Speaker 4 (00:23):
Rule floor, everybody, it's time for and I'm starting room for.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
It's the cuttin room floor. Yeah, rule for Yeah, what's
on the cutting room floor today? Missus Muntz?

Speaker 5 (00:53):
Are you much of a betting man?

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (00:55):
You know?

Speaker 2 (00:56):
I like to get the sports back five dollar bonus
bet and then I break it up into little fifty
cent increments and then bet.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
On the horses and see if Yeah. I always like
betting on the horses. I'm not a big I'm not
a big kind of by any.

Speaker 5 (01:08):
I didn't think any knowledge.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
I have no knowledge. I bet like a girl.

Speaker 5 (01:13):
Excuse me. Women are very good better is if they
want to be.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
It's true. I look at the Gay Waterhouse and.

Speaker 5 (01:19):
So if you don't have any knowledge, what are you
choosing it on.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
The name of the horse. There might be Lucky.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Once I put all the money on Lucky, months I
would do and I let me down.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
Yeah. Do you ever get your money out?

Speaker 3 (01:33):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:33):
No, no, no? So the sports better account for me
just a backstory. I joined it was a friend of
mine had a horse in a race, and I thought, oh,
I'm going to bet on your horse. So I started
a sports Better account, and I put three dollars on
this horse, and it won.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
I ended up winning one hundred and fifty dollars.

Speaker 5 (01:50):
How long ago was that?

Speaker 2 (01:51):
This was about eight years ago, nine years ago. And
so what happened since then? I have not added to
the account in any way.

Speaker 5 (01:59):
I haven't taken money out never.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
I got it up to a thousand dollars one time,
and then it now is down to forty eight cents.
But I I've had it down to three cents. And
so what I do is sports bet from time to time.
Give me a five dollar bonus bet, so I break
it up into tens fifty cent increment bets, and then
I'd just bet a spread of horses and see if

(02:21):
I can get it back.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
But I do not put any money in the account.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
Well Jack has a friend who wins thousands of dollars
a month.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Well, the reason I lost all my money is because
of your son.

Speaker 5 (02:30):
By the way, Well, well Jack has no knowledge, but
this other friend of his is a giant.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Good to hear that?

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Now a giant math's whiz and he bets on all
kinds of sports, all kinds of things, and it's a
numbers game, as.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
They always say, and he's winning.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
But would you bet on this Okay polymarket, which is
a big betting platform in the States, Well, I guess
it's international, and I'll just tell you that they are reputable.
It's one of the leading prediction markets in the world,
highly referenced and followed during the twenty twenty four presidential election.
It accurately showed that Trump would win despite many media
polls saying that Biden Harris would win. So it's a

(03:05):
reputable organization. They are taking bets on the return of
Jesus in twenty twenty five. Lots of people are betting
on this. At the moment, the return is at four percent.
These odds are based on interpretations of biblical timelines, but
they've attracted considerable attention, with over forty four thousand dollars

(03:26):
in bets placed on the platform.

Speaker 5 (03:28):
So the deal is this market will resolve to.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Yes and you'll be paid out if the second Coming
of Jesus Christ occurs by December thirty one, twenty twenty five,
eleven to fifty nine Eastern Standard time.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Jeez.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
So otherwise it's a no, and you have to specify.
I think do you have to specify days? Is that
what's happening on I don't understand olds is that what
that other piece of paper is saying.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
I'm looking at this, so it's saying one week.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
Yeah, so you can.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
I think we're looking like it's going to happen real soon.
It's going to happen in June. Well that's what must
that's four percent.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
But nearly through June and then people say, no, it's
going to happen.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
When you look at the world at the moment, if
we ever needed Jesus right now is the time he's
going to come down to.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
The Middle East.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
He'd love to come back and say this looks great, joint,
this is fabulous, Thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
You're blowing it all the hell. I'll have to look busy.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
But would anyone believe if Jesus came back now? At
anyone believe him? You know, the man who's miraculously survived
the Air India flight, the only survivor, walks out still
in a white T shirt with his phone in his hand. Apparently,
there's lots of conspiracy sites saying that that's not real.

Speaker 5 (04:39):
I don't know how you'd fake that.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Oh, I say, he was just Johnny on the spot.
Maybe the plane landed near him and he hang on
a minute. Old, but he'd be on the passenger.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
He wouldn't he on the plane.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
India are very lax about their manifests.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Someone said, interestingly, his brother who passed away spoke very
fluent English, accented English.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
This guy very heavily accented.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Right.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Yeah, so you're a part of the conspiracy.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
No, I'm not.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
I'm just saying what people are finding, meaning that even
a modern days, we don't believe.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
Everyone's doubting Thomas.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
This is what happened when Jesus, when they crucified him,
Thomas didn't believe that Jesus had risen again. And Jesus said, Thomas,
you know, put your hands here, and he put his
fingers through the holes in his hand.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Really, it's like doing party tricks.

Speaker 5 (05:26):
And did Thomas then become a believer that he.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Became a Yeah, I say, no longer doubting thomast annoying.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
He's still known as doubting Thomas. You doubt for three
days and you're still called doubting Thomas. Let it go, guys,
let it go.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
What does that mean that that homeless guy that you
see in the city square, he says, he's yelling out
that he's Jesus.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
He could be Jesus.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
We wouldn't know, and we wouldn't believe it.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
I gave him a seven eleven sandwich the other day.

Speaker 5 (05:53):
I put my fingers through the holes in his hands.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
You know, And he did turn it into wine as well.

Speaker 5 (05:59):
So much to think about, Brendan.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
There's so much to ponder in these times. Kids. A
roof of that's a cony roof of. Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah,
