Lots of photos in there of the famous people that
we've spoken to over the years. Jack blackmember we eat
one of the most charming men and funny and lovely.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Well spoke to him over many different movies, from School
of Rock right up to Kung Fu Panda and remember
the movie Galliver's Travels.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Oh no, Gulliver.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
They can't all be winning, but the.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
People in them still are.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
And Jack, you are a winner.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Let me ask you about Gulliver because my memories of
Gulliver when I was a kid, all I remember was
a big man being tied up with little people. What's
the actual story until your film? I didn't I don't
think I ever knew the story.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
Now do you want to know the story from the
original book or do you want to know the story
from our movie?

Speaker 1 (01:07):
I want to know both.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Okay, from the original book.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
He was just sort of a real smart man of
the world in eighteenth century England who gets on it,
goes on a journey on his boat and ends up
shipwrecked on this, you know, incredible island filled with tiny people,
and he has an adventure. People maybe believed that was

(01:33):
within the realm of possibility back in seventeen forty two
or whenever this was originally written.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Because the world had not been fully explored yet. So, yeah,
it's possible.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
There's an island out there with three inch people on it.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Now that doesn't fly. Now that's known as Tasmania. Is
that true? I didn't know about that. Maybe we should
have set it in Tasmania. So we just figured to
update it.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
We needed to change the game a little bit, and
we thought, well, maybe we can go he can be
a space traveler. It could be a movie set in
the future and he goes to a planet with tiny people.
But then we finally decided no, the best way is
he's going to go through an interdimensional portal get sucked
through a wormhole.

Speaker 5 (02:16):
What about like the bodily functions of Gulliva. What is
it documented in the film?

Speaker 4 (02:22):
Yes, we do, actually there there's a well in the book.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
In the original.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
Book, there's there's a lot of spicy stuff that we
didn't even touch because it was too spicy for family viewing.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
He didn't fall in love with a little person.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
No, he did not. And I don't mean that kind
of spice.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
I mean more like a bodily functioned spice, like what
to do with a giant's poo? They in the book
they strapped a gigantic you know, horse bucket on his
butt that he had to that he had to crawl around.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
And yeah, but in the movie we just ignored that.
We didn't.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
We never really addressed what happened with that stuff.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Still, a little person did go into your backside?

Speaker 4 (03:00):
No, oh, well you got okay, yeah, guilty, But he survived.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
He survived, don't worry. But here, here's the thing with
the bodily functions. And then I'll just put this to rest.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
I want people to know that, Yeah, there is a
scene in the movie where the castle is on fire
and I must rescue the king and the Queen and
the princess using liquid from my body in emergency for
the good of the land, I urinate on the castle.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Now people are gonna say, oh, how could he possibly.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
Jack Black has ruined a classic with his body of it. No,
this was part of the original book. This is a
classic scene. I didn't you know, make this up with you.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
You're about to do the Muppet movie. Have you made
the Muppet movie yet?

Speaker 4 (03:46):
No, they're They're starting to make it as we speak.
But I'll be joining forces with them in January.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
And what role will you will you be? Jack Black?

Speaker 4 (03:54):
I will be Jack Black, playing myself kidnapped by muppets.
I'm afraid I'm not allowed to say anything more. I
don't even know if I was allowed to say what
I said already.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
This is like when you announce the pregnancy. This is
the same thing with Angelina Jolie. This is justice b
this news.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Yeah again, old blah, Jack Black, sweet sweet Angelina.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
Well, Jack, we commend you on the movie once again.
This is more Jack Black gold. I enjoy the riches
and the spoils, the families. Well, everyone's going okay.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
The boys are great. I got two boys now.

Speaker 5 (04:25):
How well they were like just born the last time
we spot Now there are two and four.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
Oh that's I've.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Got two boys two years apart. It's a great little
tribe of boys two years apart.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
I kind of want a third, but I don't think
it's going to happen. I think two is enough to
fill our lives with love.

Speaker 5 (04:41):
Yeah. Three is like a new car, it's more expensive,
food and restaurant.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yeah, it's all that stuff.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
So I would you know your wife is one of triplets?
Were I identical?

Speaker 3 (04:51):
They were not?

Speaker 4 (04:53):
In fact, I hate to bring science to the table,
but I recently found out that there's no such thing
as identical triplets. There's only identical twins. Once you go triplets.
Maybe it just sounds false to you.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Is that because an egg can't split into three, that's it?
Or an embryo cant that's it.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
There's only the other kind when it comes to triplets,
They're all going to be different.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Is there though, like an evil twin? Is there an
evil triplet? I think maybe I married the evil one. No.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
Well, we enjoyed Galliva's travels. We enjoy you as always.
Thank you for letting us hang out in your nice
hotel room.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
My pleasure.
