Speaker 1 (00:00):
Jersey and Amanda gam Nation.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
There's a certain time in the evening where my dog,
it's probably about seven thirty eight o'clock, just runs up
and down the corridor. And she's thirteen, so she's not
a sprightly dog. She gets and I know the ZOOMI is.
She's never been the kind of dog who gets the
inexplicable zoomies. And as she gets older there is a
slight hint of probably not dementia yet, but this is inevitable,
the slowing down. Well, she just doesn't hear her name called,

(00:26):
or she looks at the door for a while, and
you try not to read too much into it apart
from aging. But there's a new movie out and it
hasn't been released yet called good Boy, and it's supposed
to be absolutely terrifying. It's i'll read you the tag here. Yeah.
The director has said, do you ever wonder why your

(00:47):
dog stares at empty corners, barks for no reason, refuses
to go into the basement. Good Boy is the story
of a dog who sees everything that goes bump in
the night. And this is a story about a dog
who's the director his real life dog, a brown and
white retriever. He fights to protect his ailing owner from
a sinister supernatural force. After this, loyal dog moves to

(01:10):
a rural family moves to a rural family home with
its owner Todd, only to discover supernatural forces lurking in
the shadows. Dark entities threaten his human companion. The brave
pup must fight to protect the one he loves most.
The story is told through the dog's eyes. The imagery
that's gone with this is just a dog and these

(01:31):
dark spidery hands reaching out towards it.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
Because you see those movies and the dog, the owner
is always oblivious to what the dog seest. The dog
is going, don't go in there, for good speak, don't
go into that those.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Woods they take a shower.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Now, don't what are you doing, you fool?

Speaker 1 (01:48):
You're gonna getchopped to bits.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Yeah, and sometimes in these movies it's the dog that
gets possessed. In this one, Kujo, what was that? What
happened there?

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Got rabies to say bad?

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Was someone trying to steal the brandy?

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Yeah, no it didn't. It wasn't that sort of discribed.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
That's the st bernard.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Yeah, that's a stereotypical star. They're sitting there going to
excuse me.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Or sometimes I do.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Sometimes we're filled with grain. We're not all rescue animals.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
You know, you do other things like get rabies. But movies,
what if your dog does see things?

Speaker 2 (02:28):
What misdisturbs me.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
It's funny you say that. My daughter and her my
potential son in law. They're getting married next year, so
that's all going to be engaged. They're engaged. They've moved
into a place. And the part time dog, you remember
the part time dog. He got to plicate her because
I wouldn't let her have a dog because you can't
look after the dogs.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
So now the dog lives with them.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Well, no, it lives with his mum and dad, and
the dog won't go into their house. Milah was spooked
by the house.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
That would freak me.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
Your house on an Indian your burial ground. I know
you've got it for cheap.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
But do you go in because you've got no sensitivities
in the world. You barrel in a cheap real estate.
I'll take you to a pooh in the backyard to
make up for the lack.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
Of blood coming out of the lift. Yeah, whatever, it
was cheap, it's cheap.
