Feel Good Friday kicked off with Russell revealing he is still getting through his birthday cheesecake from earlier in the week.

student of mine. She's all of ten in year four
and this year four class at this little particular primary
school there. They're doing the assembly item today and it's
about safe Bike Week and she's playing the lead role

Yeah, to promote Safe Bike Week. And this this little girl,
she's overcome a lot of adversity in challenges and medical
problems in her earlier life, and as a result, she
does experience high anxiety every now and again. And she's
just been so with Gillian and she's pushing through and

This morning? I saw the ducks that have been pooing
and doing other things in my pall over the course
of winter.

That wasn't the feel good but yeah, that.

But this morning they were at the front on the
street with the little family that they created over winter.

Yeah, they look great, so good, I look happy.

Oh absolutely, they're so cute.
