Speaker 1 (00:01):
And Amanda jam NYC.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Jonesy a matter of arms for the pub test today,
Sequels movie sequels, do they pass the pub test?
Speaker 3 (00:09):
You put their hand up and said, I want to
see the fifth installment of Shrek No. One. But that's
what's happening. It's been released in time for the twenty
fifth anniversary of the first Shrek film. They're playing on
our nostalgia. And sometimes the movies might be great. Maybe
not Devil Wears Prada twenty years later. Who's going to
have a sequel? I think that would be a great project.
But how do you feel about Beetlejuice, Sherlock Holmes three,
(00:31):
Austin Powers four. Yeah, bloody Hell, bloody Hell, number fifty eight,
Pleae Academy sixty nine. I didn't mean to say that.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
Well, too late, they're already slated. What do you mean
sequels movie sequels? Do they pass the pub test?
Speaker 5 (00:51):
No, they don't. They do a really good show, and
then the next one's a little bit crappy, and then
the next one's even crappier. So no, I like just
one movie.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
I saw a place with the other day, they're going
to make a new Back to the Future film. Back
to the future for that'll be a classic.
Speaker 6 (01:04):
The first movie is always so exciting and you love
it and you can watch it over and over again,
and then they announced the sequel and you think, yes,
I'm so excited to continue this journey. So often the
storylines just can't match that of the first and they're
just trying too hard.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Now now it's like your boys socks. I smell nors
near everything, but after a while they're just a crustian
style and you've just got to do a work for
phone your socks.
Speaker 5 (01:31):
Oh, it depends. Look at top one. First one was,
but the second one was really good, So it depends
on the movie.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Thank you, Bill Collins, play's Academy sixty nine.
Speaker 5 (01:39):
I'm looking forward to that.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
He's still looking up your older dress.
