Speaker 1 (00:00):
Really heeps good. This really heaps good. Heaps heep's good,
heep's gord, heops good, really heeps good. Yes, it's really
heaps it's really heaps good. All right.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
I think sometimes this segment works because the start of
it's so bad and it really throws into highlight the
heap's good stuff that's happening in this great state of
ours and where we live, right And I want to
give a couple of shout outs. Number one to everybody
that's been walking a mile this week to raise money
for Hut Street Center and they do an incredible job
to help shine a light on homelessness situation and then

(00:34):
help people off the streets. And a shout out to
everybody that's heading down to Victoria Park because this is
the big warp today, I reckon.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
They're just about to set off in big Orange Beanie.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Yes, so the Alli Klaid Brickis Show will be there.
We'll cross down to Eddie in a little while. But
you guys are all heaps good, heap's good. But this
is what I really want to pump up. So I'm
involved in the Women in the Innovation Awards and essentially,
you know how we're seeing the Matildas do so well
and they all I say, you can't be what you
can't see, and how seeing these incredible female athletes is

(01:05):
just going to push boys and girls forward into physical activity,
into football specifically with this one.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Oh, we're going to be number one in the world
in fifteen years.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Well, the Women in Innovation Awards is doing just that.
But in all the other areas as too that you know,
women might not have been so well presented, like an
engineering or even the arts or social impact. And so
what it is is if you have an incredible woman
in your life that is just going about and doing

(01:33):
their thing and you think, you know what, they should
really have their work highlighted. This is what it exists.
So I'm going to be hosting the awards towards the
end of the year, but applications are now open so
you can nominate people and everything else. So go and
find it. It's Women in Innovation Awards. They do a
really good job of just encouraging more and more people
to think huge in all sorts of different areas in

(01:56):
the States.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Great, right, good, Absolutely that taps good. I am going
to go down a sporting path.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Shock me.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Max is talking about support Matilda's FIFA Fan Festival all
of that.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
I'm rolling into one for my heaps.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Good this week Festival Plaza, So like you can head
down there tonight the day before the game. You've got
Montaigne playing, who's got the Voice of an Angel, You've
got Callum hand cooking. Like it's a great place to be.
You can even go down and there's a special panel
on this afternoon. You get to see Adelaide United's Josh Gavalo,
you get to hear Mariana Rai Hitch, former soccer player
and now Crow's Premiership player.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
And you even get to hear Ali Klass Wow.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
No no, no, no, I get out of their way.
If that's my thing, you'll hear from them.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
So if that's not enough to get you over the
line tomorrow, of course it is game time. It will
be absolutely packed at Festival Plaza. And you know what,
the Matilda's themselves, they're noticing this.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Sort of support that is coming from around the nation.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Claire Hunt, one of the central defenders, She says, it's
I mean it's given the team like just an absurd
level of belief for an Australian football team.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Can you win the World Cup.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
We have believed since we started this World Cup that
we can win this World Cup. And I think we've
always had that belief. Of course we can win this
World Cup.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
That confidence built on the back of one weapon their
rival simply don't have.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
But when you're you know, in the dying moments of
a game and require a bit of crowd support, they
are immense.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
It's just incredible to hear someone who plays for Australia
in the world game thinking, you know what, we're good
enough to win the World Cup. And you know, we
can't take too much credit as the fans, but we
could just take a little.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Bit of credit. I think is all right. Guys, short
and sweet and Ali put me onto this yesterday, and
thank god you did. It's the most amazing place I've
ever been to. Sunshine snack bar and prospects me I
got yesterday. I told you, it's the best by me
I've ever had in my life.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I told you if you haven't been there. It's on
Churchill Road, so just it's kind of halfway between that
big o A pass and before you hit the Bunnings
and everything else. It's on the right hand side and
it is amazing food. The lineup of the fluros out
there with all the boys in their high veers is
like solid for hours.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
And greatly priced as well. So I got a couple
of eight, one as I walked home a little last night,
so that was Yeah, I could have gone three to

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Be on Okay, Well anyway, it's a great little business.
