my brother and and just a weird lady. And I
remember sitting on the couch with my nanny named Fran,
and she was wearing a nightie. And she would have

People don't trust their babysitters anymore, that's what they're saying.
In twenty twenty five, people are really struggling to leave
their kids with people that they don't trust.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
All time low.
Speaker 3 (03:45):

with anyone? Right?

swim in the pool in the underwear. It's fine. Whatever.

I was just telling Max's story about how I had
a nanny, just nanny one time. She was a babysitter
while mom and dad were overseas.
Speaker 3 (04:13):
My brother I had her. Her name was Fran. She
was the nanny name Fran.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
And once we were sitting on the couch and she
was wearing a nighty and I saw the nanny's fanny.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
The fanny named France.
Speaker 2 (04:29):

ever seen in my life. I still picture it, and
I was eleven back then.
Speaker 4 (04:35):
Everyone's got a babysitting horror story. I reckon this. I
don't think is a horror story.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
I'm sure my parents probably thought it was a horror
story when they came home from a night out at
dinner and our babysitter who was a teenage friend of ours,
he would have been sixteen year old. He had a
PlayStation two, which was a big deal at the time.
They'd only just come out including Grand Theft Auto three,
which was the biggest game in the world and involves
a lot of a lot of death nefarious activities. Oh yeah,
(05:02):
so mum and dad have walked in the door to
find me as like a twelve year old and my
brother is a nine year old driving a tank down
the street, running over running over all sorts of civilians.
Speaker 3 (05:13):
And that's what started your obsession with video games.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
And look at me now playing against thirteen year olds.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
Everyone's got a little babysit a horror story, Give us
yours thirty one two three Jess in Morphet Vale. Jess

looking after us while was out and we were dancing
music at the music in the round room, were having
the ball and then the boys were dancing on top
of the coffee table. It was a glass top coffee
table and we were having fun dancing and jumping around
(05:50):
and next thing we know, the glass on the top
of the table smashes and both the boys just fall
straight down. Oh no, through the top of the table. Thankfully,
there was no major injuries, only minor scratches, a couple
of cups on the feet, but other than that, I
just remember sitting on the edge of the bathtub watching
this baby sit of panicking, trying to clean up the
(06:12):
blood and bandage the boys. It was Yeah, it was promasic.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
When you're the next door over babysitting, you're probably getting
paid like eight bucks an hour, and there's some two
minute noodles in the cupboard you can make if you
want for dinner.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
Yeah, it's just not worth your time.
Speaker 3 (06:31):

To be honest, I think her because she got him
out of my life.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
And to be honest, he's probably gonna do the same
when they get the baby's and other babysitter more.
