Speaker 1 (00:10):
My Heart podcasts, hear more gold one on one point
seven podcasts.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Playlists, and listen live on the Free iHeart app On
the cutting room floor today, we've.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Spoken on the show before about driveway time. This is
something women, I think predominantly do when you get home
from work, or you get home from wherever, and you
sit in your car and just kind of debrief. You
might do wordle, you might just scroll through your phone.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
You might rip a big one out, you could.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Rip a giant one out. You just need to transition
between where you've been.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
You might even transition into a.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Take a deep breath before going inside the house, where
another form of chaos may ensue.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Actually, if you transition into a and you go straight
into the toilet, well.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
This is the story I was reading this that women
have driveway time. Men apparently hide in the bathroom seven
hours every year, not just in one hit, to have
some peace and quiet.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Do you do that?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Do you retreat to the toilet or the bathroom or
do you have you have a shed? This is where
you do it?

Speaker 4 (01:27):
Probably?

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Yeah. I like the toilet. You go and they are
like a good pool. Like the next person.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
It's not about that.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
It's high but it all works. I wouldn't hide in
that in the bathroom.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
That's probably because you've got other places to do it.
I used to say to the kids, Oh, I've got
nowhere in the house. You know, Harley has an office.
Kids have you know, play rooms and stuff, and the
whole family always thought, well, you've got the kitchen. You go, well,
thank you, thank you. That's my private spot and I
can just rest in there.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Andrew tape in your house, how many toilets do you got?

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Two?

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Ah?

Speaker 4 (02:01):
I mean have you got six?

Speaker 1 (02:03):
You've got six toilets in your house, six dunies.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Tell me where they are.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
There's one in the garage.

Speaker 4 (02:10):
You want a toilet in your garage? Okay, how big
is your garrol I've been in there. Why is there
a toilet in there?

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Because there's a toilet in there, there's an officer of
a toilet.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Are you the fun.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
The funds? Didn't you mean in your.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Garage where you pulling your bike and Helen's car.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
In that little office room at the back, there's a
toilet in there.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Okay, there's one there.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
There's one there. There's one in the gazebo. You've got
a gazebo. That's two. That's two, and what's that two?
And then there's four in the house.

Speaker 4 (02:46):
Well, where are they in the house.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
On each of the floors? Wow? Sounds doesn't wow.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
So if you wanted to have some thinking time, you
don't need to go to the toilet. You just go
to a different wing in your home.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
When I grew up as a kid at a house
only had one toilet, one loop. He just wanted to
go for a bit of dad time. But because we
were four kids, he never had any peace. And I
remember when I bought this house, I thought, well, I
like the amount of dunnies.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
If you've got two toilets in your house, that is fine.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
One toilet terrible. Did I tell you about the time
we're in Canada. We went to see my sister. She
lives in Canada.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
She's only got one and we went and.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Saw these friends, Glenn and Tracy, who are lovely and
they've got this cabin, two story cabin on lake shoeshwap,
beautiful spot.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Anyway we shop there.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
I've never met Glenn and Tracy before, by the way,
So my sister said, you'll love these people, and so
we're staying their place So there's me, Helen, die Mel,
the kids.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Glenn and Tracy, so eight people.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
And I've looked at this cabin and I've gone, wow,
it's a fairly sizable cabin, two stories. And Helen walks
down and she said, I've just been in the lover
and IM like, okay, yeah, good.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
So what upstairs? Loo? Downstairs? Lou?

Speaker 2 (04:06):
You know how you get a bit of a bit
of intel. And she said, well, no, there's no Lou downstairs,
and a where's the other loads says, well, there's just
one upstairs. There's only one toilet in the whole place,
the whole two story cabin. And they had a garage
out the back of sizeable garage.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
Do you believe some people don't have toilets in their garral?

Speaker 2 (04:26):
And I thought there'd be a duney in there as well,
because I could see it's anxious.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
And then because I did a bit of a wreck,
I thot there's going to be an the and there wasn't.
So then I thought, oh my god, we're here for
four days.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
If there is a toilet, it's not like there's no.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
I know, but the toilet, the main toilet of the
house is in the public land like not in the
public lantern, but you know what I mean, there's just
a corridor toilet there and not even the toilet is separate,
it's shower bath toilet.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
And what's to challenge to make it happen?

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Well, you know what, it worked.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
You just have to You just have to plant it
and clad and trace with such lovely people for having
us there, and it.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
Was very did they get sick of you going to
the TOI the pop plan?

Speaker 2 (05:09):
Now, I would just I would just work out everything,
the timing of everyone's had a float, everyone's routine. If
we went out to go and have a look at other.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Areas, I use toilet show rooms, I'd use.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
The public toilet, you know. For number twos, I had
it all worked out. And Glenn Tracy as well had
a box of matches in the toilet. So if you
did do a giant Borrington that was a bit unpalatable.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
You can light a match and which I did use
a couple of times. But I did go up there.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
I had to do a midnight pool, which is never
a good thing, actually know, but a planned midnight pool
do you know when a midnight pooh, I'm I can't.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Even look at you. I think men more than we
can plan it. Women don't can't predict the timing.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
I just say this to you.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
It's the middle of the night and you wake up
to go to the toilet, and you know it's not
a wee, it's a number two.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
Uh, you can manage easily.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
But with the midnight pooh, it's a whole sog and dance,
isn't it really? You know, the light comes on, I
know how it would, and then people suddenly are you okay?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
Is everything okay? You know it's that sort of thing.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
There are matters in there, Brandon.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
What I did.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
I discovered a new thing. I planned a midnight pooh.
I knew that everyone was asleep. I crept around the
cabin to make sure everyone was asleep, and then I
did my business, and I was quite satisfied.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
I gotta work.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Why don't you use that strange brain of yours for
good instead of stupid?

Speaker 3 (06:44):
This is good, not stupid. Okay, kids, that's it for today.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Come back tomorrow them we'll look chilly and the manners
cutting from the flot
