my days up.

I know you're good with the sporting codes and I
need it.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
But well I'm good. Yeah, no, I'm good right up
until about the late nineteen eighties. After that it all
gets a bit shaky. I'm afraid. Yeah. So, but you
know I could. I could crank up some of those
tunes from the seventies and eighties, you know, the occasionally
they get a gersey, you know.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
You're on the hill.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Then at that pop gig in the King's Park be

was a few years ago, one of the best contents
of my life, clear.

wait to tell you how much he loves the Trippers
and nick Cas. It makes him really cool about a
war zone and he will say, so, you know, I
love the Trippers.

do I could do water Wall, dad jokes. My kids
say that, you know, I'm pretty good on those exactly,
I could, you know, I'm sure I could, you know,
engine into the banter, you know, I reckon, I could
could do it. And look, let's take it by now.

(02:39):
I'm pretty used to a wild media pack, so I
reckon exactly up a few tips on how to interview
difficult guests.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Would how would you go if you have to talk
to the opposition though that could be an issue?

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Would you just do it? That would be one of
the harsher interviews. Give him a hard time?

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Man, It's diplomacy, It's what what Roger's skills? Diplomacy.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Diplomacy part of.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
The part of the gig. Well, listen, we really really
appreciate your application. We really really appreciate you allowing us
to chase you. You know well, well will be in touch.

Speaker 2 (03:19):

could squeeze one more day job.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
You know my number, you know, not to answer that
one more morning job, Roger.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
I won't call you, you call me something like that. Yeah, Look, Cleazie,
I just want to say, Look, congratulations mate. You know
it's it's an incredible, incredible ride. Forty years in media.
There's not many people that can you say that they've
they've got that sort of longevity. They've come in and
performed day and day out. You are such an amazing guy,

(03:49):
so so so proud of everything that you've done, and
you should be too, think about it. I really appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Thank you. We will, well he won't, but I will
talk to you, so Premier all the bye.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
He's a good sport and he's a good spot. I
imagine what's on his plate today and I'll effoslutely chat
with I know.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Can you imagine him fitting in three hours of breakfast
radio in the morning as well?

Speaker 2 (04:14):
I would imagine he might get a bit distracted by
messages on his phone and the people around him telling
him things that.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Are coming up, oh every day. Would have to have
the studio swept like they come in, they come in
when the Premier comes in, you know, talking into the
little pool. Yeah, absolutely, Yeah, the FBI, I love it.
Does that mean you'd insist that you get a driver
as well, because that'd be funny, I think so I
might insist on that anyway.
