Speaker 1 (00:00):
Listen to this. This is an incredible world record from
our great friend David, the record breaker rush. That is
one hundred and thirty seven T shirts.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Holy moly, Marty, loosen the circulation in my hand. It's uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
It's time had the startline?
Speaker 2 (00:16):
You love?
Speaker 1 (00:17):
Ridiculous, Well, Marty, he actually looks like grow from the
speakable me or one of those sumo suits that people
wear and run around and run into each other. And
you're talking about sumo suits. David is actually in Japan
at the moment. Tokyo. How are you, Dave? How are
you going?

Congratulations on another world record. We only spoke to you
a little while ago about your cucumbers, and there you're
throwing T shirts on and running half marathon. It's amazing.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
Yes, oh my goodness, this was one I wanted back.
I broke this in twenty twenty two with one hundred
and eleven T shirts and I was like, I got
to take it back. And then last year I actually
tried this and I got one hundred and fourteen T
shirts on at the start line and I lost circulation
in my and I had to abandon the attempt.
Speaker 4 (01:02):
Oh my, that's not good, this dangerous world record breaking attempts. Okay,
so what did you do different this time around? Obviously
up the ante and get through and not have that happen.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
Yeah. So I had all the shirts in size order,
but I had too many of the smaller shirts because
it's smaller ways less and then I can't want the
minimum way possible. But I had to get rid of
a number of the small shirts, buy more of the
six x large shirts and layer it a little bit better,
and then I was.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Able to get one hundred and thirty seven on and
successfully complete the half marathon in under three hours.
Speaker 4 (01:34):
