Fall Mixed one or two point three.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
All of Truth, some very tricky questions in a whole
bunch of envelopes in our studio here and every day
pretty much Hailey or I has to go through answer
one of these questions. I'll go it enveloat for you,
all right? Who was pink pink on bloat for you?
Hey the peerson. Have you ever checked a siki here

(00:53):
or in my career? Well, I know not here because
you have only been here for like five months, and
I haven't haven't heard an I.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Haven't done one here.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Yeah I have.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I used to do them quite often, to be fair,
when I worked in retail. So I used to work
at a spree when a spree existed. Oh yeah, DJ's
a spree and run them more good cloth. Yeah great,
it was great, But I also just got so bored,
you know my brain. I was just like just I
just would want to be anywhere else and I couldn't

(01:26):
get anything worse than working for nine hours on my feet, just.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
This shift over and it's like minutes. Yeah. I just
didn't like that was me. I was always looking at
the clock.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
So one day, because I guess I'm a method actor,
I wanted it to sound really real, and I remember
calling my manager and I don't know why I didn't
call her from a mobile. I went to there's there
was a phone booth on Port Rush.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Roads public phone. I drove up to.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
The phone booth and I called my boss from there
and said, I am so sorry. I'm like I was
meant to start at night. I'm so sorry. I've been
in a car accident. I'm just it's only a little one.
I'm fine, but I'm just I'm not gonna make it.
And I remember her like, this is completely my fault.
Serves me right. She was like, are you okay.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
I'm like, yeah, yeah, I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm just
a bit rattled.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
I won't be able to make and she goes, that's okay,
you can do the afternoon.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
As I had to go in it two. I do
two till nine.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
It was like it was so annoyed, and then it
happened again. When I was it was like maybe ten
years ago, and I used to do these crosses on
it was Channel seven. I think it was where people
would like, you have a topic, and I would be
one of the people.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
The commentators.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
It was on like the morning show or something on
Channel seven, and they would do a topic and let's
talk about this. And the topic that day was isis
oh God?

Speaker 1 (02:48):
And that is not my rappertoire not a special subject
of Hailey Peace. I know about isis? So you four against?

Speaker 2 (02:56):
And I remember saying to my co host at the time,
what are my points?

Speaker 1 (02:58):
I don't know. I don't know what's going to make
me sound smart. I don't want to talk about this.
This is not me.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
You guys a bad guy, like talking about the bad guys.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Anyway, I got so nervous.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I was like, this is national television. I cannot do this.
And so I went down to the car park and
I can saying I'm so sorry, I I've met in
a little car accident. I can't make it. And then
I walked back upstairs and just stayed and hid in
the radio station so I didn't have to go.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
The second time and canceled for a car accident. Was
what did you learned from the first one, well my moment.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
My theory is though, oh well, it was too bad.
I couldn't come in because that was like, I can't
do that in the afternoon.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Yes, So when they said the first time, you were like,
I'm okay, I'm fine. The second time you're.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Like, oh no, God, Yeah, I couldn't say that I
broke my leg or anything, because you know, I'm hadn't
I hadn't opened anything.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
I was completely fine. But it's my and I also
have a thing I didn't want to like bad.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Omen that I had was in a car accident was
bad because I didn't want that actually to happen in
karma to actually hit me.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
So I just said it was a little little thing,
a little fender bender. Yeah, I've put a toe out
or something. Yeah, And it worked. There you go.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
I don't know why that's my choice to be in
a car accident, but really it gets you out of anything.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
If you ever have Hailey Peerson coming to do anything
for you and she calls you to say she's been
in a car accident. So sorry that girl crying.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Wolf, I'm quite good as well.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Wolf. We want to hear about you. Chuck and Siki's
I want to open up to everyone. Then one two three,
I don't want it now. What excuse have you used
for chucking a siki? Yeah? The car accident? Has it
worked for you? It's quite extreme? Yeah, maybe something less extreme.
The sickness is quite good. What you do as you
go to real daisly and I'm so sorry.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
I'm just I'm just not fairly well like Britney Spears.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Mixed one oh two point three Hailey and Max in
the morning.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Okay, so they called us. Fay wants a day off.
He works in retail. He's tired of talking to customers
all day.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
As you would be, as you would be, it's tough.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Yeah, he wants us to call Con, his boss and
get him a day off.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Are we going to be ourselves?

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Are we going to say that we're his family?

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Be ourselves? Okay, we're respected people in this community. Would
we lie? I'm not respected at all. We wouldn't lie.
I'm hoping that Con is a listener of the show,
and who, like Max and Halley, wouldn't lie to us. Okay,
Soy has given us CON's number the boss. We're going
to call and remember the excuses that we somehow landed
on was fluy symptoms and the ear infection. You said

(05:25):
the ear infection, and there was a mention of a
car bat trick. Yeah, okay, three things, yeah, excuses, tripleing,
that'll work, all right, Let's get con. Hello. Hello, is
this is this Con? Yeah? It is yeah, Con. It's
Haley and Max from Mix one or two point three.

of your best and most faithful and loyal employees, Con. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
So he's actually had an issue. His car battery has
just blown up. He has a really bad ear infection.
And what was the other one.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Remember when we spoke to him. Yeah, he messages and
he's got the cold. Yeah, three things, yeah, when it
rains and pause, con geez, poor guy didn't see that coming. Yeah,
he said, he said that you might take it better
come if it came from us. And he's a friend
of the show, so we trying to him a favorite.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
There's probably some truth in that. And he's got some
form with sick so yeah, yeah, I'll be interested. To
hear what he's got to say.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Faith has taken sickies before. He's almost said, you watched
to it the same fate, different face, Ale, And I know,
tell tell con the character that we know. Yeah, we
we love Faith. He's a lovely man. I saw him
every church on Sunday morning. Yeah, he's a great guy.
You can never lie, no, never at all.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
And he sees his honest as the day as long
if the day it was about an hour and a half. While,
but yeah, go on day off. Yeah, I guess it's
pretty late. No, it's like to find someone to replace him.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
