Speaker 1 (00:00):
You are starting. What you do with that? You do it?
That's a fancy The moldy bacteria invested slab of meat
fall off.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
The fall results too much, tends to give your.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Diarrhea into the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
No, not the kitchen. The kitchen has been brought to us.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
That's right, we're going to do this in the studio.
So today's one is very simple, deceptively simple, which is
what makes me wonder how it's going to go.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
And it's curious. You've enlisted me to be your little
helper and I'm wearing a chef's hat.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Did you notice that chef's hat was actually supposed to
double as an oven met So I'd like it back, please,
But its hat. Okay, I'm making brownies. But the trick here,
I saw this on TikTok. There's only two ingredients, so
it looks deceptively simple. I'm fascinated to see if it
can be this simple and work.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Curious. You've got every appliance in the world in here.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
I know, well, what we do is the first thing
we do. Actually, the only ingredients are dairy milk a
block and I might put a little bit more, maybe
a block and a half of dairy, milk, chocolate, Cabri
dairy and four and a half. Kind of shut up.
You've been irritating all day. You've been irritating all day

(01:14):
and now you're just winding me up.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
How older listeners will appreciate that. Yeah, glass sand in funnel.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Have you finished? So we're going to start with they
are the only two ingredients. We need eggs and some chocolate.
That's the only two ingredients in this entire recipe. So
what we're going to do? Okay, let's start by melting
this chocolate in the microwave. Okay, so let's put I reckon.
We put a block and a half. Let's pop it

(01:45):
in so I'm going to crack it, cracked it, break
it up into small put this okay, Mom, put in
the microwave. What's that noise?

Speaker 2 (01:57):
My testicles getting back into my My watch.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Is saying it looks like you've taken a hard four works.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Okay, so you see Jack and Liam will be around
here coming to see if mum's all right. Exactly, Okay,
wag it in the micy wave.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Into the microwave, right you can. We do it in
like I'll put it in for a minute, but in
twenty second increments.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Okay, put it in for a minute. Well that's going on.
You've got to do other things.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
I've got it. Do you actually you keep an eye
on that. You stir that every twenty seconds or so
with that spatula. In the meantime, I put four eggs
into this new tribullet. One egg two eggs? What why
are you laughing? Two eggs?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I'm watching, I'm watching the chuck.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Do you think that people would come to my aid
because my watch has alerted people that I've taken a
four three eggs. Give it a stir. Please, it's thirty
seconds that I said twenty seconds. You've heard me every
twe seconds. Give it a stir with that? His four eggs,
four eggs are in my neutral bullet. And I'm now
waiting for that chocolate to melt. Yes, it will put

(03:09):
it back in for another twenty Yep, that's spilling all
over the floor.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
Floor.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
That's all right. So this is the only ingredients. Four
eggs blended with melted chocolate, and apparently the resulting brownie's delicious.
Now I've got some baking paper in my bacon tel.
You scrunch up about that? You scrunch up the baking
paper so that it fits in, so it's not stiff.

(03:40):
Have opened it up.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Remove your food.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
It's not food, it's chocolate full of the microwave. Oh
that's done. I reckon, that's done. Do you agree your
job now is to pour that into here? Pour it
in here now, let me stir it up. Yep, pour
the melted chocolate in here.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
See that sounds viscous.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Okay, pour it in here because it's going to be blixed.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
People say you're very buscous.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
Can you just pour it in here? Thank you? Brendan Ye,
pour it in.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Get it all on my hands.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Do you want to see if only you had an oven? Mit?

Speaker 2 (04:12):
I've got a hat.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yes, that's what that was supposed to be. All in?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Why do you get so jazzed with me? Do this?

Speaker 1 (04:19):
You just get so?

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Let you go up at Gordon Ramsey. Can you be
a bit more? Jamie Oliver?

Speaker 1 (04:24):
Are you come in here and just poke me? I'm
not poking any Okay? Is it all done? All in?
How much? Well we want all of it? Well that's
pretty much. Yeah, okay, a little bit more from that end?
Bit there and hurry up?

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Did you ever work at a professional kitchen or anything
like that.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
No have you, I have I have chefs, get out,
just care, thank you. And now I'm going to put
this into the neutral bullet and give it a blitz blitz.
Already here it goes in our net and apparently that's
all it takes. Yep. Is that enough to record? Is it? I?

Speaker 2 (04:58):
And I can't tell?

Speaker 1 (04:59):
Is that enough? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (05:00):
That's bleached?

Speaker 1 (05:02):
And now all I do is like you're on a
Thursday night, paw, this as pour this into our prepared
baking tray.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Yep, and you scrunched up the paper.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
And where'd you put the Can I have the spatula?
Please please? And that is it? This is what's intriguing.
It looks so simple. There's no flour, there's no butter,
there's no sugar, so I don't know what the raising
rising agents will be. It's just egg and chocolate that
gets cooked for about twenty minutes half an hour, and

(05:37):
we will eat it and see if this chocolate brownie
was worth the beautiful time we've had together in this kitchen.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
And what a time it was.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
Well, let's hope we don't get diarrhea today.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
You've got to be jazz before, so much so that
your apple wat's thought that you'd had a fall, and
now your sons are heading here to see if you're
aka mum's had a fall. But it wasn't the case.
It was just your mum punched me in the nuts
because I was staring her up.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
There's some leftover, just some uncracked eggs in here. I've
also brought in a hard boiled egg from home. I
don't know now which is which anyway, Two ingredient brownies.
This is what we're making. There's only two ingredients, A
block and a half of melted chocolate, four eggs, all
blitz together in a nutray bullet. It's been cooking for

(06:24):
about half an hour. Let's see we have a look
we've got.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Oh that looks dreadful.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
It looks a little rubbery and a bit eggish and
smells a bit eggish. So I'm just going to slice
some slices. Oh, it looks dense like Ryan. Okay, so
let's maybe you need more chocolate. This will be an experiment.
She just seemed to use one block, but who knows.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Please, are you talking about yourself as the third person?

Speaker 1 (06:53):
No? The woman in the TikTok we please pass that
over to Jonesy pass it time to be sensitive, right,
of course, that's it looks more like a moose. No,
it doesn't look too bad.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
When you're first unveiled it. But it looked like hell.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
But okay, So there's only two ingredients, chocolate and eggs.
Are you ready to take a bite on a three?
One two three?

Speaker 2 (07:19):
No? Sorry?

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Like that tastes like a chocolate omelet a chocolate would
you agree? Would you like it?

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Of course?

Speaker 1 (07:28):
You do? Do you do? You so you'd eat that?

Speaker 2 (07:32):
You know when I used to partake in my aunt's
school days, I'd probably eat this, But then again I
would have eaten paving cement.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
So enorsement. There it goes the ingredient brownie. You don't
even need to find those ingredients on our socials today
because it's the most simple thing.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
And you just cook the eggs and eat the chocolate
and be done with it.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
Absolutely starting that you do. It's a fancy The moldy
bacteria investments, slab of meat.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Fall off, the fall that's what gets results.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
Too much tends to give you diar longer. Would it
have tasted different? Or you think it was always going
to taste like egg.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
No. The only good thing out of that was my
Julius Son to Milner impression sound in funnel.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Watch Watch a pattern. P Okay, kids, there was a
guy who was alive before Beyonce.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
If you're fifty six right now, you are just peeing your.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
