fergie entitled to her own cottage? All
that has been playing out, But because it's a much bigger,
darker story.

Than just who's going to live where?

And if you have read the book written by Andrew
Lowney called entitled, he goes Through, he put four years
of work into this. He's meticulous in his research. He's
not a sensationalist, but he believes that there is a
very real possibility that both Fergie and Andrew could end
up behind bars. Now, of course, The other book that
came out was Virginia Giuffray's book in the last few

weeks that has kind of fueled the whole thing and
brought it to a head.

Because there's no secret that.

Andrew and Fergie's behavior has been questionable at best for many,
many years. But in this grab i'll show you with
Andrew Lownie, he does believe it's possible that Prince Andrew
will end up in prison and that Fergie also could
be working that ironing press in a women's prison.

some of these investigations, they will bring charges, and I
think if they do so, there was a very good

You think, oh, he's peaked now, he can't get a
more of a wow factor, but he does. And so
it was Halloween night and sweet dreams are made of this.
This was the tango number, so he got two tens,
which is very impressive, and he got two nines. A
lot of people watching, so it should have been the
perfect score. Judge for yourself, have a lot. But take

where the fake blood came from, so don't be alarmed.
