Speaker 1 (00:01):
And Amanda gam Nation down to the Jonesy demand of
arms for the pub test. Showering with your partner, does
it pass the pub test?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Jones You thinks she might be a bit of a
Kinko if you're into it.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
No, we had a double shower in a place that
we renovated many years ago. You saw the double shower,
you know.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I don't think I went in there.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
You had a look when you had to look after
we did the renovations, and naturally we sold the house
as soon as we did all the work, so we
lived in this bomb house. Sold the house. But it
was a huge, huge showering area and it was suggested
we put a double ended shower in there. We never
showered together in that thing, but.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Other people did. You said, yeah, Kinko's.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Kinko's interesting though it can be a wonderful thing. This
article I've been reading about this increased bonding, stress relief,
heat and physical touch can release the feel good hormones.
But when it's insisted upon by one partner, it can
be seen as coercion. They're saying this could be a
red flag to look out for, because sometimes the shower

(00:59):
is your last boundary, your last space for privacy bodily autonomy.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
And that's that's where if.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
It's framed as love and intimacy, beware because if they're
forcing themselves to be in your shower with you, that
is your last boundary of privacy.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
So how do you feel showering with your partner? Is
it past the pub test?

Speaker 3 (01:20):
Yea, one hundred percent does.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
We just bought a new house and both of us
actually made sure that the shower was speaking up for
both of the city. Absolutely.

Speaker 5 (01:29):
What better time to spend with your partner than in
a shower. Yeah, it kind of does. Funny my wife
would be the one to ask to shower with me,
but then on occasion it's like I get the idea
of Okay, something's going to happen. If it doesn't, oh well,
so yeah, it kind of does past the pub test o.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
The way it does. And I we were together throwing
the short period broken a back, so naturally you have
to sit around the home and yeah, jump in a shower,
watch her. And then thirteen years I just did it,
not being how co tectual about it. Was just going
there to have a chat, find out the day, doing
a little bit of in book.

Speaker 5 (02:08):
For me does past the pub teen.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
You should be able to trust your partner, and I
reckon if you can't shower with them, you have big problems.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Plus it saves water. Saves water. Nice Japanese do that.
They all get them the barb.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
It's a very nice length and breadth of calls we head.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
There or blokes, well, there was a woman at the end,
but the man who said he was his wife's care
that was their time for intimacy and chatting about the day.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
They were together for a short time, broke her back
for thirteen years and then I wonder what happened after that.
You never get to know so much on the publicist,
But thank you for your calls.
