Dear hotel mishaps misadventures. An Aussi couple have wreaked havoc
in China after overfilling their private spa pool and flooding
their luxury hotel. Graham and Jod's were on their dream
holiday when they booked a room at the five Star
as a panoramic hotel in a place in China. I
can't pronounce, so I'll leave that out, but you get

So there's fifty floors in this skyroom. It comes with
panoramic views and it's got some of the rooms have
their own pool sized bathtub, so they wanted one of those.
They're like, this is amazing. We're going over here, We're
going to have this experience. And there is a small
warning sign campo that says turn the taps off once

Yeah, Well, how fool is it meant to be? That's
the question.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Well, they they actually asked the staff to turn it
on for them. They'd been out so they were coming
back to have a swim and they've got a bottle
of champagne. They're relaxed and obviously some miscommunity casion somewhere
has happened, and the tabs have not been turned yet.

Yeah. Gee, if there was a fire in the hotel,
just crack one of them. This is the walls.

in a wet edge pool.

We weren't doing dime foms or anything. Deliberately ended up
going everywhere. Well, hotel mishaps. What happened Chanelle's and Augustine heights.

Well, when I was in Vegas in two thousand and eight,
we were in a beautiful Sweet at Planet Hollywood, and
the sewage in America is now where you're as good
as Australia. And after the amount of meals we all
ate for the week, were toilet backed up and we

flooded the whole sweet with sewage. Ah. We had to
call the front desk and all of a sudden we
heard the workers say we need the wet back asap,
the wet back asap, all over the loudspeaker. Oh my gosh, yeah,
oh no, that's my hotel, misshap. That wasn't our last

night from they and actually moved it to a corner
suite too compensate. Yes, so we did get we did
get a bit of an upgrade.

That I remember that wading through crap to get your
stuff out of the room.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
It was not pleasant at all. And thank God for
Australian series is all I can say.
