Speaker 1 (00:00):
I had my first golf lesson yesterday out at Joodle Up.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
It was she It's beautiful, is lovely.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
It's really, really, really lovely. I'm a little bit in
love with my golf teacher, Jess. She is awesome. If
anyone's going to be able to teach me how to
play golf, it will be herbid. In our first lesson,
all we did basically was learn how to hold a club,
because I've been holding it all wrong. And you may laugh,
but there is a lot. There is a lot, Rod Russell.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
What I'm laughing about is the fact that yesterday you
did your first lesson and today, yes, I.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Was going to get to that. I was going to say,
you learn how to hold the club because you start
at the very beginning. What doesn't really go with that
is the fact that today I'm playing in the Parent
Institute Golf Day and an Ambrose team with some people
from here. Because like in the South in a South
Pacific musical, I'm just a girl who can't say no,
so I've been roped into this today it is Ambrose.

(00:50):
I didn't even know what Ambrose was until they were
asking me to come along today. At least I know
that at least two of the people on our team
I won't say which too, I know are very very
good golfers. So please be kind and please let there be.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Drinks, and just know that you're going to have to
carry someone today through.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
I'm going to carry miss Daisy.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Oh, they are going to have to carry you through
this tournament. Yes, but I think that's that's amazing. What
a step putting in lesson one day tournament the needs
talk about pas traking we're doing. We're doing this because
Lisa and I we've found that apparently we've been told
that it's not too late in life to learn something new.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
You can teach an old dog nutrients, and so Lisa
is this endeavor.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Yeah, So Lisa is learning golf and we're going to
follow her travels, and I'm learning a new language at
tempting to learn.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
And it's not like you're translating for someone at the
United Nations today, which is the equivalent of what the
dpend I've been thrown into.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Yeah, all I've got to do is learn how to well,
as we tried to do with Lawrence Mooney before order
a round of drinks and make sure that they were cold,
not cold.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
But you know how I go to well, I mean,
we know how I'm going to go. I'll let you
know how it was tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Yeah, okay, Well I had my I had my third
Spanish lesson yesterday with Liliana at the Multicultural Language Center,
which is on on Hay Street in Subiaco where you
can do classes and culture and community and to get
a bit worldly.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
So and I'm doing I'm doing.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Okay, your Puerto salo dar. I can greet your Puerto Contard,
I can count and I don't know how to say
this in Spanish, but I've got a long way to go. Well,

(02:50):
I'll keep you updated. I'll keep you updated.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
