In The Shaw Report this morning, Lisa told us that those two guys who climbed the tower at the Metallica concert at the weekend have been charged plus an incident involving flares and a very sweary Gallagher brother at the Oasis show in Melbourne.

Plus a bizarre tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne in a field in the UK has broken a world record and Sharon Osborne was there to see it.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Sure Report on ninety six AIRFM. There's some two
tower climbers from the Metallica concert the other night have
been charged. Police alleged a twenty year old man from
Bumbrey and a twenty three year old man from australind
they'd made the trip up climbed up the central tower
inside the stadium. They were looking to get a better view.

(00:22):
The pair have been summoned to appear in court charged
with trespass. They made the trip up and then they
made the trip up, and then they made the trip down.
And there were Shenanigan's at the Oasis show in Melbourne
as well. Someone let off a flare and the rules
of radio decency of course prohibit me from relaying exactly
what Liam Gallagher said about it. It did go something

(00:44):
like this shop super over. Yeah, I would love to
go to that show. Justin. Valdoni's lawsuit against Lively is
officially over. Have you been upon this not for a
little while but earlier in the years. Well, it's still going.

(01:07):
It ends with us. Star and director had filed a
four hundred million dollar countersuit against Lively for extortion and
defamation following her own claims and suit against him. However,
his case was dismissed back in June, and though he
was given the option to a mend and Rey file,
he's missed the deadline to do so. So while his
case has ended, her lawsuit against him over sexual harassment

(01:28):
and retaliation is ongoing, so it hasn't ended. It hasn't
ended yet, so it's it doesn't end with us afe
different ends. A British farm has celebrated the life of
Ozzy Osborne by breaking a Guinness World record with a
massive squash mosaic in Ossie's image. How was he? Sunny

(01:50):
Field's Farm in Southampton, England arranged hundreds of squashes I
wonder if it is squashes or just squash and pumpkins
into an image of Ossie measure doing two two hundred
and eighty one square feet. The end result earned a
new Guinness record for the world's largest Kuka beta mosaic.
A kuka beta is a squash you do learn something

(02:11):
every day. The mosaic was unveiled at a ceremony on
the weekend attended by Sharon and Kelly Osborne. Side note, Incidentally,
on the weekend I watched the Aussie documentary that details
the last few years of his life, including preparing for
that farewell show in Birmingham just before his death, just
a couple of weeks before his death. It was really
sad to watch, but definitely worth a look for fans.

(02:32):
It's called an No Escape from Now and it's on
Paramount Plus. And he went out in style, didn't he?
He sure did. He gave the fans exactly what they wanted.
