You know, this is the thing. It's like Smoking the Bandit.
When I was a kid, there was a whole thing
for truck and movies. You had Convoy Smoking the Bandit,
that bagat Cannonball Run, remember the Cannibal.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Also three four five and Sex.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
And Ow Crazy. It's like Ghostbusters, It's like all those.
It's like Mad Max. You know it's done, Marvel, it's done.
Come up with something else.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Well, the movies are still making a lot of money,
but they're making less money each time.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
But people, we become slaves to this. We just go,
oh yeah, we'll go and watch that because we'll have
to think.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
That's the thing that if you want to fill the multiplexes,
you need a big movie. The small interesting indie films
are going to fill a multiplex. So to fill the cinemas,
you need this big CGI stuff, but less unless people
are going to them, but they're still being made. How
do you feel the superhero franchise is they're still passing
the pup test? Absolutely not get over it. Same old

thing over and over, just more diverse characters, but the
same storyline.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
We need something new, please.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Yeah. I think they're great. I find it's funny, and
I used to love Batman and Robins. Yeah, they're fun,
they're exciting, they're thrilling that I just love them.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
I still love them.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Spider Man, iron Man, Batman, all the Man's are good.
But you know, I think they're stretching it out a bit.
But yeah, look, I still watch them all the time.
I go to the big screen and the sounds are good,
so yeah, to me, it's definitely past the pup tests.

Now.

The Batman problem from the sixties, we kind of missed
the point there.
