Well, arguably the biggest podcast episode ever has just been released,
Taylor Swift making her debut on boyfriend Travis Kelsey's show
New Heights.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Yeah, we're more. I joined by Entertainment, ended of Peter Ford.

Okay, fans are going wild over this, Pete tell us
about it.

Yeah, well it's playing out literally now. We have a
team of sleuths, so we're listening to every word and
their podcast goes sometimes for two hours, so we'll stay
across it all morning, I promise you. What we do
know so far is October three is the release date.

This podcast has done a lot for me. I owe
a lot to this podcast. This podcast got me a
boyfriend ever since Travis decided to use it as his
personal dating app about two years ago.

So yeah, now the other one, this has just gone
to air now, and this is when they talk about
buying back all of her original material. That was a
huge thing, of course, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars.
And Taylor is very protective of her own work obviously,
so she should be. As you see here, getting it
back is still an emotional topic for her to talk about.

is set to award some big celebrities with a special honor.

Yeah, and he's making his TV comeback. So it's a
win win for everyone.

So the Kennedy Center Honors are a very big deal.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
They primarily are given out to people in the world
of show business, all sorts of spheres of show business.
It's a great honor to get it. They put on
a fantastic show. You sit there as a guest. You
don't perform, other people come at and honor you. And
of course this year it's done very much in the
shadow of President Trump.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Now, the big.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
News today will come to who's going to get them?
But firstly, Donald Trump is going to host the awards.
Now he doesn't want to do It's people are begging
him to do it because they need the ratings.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
As he explains here, so I have agreed to host.
Do you believe what I have to do? And I
didn't want to do it.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
Okay, they're going to say, he insisted, I did notice this,
but I think it will be quite successful actually.

So you know, there you go. Look, he can be funny.

And now as to who's actually getting them, this is
interesting predictable in some ways. Sylvester Stallone is getting them,
and there's no doubt that he is an iconic movie star.
He's still out there, is still doing things, and as
President Trump quite openly admitted, he's a very good friend
of his.

So Sylvester Stallone will be there.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Gloria Gain or will she survive the backlash that is
inevitably going to come for all these performers. There will
be a lot of other people who work in the
world of show business. Who will not be happy that
these people are accepting it, particularly now when President Trump
is hosting it.

Kiss are also getting it now.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
This will be really interesting because Paul and Gene actually
sold everything thing to do with Kiss for about five
hundred Australian million.

Dollars a couple of years ago.

So the Swedish company who now own Kiss may not
be thrilled at all. They may find it very damaging
to the brand Kiss to actually have them up on
stage collecting that award. So I'm going to investigate that
one further. The other one, which is kind of random,
is Michael Crawford. Now Michael Crawford of course the original
star fandom of the opera and of course a TV

classic as well, with some mothers.

Do have him.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
He kind of turned his back on show business about
eighteen years ago. Actually lives in New Zealand now in
a little fishing village, and the people there don't care
or really even know who he is. He just might
from up the road. But this is going to put
him back into the spotlight again. So the Kennedy Center
on is hosted by President Donald Trump first week of December.
