It is the fourteenth season, which is I mean, I
can't believe fourteenth already, you're back with Colin Fashenage.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
I believe the keyword this season is wow, wow wow?
So well is the food just getting better and better?

Speaker 4 (00:31):
Well, there's a lot of wow, because we've got some
of the best views ever had, but it's a little
bit of wow from probably not so good for you there,
Oh wow a interesting so wow can go both ways.

Speaker 5 (00:49):
It can be a negative as well, wow and wows
on slightly surprised wowser.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
You may use that.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
Fish, yeah, I will.

Speaker 5 (01:02):
Is it true in this series you've gone to the
gone on to the top of the mountain and tasted
the best dish ever in the fourteen years of the.

Indeed, one of the dish, actually two of the dishes
that we've had, the amazing fine down in quality.

Not too bad? Actually, they're getting there. They're funny getting
the message.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Yeah, I'm with you. More. More is always better. Absolutely,
you don't have to use it all, but definitely I
like to have it there.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
That's right now.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
I believe the show has its first German couple this season.
Can we expect lots of carps.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Lots of ye, yes, I mean Germans love to eat
big plates of food, drinking.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
At the bees and anyway you'd love to see.

Speaker 5 (01:54):
Okay, we'll look at for lots of sausage. What about
the variety of the variety of dish is man? I
mean we want to have right of course has a
looking it's.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
Right, And that's why we love this because it's like
we're traveling the world without moving from Australia and we've
got some great dishes from all around the world again
this year.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah, well, can you tell us about the wa teams.
We've got a couple Hannah and Lawrence and and then
Mike Compete.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Mike and Pete are the funniest guys we've met so far. Okay,
Mike Comptip is mass close, so he puts his foot
in it five seconds, which is very funny.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
And the love birds they trying hard.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
There are some good food. Sometimes it works sometimes so much.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
All right, all right, I believe they said they're going
to get engaged if they win.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Oh that's the plan, is it. Yeah, we're putting some
pressure on yourself.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Exactly why would you do that?

Speaker 5 (02:54):
But well, let's by then they're getting on in the kitchen.

Maybe, Well, if you can get on in the you
can get on anywhere.

Speaker 5 (03:01):
I think winners a green, as are they?

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Yeah, that's right. Yeah, I mean I've been with my
wife for thirteen years and we've done on in a kitchen.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Well, you do what you have to do.

Speaker 5 (03:14):
Away from away from the set. May do you call
them hang out much? Or you you sort of have
pretty quite separate, busy lives.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
Now we we spend a lot of time together. We
do a lot of work together, che and the last
year we've been spending Christmas with the family. So we
live not far away from each other with becn really
good friends.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
That's lovely.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Now, do you wear pants that you can easily let
out when you go to these dinner parties just so
that you can remain comfortable.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
I wish I could do that.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Fortunly, we have to wear some smart you know, sous
on and sometimes it's a little bit uncomfortable.

Speaker 5 (03:53):
Some corrgated slacks for you.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
I need to get some bespoke bell Crope slacks, definitely.
How's the Bistro red Line going, Manu, your new restaurant.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
For asking, Thank you for asking.

It's going very very well, actually very overwhelming, because we
started being busy from the first that we open and
he hasn't stopped since.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
So I'm very very glad.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
Oh yeah, and I see you being very serious on
your Instagram but asking questions, questions with the chef. I mean,
it must be very very heartwarming to see people walking
to your own establishment.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
