It was quite the early Christmas lunch for six children
in London who were invited into Queen Camilla's home for presents,
a chat with Santa, even meeting his reindeer. Europe correspondent
Jacqueline Robson has.

More well, this is Her Majesty's annual traditional lunch held
for children with life shortening conditions. It's something you rarely see.
It was the Queen handing out the meals. This tea
party is now in its twentieth year. The ten children
who were invited then got the chance to help decorate
Queen Camilla's Christmas tree at Clarence House, the King and

Queen's London residence, and the kids were assisted by her equerry,
who used his sword to place the ornaments on the tree.

Really ramping up the festivities, Santa and his reindeers turned
up on his sleigh said to beat Blitzen and Dancer.
The Queen at one point got quite a fright from
the animal shape making its antlers. She did have quite
a chuckle at that. Then came the gifts, and it
wasn't just the children receiving presents. Santa handed Queen Camilla
two wrapped gifts, said to be toys for her to

The Brothers Ortiz
