Speaker 1 (00:03):
Good morning. We begin with breaking news. Shots have been
fired into a home in Sydney's southwest. Emergency crews raced
to the scene at mcquarie Fields shortly before eleven last night,
following reports that two people had fired multiple gunshots before
fleeing the scene. No one was injured. We'll have more
on this story as it develops throughout the morning. The

that plane. They have been able to find what they
believe is pieces of the engine scattered next to the runway.
They're also asking members of the community if they find
any debris to leave it where it is and give
them a call because it will help them piece together
what went wrong here. So, going through that video, all
of the video that has emerged showing the final moments

(01:05):
of that flight, it does paint a picture as to
what happened. At the beginning, fire was seen coming out
of the left wing and then seconds later it erupted
into that fireball, the fire spreading to a number of
businesses on the ground to taking a direct hit from
that plane. The death toll now sits at nine. Authorities
do fear that that could go up, but they're also

(01:28):
looking for people that are unaccounted for. Those flames hit
businesses and the big problem for authorities is that there
may have been customers inside there, so they're having trouble
piecing together just how many people are missing. They do
believe by the end of the day they should have
a clearer picture of how many victims they have from
this fiery crash.
