I'm the haggled king. Marny had the Bunnings bargain. I
went there, Yes, those.

Speaker 2 (00:03):

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Well, there's always clearances in Bunnies. Seeing the clearances, okay.
So I was looking for a shed and I went
into you know where all the sheds are over in
the plants department, and they had like prices of three
hundred to five hundred dollars, and I'm going, I really
want to spend that much on a shed. I could
probably build my own and rackety thing. Well, anyway, anyway,

there was this one in a box which and the
box looked like it had been wet or destroyed or
something like that. Anyway, it had five hundred dollars on
it down to two fifty, so they had half the price.
I thought, oh gee, I wouldn't mind that. Anyway. I
grabbed the lady over and she didn't know what was
why it was on sale, So she went and grabbed
the manager and he came over and I said, mate,

what's is there anything wrong with the stuff in the
box Because the box wasn't open. It was just all wet,
you know, like being wet and dried out and look
really bad. I guess I don't know. I said, mate,
can you give it to me for a cheap price?
He said one hundred and five. I said, oh, one
hundred and fifty, so that's down from two fifty which
was five hundred. I said, do you know what's wrong

with the stuff inside? And he goes no. I said,
can you take another fifty off? And he goes, okay,
one hundred bucks. I got this shed, which is fantastic.
I just showed you that shad nothing wrong with it, nothing,
not one thing.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Gee, if you had to keep going, you were walking
out with it for three It was a gift.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
I wasn't pushing it. No, A good bargain, great bargain.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
You know. So look for the clearances when you go
in there, robson ken Valet. Rob, How you go and
you got any bargains from Bunnings?

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yeah? I have actually went in the other day and
there was a chain saw on the clearance, so I thought, oh, geez,
I wouldn't mind that.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Yeah, And because I've got a real big heavy still,
you know. Anyway, I grabbed it and took it to
the checkout and it was like thirty bucks, and I went, wow,
was electrical or battery operated.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
It's a battery.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Oh you got the battery too? There one hundred bucks themselves.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Wow, I know, great deal mate. Oh yeah, absolutely, Yeah,
that's amazing. I should actually go and check because at
the moment I'm missing the for the clearances drill. When
I went last my little local hardware, they were like,
oh yeah, we can order them in. But it's like
two hundred dollars for the battery. I'm mate, that's more expensive.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Think the batteries are. The batteries are always you know,
that's fantastic.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Rob. Good on your Rob. That is a pickup.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Jason leg JC You go, mate, what's your Bunning's bargain?
Wowt my bargain. I'm actually in a bit of a
legal battle with buttons at the moment.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Game.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
I actually met my wife. She was in the clearance
sale of sixteen years later, make it still won't give
me a round.
