Speaker 1 (00:00):
How about it.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
Yesterday everybody was banging on about AUDI being proven to
be the cheaper place to shop out of all the
Big East.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
I think that we knew it, but now we've had
some research.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
I do you know what though, I actually this is
how well my life's going. I actually genuinely had this
conversation with some girlfriends the other day and just said, mate,
I never used to shop at AUDI because the pressure
of like unloading, the unloading at the end of the
checkout really got to me.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
What do you mean I'm throwing it all on the things?

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Yeah, oh no, it's at the end where they just
whizz themed through and you can't pack your bags. You
got to take them over and then you repack.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Them on the bench.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
It was too much. It was too much. And then
I couldn't deal with the fact I never have a
gold coin so I could get a trolley.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Oh it was a lot.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
But now I'm put on my big girl pants and
I shop there because it's heaps cheaper.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
That's good of you to be sorry and pack your bag.
Scared me.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
They're quite officious in there.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Ali's waking up in cold sweats in the middle of
the night. Oh I forgot the cereals lot. It's a
lot anyway.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Yeah yeah, everybody all up excited because it's officially true.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Now yeah, so they have been discovered to be about
twenty five percent cheaper than the same basket of goods
at Coals and Woolworst. And the way that they tested
this is that choice sent in mystery shoppers. Oh, story shopers.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
I have always wanted desperately to be a mystery shopper.
I don't even know how you get to do it.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Have you any Xiles music over there? Burjo mystery shoppers?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Cool, if you could just throw in some Xile. So
we talk about mystery shoppers because the concept to me
ali as someone who's never been too familiar with the
mystery shopper.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Have you never heard of them before?

Speaker 1 (01:40):
I know that they're out there and they shop. But
see the thing is, can't you just walk in like
we're all a mystery shopper?

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Really?

Speaker 1 (01:49):
At in the shop, there's one hundred and fifty people
in Woolies when I'm there on a Sunday morning, and
they're not paying attention to who I am.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Yeah I know, but they're not then mystery shoppers because
what they need to do is they need to recruit,
and so they need to give it a name. So
you become a mystery shopper? Have you ever So you've
never been a mystery shopper and you've never ever been
mystery shopped.

Speaker 1 (02:09):

drive through.

in there, and they're they're on you, like, come on
two and a half minutes getting me and get them
out and you've got it. It's called Champs Cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance,
product and speed.

Speaker 2 (02:33):

mystery shop and it was back in the days. You
remember they had the lemon cheese cake desserts and yeah.
So when they come through, it's like, would do you
want to go large? Do you want any extra sides?
You've got to ask all the right questions, and you've
got to do it quick, and you've got to greet
in a specific way. Yeah, it's all these things.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
That they Okay, so when that person that mystery shopper
came in. This is Max's point. I think, like keeps,
some people go shopping. I mean, why can't they all
be mister shoppers? Did you pick up.

I have no idea, no ideal one day and they're like,
