Speaker 1 (00:01):
There's sure report On ninety six AM, comedian Andy Dick,
who you would describe as troubled, has been discovered unresponsive
on a street in Hollywood after an apparent overdose. The
pictures are horrible, sad. Pictures published by TMZ show Dick
slumped over while sitting on stairs outside of a building

(00:23):
in the middle of the day fifty nine.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Now, yeah, I hadn't heard of him for quite a while.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
No, well, this is where he's been. He was unconscious
with bystanders trying to revive him. Once officers arrived, they
brought him round with a shot of that Narcan you
know that drug that reverses the effects of opioids. Andy
Dick has had a very long history of struggling with
mental health and addiction. I think nineteen ninety nine was
the first time I heard about him.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Yeah, and he was very contradential.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Yeah, very The world's most expensive guitar has been donated
to the London Royal College of Music. Whose guitar was that?
You ask?

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Whose guitar is that? I asked?

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Kurt Cobain's guitar a rare Martin D eighteen e electro acoustic.
It's the one he played on the MTV Unplug special.
It is the at last sold at auction for just
shy of nine million dollars. So generous, very genus, generous donation.
The day after tomorrow, the Fabulous Stick Van Dyke turns
one hundred years old. One hundred and he credits giving

(01:23):
up alcohol and cigarettes for his longevity.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Which he did at the age of ninety five.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
That's a long hundred years. If you can't have a wine,
I want to be around that long now. This story
caught my eye this morning. Guards at a South Carolina
prison intercepted an attempt to smuggle in some contraband not unusual.
People regularly try to smuggle drugs and what not into jail,
but this was an illegal drone delivery of steak, crab legs,

(01:51):
an Old Bays seafood seasoning. The delivery was discovered by
a guard in the art of Lee Correctional Institution in Bishopville,
South Carolina. A photograph released by authorities shows the steak
still in as supermarket packaging, alongside the crab legs, big
crab Legs, the seasoning, and also a couple of cartons
of cigarettes. Because what self respecting inmate doesn't like a

(02:13):
smoke after his surf and turf.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
They could turn the guard towers into air traffic control
towers just all the drones coming in with all the contrabands.
Absolutely nothing they can't do with drones.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Your typical delivery, not really, not really in the usual
way of smuggling either, eating crab legs that come in
the usual way.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Always innovative,
