Rhodes is a high rise mini city that now has
the biggest community center in New South Wales.

Across the rest of the state, you won't see a
comprehensive sports and recreation facility of this scale.

Gym's basketball courts. It's nine thousand square meters. Developer build
Burger build the facility and the homes around it.

Also right upstairs we've got pool spa, swimming areas and
also off the leash dog parks, all the amenity that
families need.

be servicing the community.

changes ahead of the state budget that will let developers

the parks, the state roads just haven't come along when
the housing has come along. We're starting to correct that.

That's a great outcome for the community that need more
homes and it's a great outcome for the taxpayer.

Also, part of new budget measures extending a tax cut
for build to rent developments, a fifty percent discount that
will be permanent.

This is an important signal to send to the market
that this is a type of housing that is here
to stay.
