Speaker 1 (00:00):
Jersey and Amanda jam Nation.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Lisa Miller is one of the nicest people you will
ever met, and the only reason I'm not as jealous
as hell is because I really like her. But she
is living my dream. She presents back Roads on the
ABC and Mustard Dogs, so she's spending her time traveling
and playing with dogs. It is my absolute dream. She's
also up for the Gold LOGI. Lisa Miller, Hello, she.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Is, oh, hello to you. I am living the dream,
aren't I. Honestly, Whenever I'm covered with puppies and they're
jumping all over me, I think I'm getting paid to
do this. This is wild.
Speaker 3 (00:38):
It is wild.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
And the recent Muster Dogs is you're looking at because
you've done series on kelpies, a series on border collies
which breaks my heart every time. But this time it's
looking at border collies versus kelpies as to which are
the better Muster Dogs.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
And yeah, so that was series three and that's the
one that's up for LOGI as well. So be gold.
I want a LOGI for Mustard Dogs.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
You're accepting the award like the dogs are doing all
the work, Lisa.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
They're mustering up the sun.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
They're too busy out there doing all their work. Obviously,
I've been checking in with them though over the last
week or so. Pockets and Chief and Banjo and Hudson. God,
I can't believe I can remember all those names off
the top of my head. Man. I'm always panicking that
someone's going to say, Okay, rattle off all of the
(01:32):
names of series one, two and three of all of
the dogs and j Cindy and Greg Brady, Butt, Bang Tarzan.
You know, no, no, they were not dogs. Yeah, they're
all doing so well. Nathan, who in series three was
our youngest participant. He was only sixteen when he signed
(01:53):
up for Mustard Dogs and he's now a big, grown
up eighteen year old. He was saying he didn't even
have these life so he had to get his dad
to drive him for all the filming and everything we
were doing. It's just so awesome because everyone is so
lovely and authentic and kind. And Amanda, I know that
you've loved the show and I'd love to take you
(02:14):
out on a Mustard Dog shoot one day.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
I love it. I would love it a Manda, just
stop for a minute.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
I'm frothing at the mouth.
Speaker 4 (02:21):
Lisa is proposing she takes you out for a mustard
dog shoot. It's a cutthroat industry. Taken out be free.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
Filming. We'll be filming.
Speaker 3 (02:34):
Film makes that clear. I can and I want you messing.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
With the.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Let's talk about the gold LOGI what an absolutely real
and I love how you open heartedly have said this
is a dream.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
Well, I was a little kid from a tiny country
town in Queensland and if you could tell seven year
old Lisa from Kilkeevan that one day she was going
to be normal for the gold LOGI and when I
saw those other names pop up, and you know, Amandra,
I know you've beat amongst those names in the past
as well, you just think, really, is this really happening
(03:11):
to me? And I was so excited on the day
and I make no apologies for it because I'm just
bouncing around like that little kid from back there, and
I think this may never happen to me again in
my life. So I'm just going to enjoy it. I'm
gonna have fun. I'm going to try and stay awake
till midnight with the finishes. I might even try and
(03:31):
go to the after party this time.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Amanda, Wow, important question have you got beholding an underpants
sorted because I'm in the midst of that. I'm presenting
an award on the night and I'm trying to sort
out all of that for myself.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
Look, the dress is underway because I've been on the
road for the last twenty days. I've been in Charpei,
Mission Beach, Roga, jerrildry King, Roy Glenniness, Tamworth, Armadale filming.
I'm a little slack on the whole fancy gussying up dress,
(04:03):
getting that ready. Someone else is looking after it, thank goodness,
because it's kind of not my scene. I'd be more
comfortable in jeans and boots, but I'm not sure that's
kind of red carpet look.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Bad on a brunch coat.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
It's got to be great. And I'm just looking at
your odds there sports bet they're paying.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Ten bucks for you to win it. Over there tab
there's some better odds there thirteen dollars.
Speaker 4 (04:25):
So have you put a lazy one hundred dollars down
on Lisa mil What are you likely to win?
Speaker 3 (04:30):
Where you'll get like a we can't do the mask.
You'll get a lot of money? Are you better win?
Speaker 1 (04:35):
You know? Sadly I can tell you I know what
it is at the moment because my partners time and
told me that he'd taken one hundred dollars out of
our joint account so he could beat on me. And
I thought, this is the weirdest relationship question with conversation
we've ever had. So I'm fully there, but I suspect
(04:56):
I'm up against some really tough competition. And look, it's
fabulous to simply be a nominee and I mean that
with all my heart. This is so much fun.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Let's tell people how they can vote for you. TV
week logis dot com dot Are you get Lisa? Across
the line?
Speaker 3 (05:12):
Across the line, boyfriend? Good news?
Speaker 4 (05:14):
All married at first sight contestants haven't been invited this year,
so that's a good thing.
Speaker 1 (05:21):

as well, all the best structured reality program and yes
see you on the Red.
Speaker 2 (05:29):

at some point, that's a love Lisa.
