he has broken another world record, this time with his son.

a team of two. And he joins us now from Boise,

Va here we are again.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
This is like a weekly thing for you. But I
I'm sorry. I love this one because your son came
to you and said, Dad, I'd like to do one
of these with you, because you've got so many world
records and you've attempted so many, and you came up
with something that you could do together and you two
nailed it. That is so good.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
He's seven years old and I've been breaking records for
ten years and.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
He's like, Dad, I'd love to break a world record
with you.

Speaker 4 (01:11):
So I was looking around and I'm like, hey, I
saw this one for hungry Hungry Hippos team of two.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Maybe we could try that. And he took the initiative.
He's like, hey, I've got.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
A friend who has hungry hungry hippos. We invited ourselves
over their house and we practiced together, and we're like,
I think we might build a break this with some
more practice. So we went to the store and bought
a brand new set together, practiced it and broke it.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Wow. So the previous record was eight point nine to
one sickonds and you did it in five point eight sickonds.
That's slight slicing four sickonds off the record.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
It was a dramatic improvement.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Unbelievable. That is so so good.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
And did you get it first time?

Speaker 4 (01:53):
No, it took a lot of practice, and then we
actually set it up for the official attempt with all
the camp I'm rolling the witnesses there. It took.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
It took several ties because sometimes the.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
Ball just there's a little bit of randomness with it
and you hit it with the hippo and it rolls
in the corner and or the side I guess between
the hippoheads and you can't get it at all, and
so I don't know if it was a.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Dozen attempts or so for that five point a second run,
but we got it.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
Fantastic. How's your son feeling?

Speaker 2 (02:23):
He was, He was pretty excited. He did a little
floss dance at the end.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
And I'm pretty excited about it.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
What's your son's name? His name's going to appear obviously
in the Guinness World Records.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Yes, his name is Peter Peter Ross.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
The record breaker seven, the youngest world record breaker.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Who knows? I think everybody had the record for the
youngest person when they were born.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
I'd say so possibly.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
