My wife she loves getting a big bony fish, but
picking through it, really, I hate it.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
Do you like it either? I think it's kind of
something romantic. I or like eating the fish. I mean
the sardines.

Oh, I love fish, andy and sardines and things like that.
I've I used to think it was old person's food.
Now I'm an old person. I'm obsessed with it. But
I see now these funky packaging of sardines and people
are putting them out on cheese trays and stuff like that.
Speaker 4 (03:05):
That's kind of bony fish.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
I mean, that'sby and that's deliciously just picking the bones
out of it and show no.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
But you know when you don't, you remember, like when
you were little, you used to eat things and used
to do things to the food. Now we eat everything
already clean, no skin. I think it's a seaf chef.
I mean I love going with Morgan, my little boy fishing,
catching a flathead and say, Morgan, this one, we're gonna
keep it, take it home, do our fish and chips.
It's something so beautiful today. You know we connected Jesus,

and that was his thing.

up the bones.

that happen in the world and news, and some of
them say good, some of them say bad, some of
them are excellent, some of them are terrible, and you

filter them to the whole Australia through your awareness, your
emotional intelligence, your banta, your chemistry is so unique and
that is so amazing to see like and to hear
that every morning. That's like what legacies are made of you. See,
I really mean what I'm saying. As a chef, you
