the eighties. What was it like working with Cleresy.

Well, it was very good. Actually, we had a lot
of fun. We laughed like he kept the train on
the track, so most of the time it's still go
off the tracks best when Steve, When Stevie Nix came on,
gee whiz.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
I'm surprised we didn't.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Get sued when I think about it now, because I
used to like to remind everybody had the little scandals
that Stevie had been involved in the long their journey, And.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
Yeah, it was it was really good.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
We had a really big laugh and we run out
of time slot every day and then they'd repeat it
at eight o'clock and we'd win that as well.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Yeah, a very successful.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
Show mate, you're talking about laughing. We wasted a lot
of time, absolutely but I remember there was a certain
views o who you loved, and he was a member
of the pop band and his name was pel Whackter
whatever I said.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Yeah, you know what happened, pl Whackt. You know PLA.
I was trying to think of it. I was trying
to think of who it was, thinking, Yeah, there was
one bell whack Yeah. I loved it.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Every time My Heart came on, we could talk about
pell Whackt.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
It was right up there with Stevie Nicks. It was fantastic.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
I know you were in different studios in different states.
One thing I have to put up with all the
time sharing a studio with Clazy is he eats NonStop.
He is a food There is always food in his mouth.
Did you find could you hear him muching away when
you were even though you were in another studio in
another state.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
He normally coming in with the lobster or crab and
crunching away and off the No, I don't actually recall him.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
He would have been probably.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Well, he would have just finished breakfast, so he probably
ate everything during the breakfast ship. From the time he
dealt with me four No.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
That's never happened.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Brad.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
We used to talk a lot about your career with
the X Men and life in general. And I remember
when you published you self published your book, didn't you
when you Because they published I did. They wanted to
cut it in half. And I remember I read your
book on holidays, but it was so long. It took
three holidays to read it. It was such a good read.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
It's slightly bigger than the Bible, and it's more a
peace A lot.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Of people say it's a better book than the Bible,
but I don't know about that.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Wonderful possibly possibly.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
What are you up to these days? I know you
were in town recently for the Stars of Countdown show
at the ASTA.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Yeah, and I was there earlier in the year for
Wang Chung and in the Waves.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
Oh yeah yeah. But now I'm living up on the Gold.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Coast and I'm flight in Melbourne or just State nearly
every weekend to do something kind of job.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
So yeah, life is good.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
I'm loving it. I'm missing radio, you know, I'm sure,
Well you probably miss it in a better week, won't you.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
I finished on Friday.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Mate.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
People keep saying, oh, I'll be back. He's done it before,
he's had more come back to fancy or whatever came back,
or how long.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Since you've had it before you've been be able to
sleep in in the morning.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
I'll be right by that Wednesday. Yeah yeah, I'll convert that.
But I do see some of your social media post
mate from your balcony there and Goldie, it looks like
life's pretty good.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Yeah, life seems pretty good. Let it be good. It's good. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
so you know, and you know, I just remembered that
pel whack. You remember that man I was singing as
a guy from rocks It. Yeah, yeah, great, that's just

Glad that show wasn't live, we would have been dump
dumping things all the time and getting.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Told her look absolutely, And you know, I remember getting
a letter from the station managers said, look, Brian, we
want you to we want you to be yourself, but
do you have to hate every song, which.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Which is fair advice. I won't hating on those two too.
Millions the songs, but anyway.

Just laughing because it was hilarious taking the mickey it
was great.

Oh it was really good fun, really good fun. Yeah.
